Freiheit und Privatsphäre

Die ideale Unterkunft für Menschen die Ruhe, Freiheit und Privatsphäre im Urlaub zu schätzen wissen. Das kleine Ferienhaus steht mitten im großen Garten am Hang eines Berges, also mitten in der Natur. Eine wunderbare Fernsicht auf die Berge am Meer ist inclusive. Für die Zufahrt ist ein Fahrzeug mit erhöhter Bodenfreiheit empfohlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili mai invadenti, bel posto fresco, ottimo per chi ama stare a contatto con tutta la fauna e la flora tipiche del posto, consigliato.. piaciuto molto anche alla nostra jack Russell! Grazie signori Porcu

Casa-campeggio

Premesso che siamo soddisfatti, l'alloggio proposto è la perfetta via di mezzo tra una casa e un campeggio, ad un prezzo onesto. Non è consigliato per chi non è abituato a fare campeggio. È consigliato per chi vive la vacanza fuori casa o all'aperto. Nonostante tutto basterebbero dei piccoli miglioramenti per migliorarla in alcune lacune, esempio acqua non potabile! Per noi e per chi come noi ama la natura e la privacy è consigliato.

Peccato.....

Non è una casina immersa nel verde, perché l'ettaro di terreno non è curato assolutamente, non è calpestabile. La baita è molto fatiscente, con un impianto elettrico ed idraulico molto alla buona......e poco funzionale, l'illuminazione esterna scarsa e gli elettrodomestici vecchiotti. La strada che parte dal cancello e va alla casina é mal curata e disconnessa, con piante che invadono la via. Non sono esigente ma così è troppo anche per me. Nel complesso posso dire che c'è tanto da lavorare per essere una baita immersa nel verde. Il resto della vacanza è stato favoloso, con mare e fondali stupendi, peccato per il soggiorno.

Fantastische Insel

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, aber nicht mehr. Einfache Einrichtung, Terrasse schön im Schatten gelegen. Das Holzhaus liegt mitten im Garten. Wir fanden die Urwaldatmosphäre sehr schön. Man muss die Natur mit Spinnen, Ameisen und Käfern mögen. Leider im Bad keine Duschabtrennung. Back to the roots, Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Petit chalet charmant

On a passé douze jours très sympas: Le chalet est entouré de vegetations,bien au calme et frais la nuit. La chienne s est régalée. A dix minutes des plages et 5 minutes de Tortoli' . Bien accueilli par Luigina et Giovanni les proprietaires A refaire Anna et gilles

TRANQUILLITA' E NATURA

Perfetta per chi ama la tranquillità e la natura... la casetta è molto semplice ma allo stesso tempo funzionale, la cucina esterna è comodissima( noi abbiamo utilizzato solo quella !!) Super consigliata a chi ha animali, essendo situata nel mezzo al verde è molto fresca.

Naturnahes Feriendomizil

Wir hatten in Luigianes und Giovannis Gartendatscha einen sehr schönen, naturnahen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist der Beschreibung treu: der Komfort ist recht einfach aber wir haben alles Notwendige vorgefunden und die Vermieter waren bei Fragen sehr hilfsreich. Bei schönem Wetter lädt dieses Ferienziel mit Aussenküche dazu ein, seine gesamte Zeit draussen zu verbringen, genau so, wie wir es uns mit 2 Kindern vorgestellt haben. Dennoch: Mückenspray nicht vergessen! Die Lage ist perfekt, wer die Ruhe geniesst, wird diese vor den Toren der Stadt liegende Unterkunft geniessen. Und wer Animation braucht, ist in 5 Minuten in der Stadt oder am Strand.

Super esperienza!!!!

Vengo da diversi anni nella casetta di Luigina e Giovanni,si sta proprio bene. La veranda è attrezzata, ci permette di stare all' aperto anche quando siamo a casa,si può cucinare e mangiare comodamente, essendo spaziosa. Anche il nostro cagnolino gradisce molto stare qui. Ci torneremo anche nel 2019.

Toccata e fuga

...direi soprattutto fuga!Non abbiamo neanche scaricato la macchina e dopo neanche 1 ora ce ne siamo andati(chiaramente dopo aver saldato l'intera cifra!!!).Il motivo?La casetta,se così si può chiamare,si presentava terrificante,a nostro parere ben diversa da come si presentava sul sito,recensioni comprese:in poche parole una baracca,contro tutte le norme di sicurezza ed abitabilità, dove faceva un caldo tremendo. La signora per telefono, ha detto che quella casetta piace a tutti e che la gente la prenota da un anno all'altro,che ho sbagliato io a prenotare quel tipo di casa...sinceramente io in 54 anni di vita ho dormito anche in ostelli,con la consapevolezza di dove andavo, ma mai mi sono trovata in una simile situazione:quindi,nonostante la proprietaria mi abbia detto il contrario,la descrizione sul sito non è attendibile se no non avrei mai fatto la follia di prenotare e quindi pagare un posto del quale non ho usufruito. Chiaramente almeno un minimo di rimborso è stato negato.
