100 m away from a large white sandy beach, near a fishing harbour, shops and restaurants. Large comfortable not attached house with a pleasant fenced garden. The house, nicely decorated in a West Coast spirit, has a vast living room opening at ground level on to the garden. Equipped house with high-speed internet (ADSL).

Une très bonne semaine de vacances !

Une très agréable maison , bien conçue avec un beau et grand jardin, idéale pour une grande famille. La proximité immédiate de la mer est un atout supplémentaire. Bref, de belles vacances !

Région magnifique et maison vraiment très agréable

La région est vraiment Magnifique avec de belles plages pour ballades ou baignades. On trouve facilement de quoi se faire plaisir à manger entre poissons,crustacés et crêpes . La maison est très chaleureuse et spacieuse et lumineuse . Les lits sont très bons ,nous avons tous bien dormis .Nous avons aussi apprécié les grandes tables et grands canapés .l essentiel est la pour cuisiner avec 9 bons mangeurs ,grands plats, grille pain ,etc...! 2 salles de bain semblent un peu juste mais bien organisés..ça roule !

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und gute Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften (Pont l abbé). Gemütlicher bretonischer Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell,großer Garten, gut ausgestatte Küche. Sonst aber erheblich renovierungsbedürftig, in die Jahre gekommen.Stellenweise unsauber, Betten (Matratzen) sehr schlecht und unbequem.Das 2. Badezimmer in Parterre wird nicht als Gelegenheitsdusche zum Duschen nach dem Strandbesuch beschrieben. Insgesamt in diesem Zustand nicht empfehlenswert und im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes seinen Preis ( 5300.-€) nicht wert.

Situation correcte grande maison calme literie de bonne qualité. Pour la grandeur de la maison une deuxième salle de bain chauffée serait la bienvenue. Cuisine bien aménagée. Grand salon.

Superbe séjour

La maison est décorée avec goût (le paradis pour les lecteurs !). Elle est entièrement équipée et elle est très agréable à vivre. Le jardin est grand : grande table, barbecue, bains de soleil, salon de jardin. Tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter. La possibilité de se garer dans la cour est un plus. L'emplacement à 200 mètres de la mer est idéal. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Séjour excellent

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine. La maison correspondait exactement à nos attentes : style, décoration, confort avec une mention spéciale pour l'équipement de la cuisine. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très à l'aise. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la terrasse extérieure et le jardin. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci beaucoup.

Traumhaus mit Charme und traumhafter Garten

Ein zauberhaftes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber top augestattet. Viel Platz, viel Geschirr, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, top Küchenausstattung, alles bestens. Kleiner Mangel: Das Haus war sehr staubig und der Müll war nicht überall geleert, aber dies sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wissenswert ist, dass der vordere Bereich des Gartens nicht komplett umschlossen ist, mein Hund ist zweimal ausgebüchst... dies sollte man wissen. Der hintere große Garten ist ausbruchsicher. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub.

Belle Maison spacieuse mais cracra !

Une belle maison spacieuse pour nos vacances en famille mais grosse déception à l'arrivée après 9h de route.... Un ménage de 2h avant de pouvoir en profiter... Une couche de poussière et saleté immonde dans toute les chambres du sol au plafond... WC dégoûtant... Meubles de cuisine et frigo très sales...et j'en passe bref un service d'entretien inexistant pour 100 euros réclamé au locataire précédent. Une maison de vacance top mais qui mériterait un bon coup de propre et d'entretien.

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison agréable et très bien située Néanmoins, 2 points d’amélioration importants La propreté était tout à fait moyenne en particulier la cuisine La salle de douche n’est pas dans la maison mais dans un local de rangement du matériel extérieur (type cuisine d’été) et très petite Il serait plus juste d’indiquer salle d’eau d’appoint

Superbe semaine entre amis

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale à l’île tudy! Nous étions 3 familles amies, 6 adultes et 6 enfants de 5 à 20 ans. La maison est superbe pour ça! Très bien placée, très bien équipée, pas trop fragile, de beaux espaces intérieure et extérieur.. tout à était super pour cette première semaine de notre séjour breton. Merci et très bonne continuation

Super séjour à l’Ile-Tudy

Nous avons passés quinze jours fabuleux à 10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants) à l’Ile-Tudy dans la maison d’Evelyne. La maison est très joliment décorée et extrêmement bien équipée. L’emplacement est idéal (2 min à pied de la plage) et tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Les pièces sont grandes et bien meublées pour recevoir 10 à 12 personnes sans problème. Il y a même des vélos sur place à disposition des locataires pour faciliter les déplacements sur l’île. Evelyne et notre contact sur place ont été très réactifs et aidants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!

Charmantes Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem sehr charmanten, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Haus mit gemütlichem Garten sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch qualitativ verbesserungsfähig. Die Lage am Meer ist phantastisch, die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren oder attraktiven Tagesausflügen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jean Paul war sehr zuverlässig und hat sich bei Anfragen hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Evelyne hat auf alle Fragen sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert. Besten Dank dafür!

Lovely large house

Great property , great location on a beautiful sandy dog friendly beach . The house has a very good range of bedrooms and although we were all adults ( plus a large dog) it would suit a few families with children fabulously for an old fashioned beach type holiday

Super Urluab

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in Strandnähe und ist sehr gut ausgestattet..sogar Gasherd und Grill, den wir sehr genossen hatten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch Fahrräder zur Benützung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen Traum-Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Wundervolles Haus mit Charme. Herrlicher Garten für Mensch und Hund. Wenige Schritte bis zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort direkt an den Campingplätzen und 2 Min zum SuperU.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien placée

La villa est très bien équipée avec tout le confort , l’agencement des différentes pièces permet de vivre nombreux sans être les uns sur les autres. Le jardin est spacieux ce qui est très agréable . Enfin la maison est au calme à 100 mètres de la plage . Un excellent séjour !
