wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Carlas Haus. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und informiert. Die Lage ist ideal! Die Gegend ist ruhig, trotzdem der Weg ins Städtchen nicht weit. Die beiden Terrassen sind richtig toll und mit allem bestückt, was gute Erholung braucht. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht.
Wie im letzten Jahr waren wir begeistert von der fantastischen Aussicht über das Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel und gepflegt und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten und Castiglione della Pescaia ist ein lauschiger Urlaubsort mit guten Restaurants und Bars. Kurz: Es war wieder ein perfekter Urlaub.

Sehr gepflegte schöne Wohnung
Wir verbrachten mit unserem fünfjährigem Sohn zwei Wochen in der sehr, sehr gepflegten und sauberen Wohnung, bei der es so gut wie keine Gebrauchsspuren gibt. Auch die Terasse(n) sind super gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt mehr als genügend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist absolut neuwertig und die begehbare Dusche ein Genuss. Unschlagbar natürlich der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer. Der Fußweg zum Strand beträgt etwas weniger als ein Kilometer und lässt sich locker bewältigen. Trotz Sprachbarrieren verlief die Kommunikation mit Carla hervorragend und vollkommen problemlos. Wirklich schön, dass sich Vermieter so lobenswert um ihre Wohnung kümmern!

Traum-Apartment!
Gleich vorweg: Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist absolut fantastisch – noch besser als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Bei klarem Wetter kann man bis Korsika sehen und Castiglione della Pescaia liegt einem zu Füßen. Mit dem Sonnenschirm, den Liegen und der Außendusche kann man auch mal einen Tag auf der Terasse verbringen, wenn es am Wochenende am Strand zu voll ist. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser, wirklich scharfe Küchen- und Brotmesser und Geräte wie Sandwichmaker, Salatschleuder, Geschirrspüler und Espressokannen in vier verschiedenen Größen. Auch der Grill im Garten zieht super. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, zumal auch die Vermieter sehr nett waren und die Kommunikation trotz Sprachbarriere gut funktioniert hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in questo appartamento, funzionale e ben attrezzato. La biancheria molto pulita, come gli asciugamani e questo per chi viaggia con bambini é davvero un punto a favore. I proprietari sono puntuali e cortesi, un vero piacere incontrare persone così. Ho scelto questa casa per la terrazza e lo spazio esterno e non mi sono sbagliata! La vista sull’arcipelago toscano é meravigliosa , ben ventilata anche nei giorni più caldi. C’è un barbecue che abbiamo usato quasi tutte le sere, in muratura e ben tenuto. Le camere sono fresche, sopratutto la notte, c’è una lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Qualche piccolo problema con i canali tv e il Wi-Fi , ma abbiamo capito che era un problema nella zona, inoltre la Signora Carla ha fatto di tutto per risolvere. È sicuramente una casa nella quale potremmo tornare.

Very nice location
Very nice and comfortable appartement with a great seaview. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Good mattraces, aircondition and mosquito barriers on the windows. The hosts are very polite and we really enjoyed staying here.

Sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse im oberen Teil des Hauses. Zugang über Außentreppe (ca 40 Stufen) für ältere Gäste mit Gepäck etwas problematisch. Benutzung des Carport für Auto neben Hauszugang sehr angenehm.

Ottimo Appartamento, Spettacolare Panorama, Deliziosa Location
L'appartamento è spazioso, molto accogliente e si respira aria di casa. Personalizzato e attrezzato di tutto, anche il superfluo, rispondente a foto e descrizione, tutto funzionante e funzionale ad un permanenza anche prolungata. I punti di forza sono sicuramente le terrazze, il giardino ombreggiato e il BBQ, l'ineguagliabile panorama sull'arcipelago che si ammira anche da dentro casa con ampissima porta-finestra. La zona circostante offre di tutto e di più: mare, pineta, sport, passeggiate nella natura dell'entroterra, cultura, ristorazione, supermercati e shopping. Carla, la padrona di casa, è molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile. Grazie Carla & co, per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità. Alla prossima: torneremo!

Gepflegtes Appartment mit atemberaubendem 3 Insel Blick
Nette Begrüßung durch Carla, die Vermieterin. Das Appartement ist herrlich im Hügel gelegen und eröffnet einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht und die Fortezza. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein um die ca. 85 Höhenmeter vom Meer zu bewältigen. Alles ist gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - aber recht eng. Dafür wird man mit einem atemberaubenden 3 Insel Blick von der großen Terrasse belohnt. Wer grillen möchte findet einen praktischen Außengrill auf einer der Terrassen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer, welches zu Fuß erreichbar ist!
Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung, mit einer gut geschützten Terrasse mit Blick auf Castiglione und das Mittelmeer. Man kann den Strand im Ort zu Fuß erreichen oder mit dem Auto zu einen der umliegenden Strände fahren. Die Wohnung hat Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, gutes Bad und eine kleine aber gut ausgestattet Küche. Toll ist auch die Aussendusche zum Duschen nach einem Strandtag. Lobenswert auch die unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung durch das Vermieterpaar. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
