Apartment in a good location. Well presented.
The apartment is in a quiet location close to Kings of Rome Metro. It is well serviced by nearby shops. It is well appointed for self catering with an induction coil cooktop stove and refrigerator and freezer. Good bathroom. The sofa bed is of a good quality. A very enjoyable stay.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in guter Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und den Bäcker schräg gegenüber kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe der Metrostation Re di Roma und auch den Bus kann man gut nutzen. Hier empfehle ich, sich mit der Buslinie 87 zu befassen. Die Lage des Apartments ist super, man kann Rom mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erkunden. Lucilla und Lucrezia waren tolle Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr gut. Sie waren sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Ich wünsche ihnen und ihrer Familie alles Gute und bedanke mich herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Apartment! Ich kann das Apartment als Basis für einen Aufenthalt in Rom nur weiterempfehlen!

Agréable séjour
Studio fonctionnel, propre et bien situé à quelques pas du métro et proche des commodités (épicerie, pâtisserie,...) Très bon accueil et bonne communication avec l'hôte qui a été à notre écoute tout le long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement, merci encore :)

Un ritorno sempre gradito
Torno sempre con piacere nella città che mi ha ospitato in diverse occasioni, prima da solo, poi con mia moglie ed ora con nostro figlio che ha potuto apprezzare tutto il sapore e il calore di una città unica. L'appartamentino si trova in una zona veramente strategica, a due passi dalla fermata del metro Re di Roma. La sig.ra Lucilla e sua figlia Lucrezia mettono a disposizione tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, oltre ad ad essere persone gentili, discrete e disponibili, che dire, da provare senz'altro

Appartement propre et fonctionnel au 5ème étage avec ascenseur.. Très bien situé à 3min à pied du métro Piazza Rei de Roma, commerces à proximité ( dont á 2 pas : Pompi le roi du tiramisu), dans un quartier calme. Accueil très sympathique. À recommander

Great location, well appointed, fabulous host
The studio is very comfortable for two people - lovely little touches, close to the best tiramisu location in the world - Pompi. Public transport very close and easy to navigate. Great value! Recommend highly. Lucrezia is a wonderful and helpful host.

Séjour agréable à Rome
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'appartement que nous avons occupé pendant 1 semaine .Nous avons bénéficié de la proximité des transports en commun en particulier le métro. Outre ces commodités nous avons apprécié la proximité des magasins alimentaires et le fameux tiramitsu.

Excellent location,
The apartment is small and just right for the 3 of us(with a child). Location was perfect with many restaurants around and even supermarket. Just a small issue, there was some flooding in the shower room whenever we take a shower, perhaps this can be fix otherwise everything else was perfect.

In questo bellissimo appartamento ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era lì e l'appartamento era molto pulito. La nostra padrona di casa è stata assolutamente gentile e disponibile. Da lei abbiamo ricevuto molti consigli e informazioni importanti. L'appartamento è vicino alla metropolitana e a una linea di autobus, in modo che tutte le destinazioni turistiche fossero facili da raggiungere. Supermercato e bar erano appena dietro l'angolo. Non perdere una visita al Caffè "Pompi" e alla trattoria "Re di Roma"!

Sehr praktisch für ein langes Wochenende
Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man während einer kurzen Reise nach Rom braucht. Das Gebäude befindet sich sehr nah zum historischen Zentrum San Giovani. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt "Simply Market", eine ganz tolle Konditorei "Pompi", eine Metro-Station "Re di Roma" bzw. "Kings of Rome" und einige gute Restaurants. Mir hat nichts gefehlt und ich konnte ein verlängertes Wochenende in Rom geniessen. Mein Host, Lucilla und ihre Tochter, waren sehr nett und immer per Whatsapp erreichbar, wenn ich welche Fragen hatte. Check-In und Check-Out waren schnell und reibungslos. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Delizioso e comodo alloggio
Siamo stati a Roma per 4 giorni, abbiamo soggiornato in questo mini appartamento vicinissimo alla metro. L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo antico dotato di ascensore; è abbastanza pulito e ha ogni comodità ((aria condizionata,asciugacapelli, cosmetici per lavarsi, bollitore elettrico...), compresi prodotti per cucinare. Lucrezia, la padrona di casa ci ha accolto gentilmente ed è stata molto disponibile. Speriamo di ritornare!

Perfekte 1 Zimmer Wohnung um Rom zu entdecken
Es ist alles Verfügbar in der Wohnung was man benötigt. U-Bahn und Bus sind in Laufreichweite, sowie auch ein Bäcker und Supermarkt. Das Bett ist etwas weich, aber alles andere ist wunderbar.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement. Il est petit mais amplement suffisant pour deux personnes. On y a trouvé tout le nécessaire pour surfer sur internet, faire la cuisine, le ménage, se doucher, laver des habits, lave vaisselle, etc...L'environnement n'est pas bruyant et on y trouve des super marchés, restaurants, cafés, boutiques pour faire du shopping,etc..Bref nous conseillons cet appartement à tout couple d'autant plus que le prix est attractif

Exactly like the picture
Perfect apartment, good for two person. Very cleans, A/C was working very well and never runed out of hot water. The apartment is 2 minutes walk to the supermarket which is great and 3 minutes from the metro station Re di Loma ( 2-3 stops to the city center). We loved our stay, the only thing is that there’s a family that lives next door with young kids and in the morning they talk pretty loud, so bring ear plugs but other than that would recommend. Our host was perfect and gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat .

L'appartement est bien situé près du métro et très bien agencé. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, comme les draps, les serviettes, la vaisselle, des guides touristiques. A pleasant and confortable stay.
My hostess Lucrezia was clear, efficient and charming. The studio, though not large, was pleasant, confortable. Very well equipped without feeling crowded.Very good bed. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow but the rest was impeccable. Very quiet. I enjoyed it.

Perfect studio !
The studio is very well equipped as advertized and was a perfect base for our stay in Rome. Lucrezia, the owner's daughter was very welcoming and asked for special needs. There is a bakery just across the street with very friendly staff. And for a good coffee or Tiramisu or other pastry, ice cream, name it, they got it....Pompi ( king of Tiramisu) is only around the corner. During out stay, there was a problem with WiFi through the provider at the studio and free WiFi at Pompi came in handy. Metro A is only 3 min walking and bus 87 can take you to Colosseo or Piazza Venezia. We loved our stay and highly recommend the studio.
