Tres bel appartement petit mais correct pour 2 adultes,voir un enfant ,proche de toutes les commodites (supermarche a 800metres centre ville tres proche ,en face du train a vapeur et du port ) accueil tres chaleureux du proprietaire dommage que certains locataires n'ai pas le sens de la proprete

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage mit Balkon und Aussicht auf den Hafen und die nostalgische Dampfeisenbahn. Sehr gastfreundliches Vermieterehepaar mit vielen Tipps für Besichtigungen. Die Wohnungsübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Kurzer Weg in das Ortszentrum und zum Hafen. Großes Plus ist die Autogarage in der Tiefgarage, da in St .Valery Parkplätze Mangelware sind.

Très bon séjour dans un charmant appartement, calme, très bien situé Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous explique bien tout ce qu'il y a à voir en Baie de Somme, mais aussi en Pas de Calais. Tout est réuni pour passer un bon séjour.

Warm and cosy apartment in ideal location

Comfortable apartment in excellent location. Underground fully secure private garage. Owner didn't speak English, but was patient and welcoming, and made sure we understood everything.

Mauvaise foi finissant sur un imprévu, dommage

La propreté pouvait aller si on ne regardait pas dans les coins, l’aspirateur était en panne ce qui explique peut-être ceci… L’appartement est bien situé et généreusement fourni en accessoires de cuisine. Le propriétaire était sympathique jusqu’à la fin du séjour où son épouse nous a réclamé 10,00€ pour la consommation d’électricité et ce en contradiction avec le contrat de location(vérifié auprès de Abritel), dommage!!! Loin de moi, l’envie de commencer une discussion non-constructive surtout pour une somme aussi ridicule mais par principe, nous n’y retournerons pas.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Saint-Valery s. Somme ist ein schönes lebendiges Städtchen mit netten Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, wunderbar!

Bel appartement très bonne situation

Petit appartement mais suffisant pour 3 personnes voire 4 max. Tous produits ménager à disposition. Belle situation car proche du centre-ville et des commerces. Proche également des axes routiers pour les visites. Résidence calme et reposante À prévoir si possible le remplacement de la box car 2G un peu limite et peut être de la télévision quelque peu dépassée. Sinon je recommande cet appartement

Appartement correspondant à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Le parking privé ainsi que l'ascenseur sont des + indéniables. Très bien placé, de plus la mise à disposition de 2 vélos est vraiment appréciable. Une adresse à conserver :)
