Nice apartment, located on the first floor of a small quiet residence of three levels without elevator.
South exposure with balcony and magnificent view of the Pla d'Adet.
It is located near the thermal baths, the SENSORIA thermoludic center, shops, cable cars (100 meters) and cable car (300 meters). Bus shuttles every morning every 30 mm to PLA D'ADET and ESPIAUBE stations depart from 20 meters from the apartment.

La location correspond tout à fait à la description. Appartement très bien équipé et bien situé. Belle vue sur le Pla d'Adet.Seul bémol : la propreté des oreillers, du protège-matelas et des couettes à revoir.

Bon séjour
Bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable, propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Le bruit généré par les travaux peuvent déranger , mais comme nous sortions de bonne heure, cela ne nous a pas trop gêné.

Bonjour, l'appartement donnait toute satisfaction, mais les travaux de construction à proximité et dans les étages supérieurs du bâtiment ont généré énormément de nuisances sonores durant notre présence et notamment dès 8h00 du matin. Pas très correct de n'avoir pas été avertis d'un gros chantier Bouygues (32 appartements) à moins de 10 mètres.

Très bel apparemment entièrement refait à neuf et très confortable, a deux pas du centre ville et des remontées, en arrivant on gare la voiture sur l'emplacement réservé et plus besoin d'y toucher pendant le séjour !

Je conseille le logement de madame et monsieur DUBOIS. Il est très bien équipé et bien placé. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture pendant toute la semaine. Parfait.

Séjour et appartement agréables
Appartement bien conçu. Il est pratique notamment, la chambre avec lits superposés en 120 et non 90 qui est indépendante avec une porte et non dans le passage comme beaucoup d'appartements. Vue très agréable et quartier calme assez prêts des commodités avec une bonne boulangerie à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très conciliants et facilement joignables. La personne en charge des clés est également très agréable et conciliante.

Logement agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, les literies sont confortables. Il manque juste un peu de rangement pour les vêtements mais nous avons réussi à tout caser. Le balcon est très grand avec une table de jardin qui permet de manger dehors lors des belles journées. Logement très calme,aucun bruit de voisins.
