Buona struttura per due famiglie e figli

Bella, molto rilassante. Ottimo barbecue e piscina condivisa ma accesso dal proprio giardino. La struttura non è centrale rispetto al paese, occorrono circa 30 minuti a piedi, ma in compenso e a soli 10 minuti da una grandissima spiaggia libera di sabbia con locali per mangiare. Consigliate scarpette gomma per entrare in acqua, fondale con pietroline, scogli e sabbia, comunque adatto a bambini. Per la vita mondana... occorre andare la sera a Cambrils o Salou.

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison, spacieuse. Superbe piscine, sécurisé par un portillon, grande et propre. Maison un peu loin du centre pour y aller à pied. Très belle plage et pas surchargé de gens, très agréable, avec un parking à proximité. Très bon séjour.

Casa en urbanización, cerca de playas y calas. La piscina es comunitaria pero no muy concurrida. Pasamos una buena semana, recomendable para familias .

Maison idéal pour famille , situé dans un endroit calme avec piscine privative très bien entretenu. pas très loin des belles criques de Miami Platja, propriétaire correct et sympa. je recommande.

Tres bon séjour en famille et entre amis

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette propriété, piscine Tres agréable et calme. Maison avec toutes ces commodités. Seul bémol il y a pas la clim avec des enfants en bas et des fortes chaleur c'est un peu compliqué. Tres belle maison proche de tout plage proche a 10 min à pied très bon restaurant. Je recommande vivement

Schönes Objekt, nette Betreiber

Lage: Das Haus befindet sich ca. 1 Km außerhalb der Stadt Miami Playa und ist leider etwas abgelegen von den touristischen Attraktionen. Der Strand ist ca. 900 Meter entfernt und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Leider war es keine Sandstrand, sondern vorwiegend aus sehr kleinen Kieseln. Im Wasser sind große Steinplatten, sodass Badeschuhe zu empfehlen sind. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 1,5 Km entfernt. Das Zentrum ca. 3 Km. Insgesamt ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Haus: Schönes Objekt, dass im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung entspricht. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren und Rollläden ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm bei hohen Temperaturen. Küche/ Wohnzimmer sind groß. EG komplett gefliest. Nicht so schön waren der Geschirrspüler sowie die Waschmaschine. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Wäsche war sehr feucht nach dem Waschgang. Die Küche könnte üppiger mit Utensilien bestückt werden. Insgesamt leider auch nur 4 Handtücher (Dusche). Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber sehr sauber und gut. Der Gemeinschftsgarten ist toll. Grüne Wiese und schöner Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme entsprach dem Landesstandard. Betreiber: Sehr nette Betreiber. Verständigung ausschließlich in Spanisch. Google Übersetzer sei dank, jedoch kein Problem. Probleme wurden schnell behoben bzw. alternative Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Beispielsweise wurde der Kauf weiterer Handtücher und eine Erstattung des Geldes angeboten. Im Gesamten war der Objekt schön. Hätte aber noch Potenzial nach oben.

Maison au top

La Maison etait très fonctionnel..a proximité de la plage ..environ 10 min... piscine super dans le jardin...terrasse spacieuse avec barbecue ...seul bemol il manquais la climatisation ...sinon je mettrais une note de 9/10...je recommande vivement cette joli villa..et merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité et hospitalité...

Maison au calme, fait pour se reposer

Nous avons passé de chouettes vacances, la maison est accueillante, fonctionnelle et surtout elle est située en retrait de la ville. On y est vraiment au calme. Le jardin est appréciable ainsi que la piscine.

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, beaucoup de place Terrasse abritée parfaite, barbecue, piscine, et possibilité d'aller à la plage à pieds environ 10 minutes. Equipement parfait, seul bémol la propreté dans la cuisine (dans les placards) La hotte ne fonctionne pas dans pas mal de graisse, c'est bien dommage. Par contre, micro onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge très pratique Je recommande cette location

"Nous avons passé un très...

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, environnement calme, piscine très agréable et peu fréquentée, très bien entretenue ainsi que la pelouse. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles, la maison avec son jardin nous ont procuré toute satisfaction, ventilateurs dans les chambres et sur la terrasse du jardin. Pour le descriptif de la maison, à préciser 1 salle de bains avec WC et 1 WC séparé avec lavabo mais pas 2 salles de bains. La région est très agréable, et nous avons pu profiter des petites criques avec peu de monde, voiture pour s''y rendre indispensable."

The house arrangement is ...

The house arrangement is excellent in spite of the fact that is rather far from the sea. The car is necessary. House is big, convenient, one bathroom, two toilets. There is an exit to the pool and a lawn. It is rather quietly and peaceful place. I could recommend the house for rest.

"Excellent séjour, la maison est très agréable, très fonctionnelle, dans un environnement calme et proche de tout. Idéal pour un séjour en famille car les enfants peuvent se faire des copains autour de la piscine. Malgré la proximité, indispensable de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et ont pleins de bons plans à indiquer. Au niveau équipement, la seule chose non conforme c''est la télé : en fait c''est une vieille télé et il n''y a pas de lecteur dvd."
