Villa with pool and rooftop with sea view, near the beaches

Charming villa built in the typical style of Algarve, with two terraces (one roof terrace), encircled by a lawned garden with a barbecue area and an above-ground swimming pool - rectangular wooden pool (6.5 m x 3.5 m) open from April to October - located in a calm place of Vale da Telha, in the middle of the nature park of Costa Vicentina and nearby the magnificent beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clerigo and Amoreira.

Possibility of walking to cliffs located some hundred meters from the house.

The village of Aljezur located a few minutes away by car has a good selection of typical restaurants, stores, banks, and some points of interest such as a Moorish castle.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Man kann im Garten mit Pool sehr gut entspannen. Die wunderschönen Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist aber zwingend notwendig. Die Gegend ist besonders für Surfer und Wanderer geeignet. Es ist bei weitem nicht so überlaufen wie die südliche Algarve. Wer dem grossen Touristenstrom entgehen möchte ist hier richtig.

Excellent séjour

La casa cool est magnifiquement située à proximité de 3 magnifiques plages. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, très joliment décorée. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables. Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable.

Great place - beautifull area

Great spacious house, very well equiped. Semi urbanised area with beautifull beaches and bays nearby. Enjoyed the ocean sunset from the roof terrace and from the cliff on walking distance.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor war durchweg sehr gut. Die Immobilie ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Gute Ausstattung, Bäder sind zur. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist ok, nur ein wenig in Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub.und auch zu empfehlen.

Excellent choice.

Excellent property which is well maintained and comfortable . The three bathrooms were useful and the beach umbrellas were really handy. If I was to suggest anything it would be the towels could be a bit more substantial. The house has easy access to the lovely beaches and supermarkets. The immediate area is a bit non - descript but it is quiet and peaceful and grew on me as the week went on. We would happily stay here again.

Great stay!

The house is very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful large garden and great pool. The area is very quiet with just some sounds of birds and the ocean but not far from nice restaurants. The rooftop is great too for a sundowner.

Tio Top Unterkunft

Wir waren jetzt mitte September in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und geplegt. Es hat von der Ausstattung an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist dehr ruhig und schön. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto, da es doch ca 10 km außerhlb Aljezur liegt. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter. Harald

Todo bien y tal como se describe

Todo muy correcto. La casa está muy bien equipada, no hemos echado en falta nada, la piscina bien, y el sitio muy tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Playas cerca (en coche a 4-5 minutos) y parajes naturales.

Casa bem equipada , com um espaço exterior muito amplo e muito bem cuidado. Terraço fantástico onde se passa uns finais de tarde magníficos. Anfitrião muito acessível e simpático, assim como a pessoa que nós recebeu para o check in , o Walter sempre disponível para ajudar .

Un peu déçus

Adaptée pour une famille de 5 personnes, la maison ne fait cependant pas les 145m2 annoncés dans l'annonce. Quelques défauts et désagréments doivent être corrigés: - accueil et visite de la maison en 1mn30 montre en main, - rapide odeur d'humidité (6h) si la maison n'est pas aérée, imprégnant les placards, couettes, oreillers..., - décharges électriques en touchant le lave linge, le lave vaisselle, Le grill pain, le micro ondes, -rien pour nettoyer la piscine. La venue du jardinier pour tondre la pelouse pendant notre séjour a été "dérangeante"... Attention, l'humidité extérieure tombe très vite, dès 20h.

Vraiment décevant pas assez d’eau chaude pour cinq personnes Évacuation de l’eau de douche bouchée dans 2 SDB Le matin le jardin est complètement trempé à cause de l’arrosage automatique il y a cinq transats mais seulement trois matelas utilisables le quatrième étant complètement abîmé le salon en haut dans le toit est inutilisable car pas de coussins nous sommes assis sur la résine brûlante Nous avons reçu des chocs électriques très violents en retirant les vêtements de la machine à laver aussi les enfants en vidant le lave-vaisselle avec la porte du lave-vaisselle et également la porte du frigidaire..Ce grave incident est arrivé le mercredi quelqu’un est passé seulement vendredi pour constater que tout va bien et qu’il ne faut pas que je sois pieds nus pour vider le lave-linge...(???!!!)Il a aussi confirmé le problème avec le chauffe-eau puisque les piles étaient usées. Il faut une voiture pour aller n’importe où même pour acheter à l’épicerie la plus proche les plages sont loin Dès 19 h il fait frais et humide d’ailleurs les serviettes restent très humides jusqu’au lendemain en plus il aurait été appréciable d’avoir une serviette supplémentaire l’étendoir est inutilisable il est tout le temps parterre à cause du vent et trempé avec l’arrosage automatique...

Wunderbar

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, umrahmt von einem schön angelegten Garten mit Pool und Außengrill, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man weiter hinten sogar das Meer sehen. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut aufgeteilt, eine top ausgestattete Küche, netter Wohnbereich, drei Bäder, gutes WLAN. Man braucht aber zwingend ein Auto. Bäcker und kleinerer Supermarkt nahebei. Es gibt mehrere wunderschöne Strände, naturbelassene Buchten, mit feinem Sand und tollen Wellen in 10-35 Minuten Fahrzeit. Auch der wunderschöne Küstenwanderweg liegt vor der Tür. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation waren völlig problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Excelente casa de férias, para quem tem crianças pequenas a piscina “elevada” é mais segura por dificultar o acesso. A casa estava perfeitamente limpa e as divisões são ótimas. Foi uma boa escolha
