About this property

Positano Place is an upscale gated community located in Central Naples. The community features a beautiful heated pool and sauna.

The condo contains 9 foot ceilings and granite countertop’s throughout. Just bring a toothbrush and golf clubs.
In October 2017 we replaced the flooring in the bedrooms and painted the entire condo. We just replaced all the furniture in August 2019.
The condo comes fully furnished with everything from beach supplies to a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo comes with a long bed and 2 singles. The condo is located on the second floor. Cable and WiFi included.

January has to be paired with February and March to be paired with April. 60 day minimums required in high season.

This condo is in the closest building to the pool.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at Positano. We will definitely be back next year.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The property and pool were immaculate and inviting. We look forward to coming again next year.

Nice apartment in Naples..

The apartments as described, nice two bedrooms apartment, nicely furnished with all you need for your stay. It is situated just off livingstrong avenue, great for quick driving access, less convenient for taking a walk around (lot of traffic). The place is nice and clean.

Beautifully decorated, great location in Naples

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this condo. The unit, the buildings, the clubhouse and the grounds are very well kept. The people are friendly. The location is just great, not far to anything, beaches, dining, shopping, entertainment. Marco, the owner is great! He is responsive and easy to reach. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy Naples!

Fav Starbucks location!

Beautiful condo with all amenities and this was an excellent time of year to visit. Friendly staff and neighbours, quiet area, I was very impressed by how clean the city is and the condo complex was no exception; well maintained property, landscaping was beautiful. Shopping is great, loads of it, but you will need a vehicle to get around. Fifth Ave was really nice, great for families too, beach is a short drive away, but there is always the pool at the condo. Lots of nite life, loads to do. Everything is at the condo, you only need to buy your groceries...easy to get in touch with condo owner, visitor info package was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this unit. I am hoping to get back very soon.

Great Naples location

We stayed in this unit March and April and loved it so much we booked it for next year. From the large Led flat screen tv, to well appointed furniture and new linens, this was a true home away from home. The location is close to many nice resturants and shops and only about 15 mins. to downtown Naples and the beach. The grounds are well maintained and the beautiful pool is heated in the winter and very large. The owner was always helpful takes great pride in this unit.

Poistano Place

I would definitely come back to this property. The building and grounds are very well maintained. The property is secure. The staff and condo members are friendly. The unit is very clean and larger than it looks. There are two showers with great running water, washer, dryer, dish washer. Just unpack and enjoy! The owner left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Naples is a beautiful place to visit with plenty of activities or just relax by the pool or beach. I would recommend getting a car to get around Naples and surrounding areas.
