Mooie locatie

Betta vakantiehuis staat is een heerlijk huis in een landelijke omgeving. Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Voor de boodschappen moet een kleine 7 kilometer op pad en er zijn een aantal goede restaurants in de buurt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. En als er iets mist dan is de host, Mina, gelijk bereid dit voor je te regelen. De communicatie met haar is zeer laagdrempelig. Ze heeft twee honden en twee katten die vrij rondlopen op het terrein, maar dat vonden wij totaal geen probleem. Het heeft een heerlijk groot zwembad. Met een enorme tuin met twee zitjes. Er is geen airco maar het huis is in de nacht koel genoeg als de luiken voor de ramen dicht zijn als de zon er op schijnt.

Es hat rundum alles gepasst - die Ausstattung, der Pool, die nette Vermieterin. Daher gerne wieder und empfehlenswert. Für unsere Kinder (10-14) war es optimal.

La maison est grande, la piscine fantastique et accessible en permanence Un lieu calme et reposant Mina est tres accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes Il faut aimer les chiens qui sont omniprésents mais adorables La climatisation serait un plus. Fijne schrijvers week

Tijdens onze schrijvers week, hebben we genoten van de mooie zitjes en het geweldige zwembad. Het huis was groot genoeg grote slaapkamers en een royale woonkamer.

Gite idéalement situé entre tourisme balnéaire et visite de magnifiques villages. Calme.

Vacances reposantes dans un appartement au 1 étage d une maison de maitre située en pleine campagne. Idéal famille (enfants >8a), Mina, la propriétaire, vous accueillera avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La piscine est exceptionnelle, les chambres spacieuses. Plages très différentes à 40 mn. Nous avons apprécié le gout du détail et le sérieux des Italiens se cette region qui s ouvre au tourisme. Au top pour vous si vous parlez couramment Italien.

A paradise a place you can only dream of and with an angel like Mina the owner next to you nothing can happen. Despite our grandson's broken leg and car trouble, we had a great time. House and location are perfect , clean and comfortable

Schöne Tage

Das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung liegt schön eingebettet in der Landschaft. Der Pool ist top gepflegt und richtig groß. Für die Kinder das Highlight aber auch zum Bahnen schwimmen für Erwachsene geeignet. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hat Charakter. In der Küche und im Bad merkt man der Wohnung etwas das Alter an. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass neben der sehr netten Gastgeberin, die im Nachbarhaus wohnt, auch noch deren Sohn mit Familie unter uns wohnte. Wir hatten zwar den Pool nahezu komplett für uns, aber insgesamt war es doch etwas unruhig. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche.

Wonderful villa in the countryside

We had a very nice stay, the house is fully equiped and the pool is so large! If we had to find drawback it would only be the distance between the house and the garden, which made not easy to eat outside: you have to walk around 50m to reach the house from the garden. Apart from that, everything was great. Have in mind that the owner lives close to the gardens and have 3 dogs. in case you don't like dogs, which was not our case.

Traumhafter Pool

Der riesige Pool ist das Highlight dieser FeWo. Man kann richtig gut Bahnen schwimmen. Wir haben in unserem 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt viel Zeit im und am Pool verbracht. Unter einem schönen Pavillon haben wir gegessen, gelesen, gechillt. Der Pool und der Garten wurden von Mina sehr gut gepflegt. Überhaupt war Mina stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die FeWo war für uns (4-köpfige Familie) ausreichend groß, die Küche ausreichend bestückt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige kaputte Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sollten erneuert werden. So haben wir viele Mückenstiche abbekommen. Die nahe Landstraße hat uns nicht gestört, da nur wenige Autos hier vorbeikommen. Insgesamt ist es hier recht abgelegen. Wir konnten uns daher sehr gut erholen. Die umliegenden Hügel mit den Sonnenblumenfeldern sind herrlich. Allerdings sind kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend dünn gesäht. Osimo fanden wir nicht sehenswert. Eher schon Macerata, wo wir 2 klassische Konzerte besucht haben: Macerata Festival, unbedingt zu empfehlen. Zum Meer braucht man 40 Minuten. Die Strände sind steinig und waren sehr voll. Teilweise haben wir gar keinen Parkplatz bekommen. Insgesamt können wir die FeWo gut empfehlen. Der riesige Pool allein ist eine Attraktion. Einzige Einschränkung: Mina hat 3 Hunde, die auf dem Gelände (auch am Pool) frei herumlaufen und überall ihre Hinterlassenschaften fallen lassen. Mina macht zwar ständig sauber, kann aber natürlich auch nicht überall sein. Man muss also auf den Wiesen immer schauen, wo man hintritt. Die alte Hündin und die kleine Hündin haben uns gar nicht gestört. Mit der kleinen Hündin hat unsere Tochter gerne gespielt. Die junge Labrador-Hündin Bianca hat allerdings sehr genervt. Sie hat überhaupt nicht gehört (auch nicht auf Mina), sie sprang unverdrossen an uns hoch (auch am Esstisch und am Pool). Obwohl wir Hunde mögen — ein völlig unerzogener Hund nervt einfach, vor allem wenn er einem wie Biancha die feuchte Schnauze plötzlich ins Gesicht streckt oder auf Arme und Beine legt, wenn man in Badehose oder Bikini am Pool liegt. Darum können wir keine 5 Sterne geben. Der Pool ist ohne Einschränkung super schön. Der Aufenthalt am Pool war es aber zeitweise wegen der jungen Hündin nicht, weil sie leider überhaupt nicht gehört hat.

toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Wir waren mit 4 Kindern und Hund unterwegs, alle haben sich rund um wohl gefühlt. Minas Gastfreundschaft, das Haus, der Pool... für uns perfekt!!!! Wir haben viele Ausflüge ins Umland und ans Meer gemacht, es gibt so viel zu entdecken und zu genießen. Unsere Kinder sagen, "so viele Sterne wie möglich und unendlich viele Smileys!"

Idylle pur

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt war einfach toll. Mina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der riesige Pool!

Prachtige plek met veel authenticiteit!

Onze kinderen hebben genoten van de honden en de kat en we hebben ontzettend veel gezwommen in het fijne zwembad. Locatie is ook super, vlakbij hele mooie Italiaanse dorpjes en stadjes!

Wunderschönes Anwesen fernab vom Trubel

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen Gäste von Mina. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir durften alle Mahlzeiten am Pool einnehmen, der wirklich außergewöhnlich ist. Mina ist eine umsichtige, angenehme Gastgeberin, die bei allen Fragen und Wünschen hilft. Die Hunde, insbesondere der Kleine sind klasse. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle, erholsame Ferientage

Wunderbares Anwesen im ruhigen Hinterland der Marken. Der riesige Pool ist der Knaller. Montefano ist der perfekte Ort, um ein paar Tage mit der gesamten Familie zu entspannen. Mina ist eine wunderbare, freundliche Gastgeberin Mina und sorgt unaufgeregt dafür, dass alles passt bzw. läuft. Wir haben die Tage extrem genossen! Mille grazie, cara Mina!

Traumhafte Wohnung mit sehr gepflegtem Ambiente und riesigem Pool

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem gastfreundlichen Haus verbracht. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt . Unsere Kinder fanden die Katze und die beiden Hunde toll. Unser Sohn der gerne skatet war von Osimos Skatepark Ignu begeistert wir fanden Osimo als Ort sehr schön und die Strände bei Ancona toll und auch die Wanderung im Conero- Nationalpark. Beautiful place with pool surrounded by idyllic landscape

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartement. It is a quiet place, perfect to relax and swim in the nice pool. The very warm welcome of the friendly owners with their cute dogs and the cat made the stay perfect. We got super recommendations as to visit the beautiful beach of Portonuovo. The kitchen has everything we needed and everything worked well and the couches inside allow a comfortable stay even on rainy days. A car is definitively needed to reach the house and the surroundings. The beach is at about 35 minutes, and nice small towns are near by to enjoy italian pizza and the view over the magnificent landscape of Le Marche. The region is not very crowded by tourists which we appreciated especially this year. Grazie mille Mina! We would love to come back!

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in Alleinlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf dem Land in den Marken, ca. eine halbe Stunde vom Meer entfernt. Minna kümmert sich um das Anwesen und die Gäste und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Kommunikation hat sich leider schwierig gestaltet, da nur über Translator möglich. Der Außenbereich darf genutzt werden, liegt einige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Kinder haben das Spielen am Pool sehr geliebt, der überdurchschnittlich groß war. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Kühlschrank ausgetauscht.

bella vacanza

La casa è bella, spaziosa e arieggiata. La zona piscina è grande e ben attrezzata, i nostri bimbi si sono divertiti molto. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile e cerca di risolvere eventuali problemi: noi abbiamo trovato la lavastoviglie rotta e non facendo in tempo a ripararla (purtroppo!!) ci ha fornito di piatti di plastica. Nel complesso la settimana è stata proprio piacevole, la posizione della casa ti permette di fare numerose gite ad un massimo di 30 min di macchina. Un elemento meno positivo è che gli elettrodomestici (frigorifero freezer caldaia ) sono parecchio datati e quindi non sempre funzionano bene, fare la doccia calda ad esempio non è semplicissimo.. Da segnalare inoltre che oltre alla proprietaria vivono al piano terra anche il figlio con famiglia e due cani (molto dolci e affettuosi ma importante saperlo per chi non li ama).

A great gem

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay. The villa is exactly as we expected it ie a home from home with a bigger than average, well kept swimming pool Juts for us. The house is comfortable, spacious, rustic with everything one needs. The surrounding countryside is blissful and dreamy but the real value add was our host, Minna, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay stay truly memorable.

Bella proprietà ma...

La proprietà è veramente splendida ma la pulizia in generale ed in particolare delle stoviglie lascia un po' desiderare. Inoltre il forno a microonde era rotto e ci è stato sostituito con un altro che aveva in casa, ma era vecchio e sporco. La caldaia con fiamma libera era collegata alla presa di corrente con un cavetto volante e dall'aspetto poco sicuro. In generale gli elettrodomestici (frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè) erano vecchi, malmessi e dal funzionamento incerto. Inoltre non erano presenti le istruzioni per l'utilizzo degli stessi. Molto problematico l'utilizzo della doccia, la quale, essendo collegata ad una caldaia di vecchia generazione, alterna acqua bollente ad acqua gelida, impossibile da mixare. Da sottolineare la bellissima piscina contornata da un giardino perfettamente curato.

vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La maison est spacieuse. L'extérieur est fantastique : piscine de rêve, terrasse, transats, tout y était. La maison était propre à l'arrivée et Mina, notre propriétaire tout à fait charmante, toujours là pour faire plaisir. Sans oublier ces deux chiens et chats qui ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
