Perfectly located villa, with an overlooking view on the sea and a wide green area. Entirely redecorated in 2008. New terraces, new bathrooms updated during las years. Villa is extremely well equipped with complete kitchen and accessories.
Near access to shops, beach, tourist spots.
Villa has a private pool what gets sun all day around.
High level of garden has a well-maintained lawn with mediterranean plants all around. The low level of the garden gathers numerous fruit trees of southern régions (orange, lemon, peach, figs, banana, grapes).
Sheets and towels are on option to be managed directly with the owner. Cost is € 25.00/person and will be paid 14 days prior arrival.

Superbe villa - très bien équipée , située dans les hauteurs donc super calme -5 minutes pour desceà
Nous étions tous très contents - l’endroit est magique , la vue superbe - tout est beau et calme.et très bien équipé il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est charmant et nous a bien guidés. Pour que tout soit parfait . Nous suggérons une rampe pour descendre à la piscine , la deuxième , troisième et quatrième sont plus profondes ( pas pour handicapés ou personnes plus âgées - trip de marches Séjour réussi. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Geatan war super. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft weiter.

Wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in den Bergen von Nizza. Mit eigenem Auto sind Geschäfte und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Bei starker Hitze wäre eine Klimaanlage vorteilhaft. Ventilatoren sind für mehrere Räume vorhanden. Tolles gepflegtes Haus mit Pool. Hervorragend für einen Familienurlaub. Très belle villa. Très calme voiture nécessaire pour se déplacer. Un peu loin de la plage si jeunes enfants. Point négatif : L’usure et la propreté des draps (tâche, cheveux, trous) est à revoir. Ce n’est à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Dommage aucune compréhension du propriétaire concernant ce souci.

En trevlig vecka
Vi (5 vuxna o 2 barn) hade en underbar vecka i Cagnes sur mer. Huset hade gott om plats både ute o inne för samvaro. Välutrustat kök. Ligger lite avsides men det fungerade bra att nyttja kollektivtrafiken ( 15 min promenad till bussen). Många trevliga utflykter blev det.

Great stay!
The house is very well equipped (especially if you like to cook!) and spotlessly clean. Ideally located (close to shopping centers, beaches, airport) and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. We had a very good communication with the owner who gave us very clear indications. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or a stay with friends, the four bedrooms and the bathrooms are well organised so that everyone can have their private space. You can enjoy the garden and pool with a very nice view. Would definitely come back again!

Belle vacance de fin d'année
Nous avons passé une belle periode après Noël et fêté la fin de l'année à la maison avec nos amis. La maison est bien orienté au soleil, spacieuse et trés bien organisé. Beau dehors et piscine pour l'été.

Wonderful time in south of France
We had a wonderul time in Gaetans villa. The house is beautiful, clean and full equipped (washing machine, kitchen stuff). House is big enough for nice evenings together and also to have some private time. It is located in a quite area on a mountain. The pool area is gorgeous, what was a bit sad is that out of 4 sun beds two were damaged and the grill was a bit small. In overall we had an amazing time and loved our stay at the villa.

villa on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur Mer
A beautiful and quiet property on the outskirts of Cagnes Sur mer. This was perfect for the family and would definitely stay again. The only downside is it's proximity to the local town. You have to hire a vehicle which is easy to do and once you have one the villa is easy to reach. The owner was easy to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was alright. Would recommend this peaceful villa.

Schönstes Ferienhaus
Es war einfach beeindruckend. Das Haus ist bestens und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter, Partner und 2 Enkelkindern dort und haben uns alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

Lovely villa. Beautiful pool and gardens. Exceptionally well equipped. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Stunning views. Helpful, friendly owner. A pity there were only 2 toilets for 4 bedrooms. It could have been a bit cleaner in corners and under things in the villa. The pillows are a bit old and worn and some of the mattress protectors were stained, even though they had been washed (they need replacing!). But overall a fabulous week in a wonderful place! Thank you.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken, sowohl Natur als auch Kultur. Der Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort, war aber bei Fragen stets per email oder Telefon ansprechbar. Wir waren im April dort und haben die Geräumigkeit und Ruhe sehr genossen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache, dass man nichts zu Fuß erledigen kann, da das Haus auf dem Berg liegt und es keine Wege für Fußgänger gibt. Aber das ist generell so in dieser Gegend. Klare Empfehlung!
