Excellent Apartment

A modern, well decorated apartment in a perfect location overlooking the slopes, ski in/out and beautiful views. Watch the piste bashers, dog walkers, sledgers, skiers and the sun come up and go down. The host was extremely communicative and helpful.

Super séjour en famille (couple avec un enfant de 10 ans).).

L'appartement est vraiment agréable, beau, lumineux avec vue sur les pistes, bien situé avec accès aux pistes skis aux pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Appartement aménagé avec gout, bien équipé et fonctionnel avec jolie vue sur les montagnes Résidence calme et bien entretenue, Laurent est attentif au bien être de ses hôtes. Très bon séjour de deux semaines en août , nous y retournerons .

Magnifique appartement au pied des pistes

Magnifique appartement très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et au pied des pistes. Le plus: la terrasse plein sud! Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir!

Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé. Il est situé en bas de la station, dans un quartier calme mais malgré tout à proximité du centre et de toutes les activités (aquariaz cinéma bars et supérettes ) je recommande cette location.

Appartement parfait pour une semaine de vacances en couple. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible. Les instructions sont très clairs. L’appartement est fonctionnel, situé en bas de la station avec vue sur la montagne.

Refait à neuf, décoré avec goût et parfaitement fonctionnel. Plusieurs rangements, bien équipé. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Grand balcon au soleil toute la journée (séjour fin mars). Très bien situé. Calme car éloigné du centre. Un ascenseur néanmoins permet de rejoindre le centre très rapidement. Vue imprenable. Aucun vis à vis. Année particulière compte tenu de la crise sanitaire. Pas de remontées mécaniques donc pas de bruits. Disponibilité et amabilité du loueur. Nous conseillons ce logement.

Good location just a 2 min walk from the top of Prodains cable car. Easy access to the town via a lift in the building accross the walk way to give a good choice if bars and restaurants etc. Lovely appt & comfortable. Thankyou 😁

Appartement très bien équipé et joliment décoré. La situation est également très bonne. Excellent accueil du propriétaire. Bon allez une petite suggestion pour la copro : installer un banc dans la salle des casiers :-)

Perfect apartment

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The booking process was excellent: Laurent, the owner, was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The apartment was in a fabulous location overlooking the mountains with immediate access to the ski hire shop, pass pick up point and the pistes. An added bonus we discovered was that we didn’t need to take the taxi from Geneva airport all the way into Avoriaz as we were able to take the Prodains express up to the end of the village, which was 2 minutes walk from our apartment. The apt itself was very clean and well equipped. All in all a fabulous holiday, thank you Laurent. We will be back.

Nice apartment next to slopes next to Prodains lift. Ski in and ski out. Great view from window and balcony. Not too far from shops. Can use sledge to push the shopping. Nice beer in Trappers bar below. Very central and easy to reach other ski areas. Very enjoyable stay. Would stay again. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped.

Couple 49 ans, venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement très cosy, bien équipé et entretenu. Emplacement top, animé en journee, calme en soirée. Départ skis aux pieds, remontées vers les différentes pistes de la station au bas de l’immeuble. 5mn à pieds du centre station. Pour la 3ème fois que nous venons à Avoriaz c’est notre meilleure location. Propriétaire sympathique et attentif au confort de ses locataires. Je recommande ++.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très bien équipé, tout confort, parfait pour une famille de 4. les espaces sont suffisamment grands, très bien agencés et nous avons apprécié de disposer d'une vraie chambre séparée de l'espace séjour. Mais surtout, l'appartement est idéalement placé. On part de l'immeuble directement skis aux pieds, les grands télésièges sont tout de suite accessibles, et comme l'immeuble est en partie basse de la station, inutile de s'inquiéter le soir pour le retour, on peut boire un vin chaud en ville après les dernières pistes, puis rentrer tranquillement, toujours à ski !! Sinon l'appartement est à 2 minutes à pied du centre, parfait pour faire les courses ou sortir le soir. Et on a même la vue depuis l'appart sur la descente aux flambeaux...

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans ce joli appartement et Laurent, notre hôte était très avenant. Super bien situé sur la station d'Avoriaz auprès des pistes et idéal pour rejoindre l'ESF, ce petit bijou est parfait pour une famille de 4. Notre petite famille y a passé un séjour très agréable et nous y étions confortablement installés. Le coin cuisine est bien équipé et l'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous recommendons vivement.
