Great location, very nice owner

Location of the house is excellent, just a few steps to the beach. Possibility of staying on the terrace just above the beach is very helpful, you have shadow for the whole afternoon. The owner Mrs. Giannella is super nice and helpful with everything concerning the apartment, recommendations of restaurants etc.

die mietsache ist eine wohnung im 1. obergeschoss, schlicht gehalten. nicht wie beschrieben (House with garden) Die Betten sind für Erwachsene nicht wirklich geeignet. Billige Matratzen. 1 davon sogar nur ein Schlafsofa. nur 2 Sonnenliegen auf Sonnenterrasse vorhanden. Die Umgebung und der Strand sind super, die Sonnenaufgänge unbezahlbar

La maison est idéalement placée, en bordure d'une petite plage de sable La propriétaire est disponible et communique agréablement L'équipement est complet A proximité d'Oresei (20 min) de supermarchés (5 min), de cala gonone (45 min) Que du bonheur !!

Toller Ort

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man wohnt am Strand, es weht immer eine kleine Brise. Die ist groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr gut.Es waren jedoch keine Vorkehrungen gegen Moskitos getroffen worden, wir wurden in der ersten Nacht komplett zugestochen. Es gab keine Netze vor den Fenstern. Wir haben uns dann Stecker für die Steckdosen gekauft. Es gab keine Fahrräder wie in der Inserierung stand, nach Nachfrage hätten wir welche leihen können. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, der Monteur war vor Ort, das Problem konnte nicht gelöst werden und uns wurde gesagt sie wäre funktionstüchtig. Der Strand war wunderschön hatte aber leider einen starken algenbefall, man konnte schön aufs Meer schauen oder mit dem Boot fahren. Die umliegenden Buchten sind ein Traum. Beim Herd funktionierten nur zwei Kochfelder, der Monteur konnte da nichts beheben. Wenn man das Moskitoproblem von Anfang an mit Steckdosen löst ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage toll.

Wonderful place

This house is perfectly located at a beautiful little bay ideal for snorkeling and swimming also for younger kids as the water is shallow. It is not crowded. The view from the appartment are great and there is also a breeze from the sea. The perfect place to eat is on the balcony. No reason to go somewhere else. Giannella is very friendly and welcoming. Our car had broken and she helped us with the garage. Thank you again!

Ci ritornerò di certo!

Ho trovato ciò che cercavo e sognavo da molto, un luogo incantevole dove pare che il tempo si fermi e ti sia permesso rilassarti e vivere pienamente ed intensamente il mare dalle prime luci dell’alba alla notte piena di stelle. La casa è bellissima e non manca niente. La proprietaria fantastica, molto ospitale e disponibile. Non vorrei eccedere nei complimenti e creare così una lunga fila di possibili competitor per le prenotazioni del prossimo anno!

Une villa et une propriétaire formidables !

La villa est magnifiquement bien située. Elle donne sur une petite plage presque privée. La vue est superbe, les terrasses tellement agréables. Et nous ne savons comment qualifier la propriétaire tant sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité nous ont vraiment marqués. Nous devons sans doute retourner en Sardaigne l'an prochain et nous savons déjà où nous voulons retourner. Merci pour tout Giannella !!!!!

Nous voyageons en couple ...

Nous voyageons en couple avec une fille de 5 ans. Nous avons passé 1 semaine les pieds dans l’eau avec le plaisir de disposer de la plage à tout instant ! Les enfants peuvent jouer sans risque pendant au moins les 30 premiers mètres car la pente de la plage est douce. La plage n’est pas très grande mais elle est jolie, le sable est fin et il y a assez de poissons pour initier un enfant au snorkeling. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir eu l’occasion de sympathiser avec la propriétaire qui est sarde et qui est donc une bonne conseillère pour ce qu’il y a à faire autour d’Orosei. La maison correspondait à nos attentes, elle est propre et originale avec un jardin agréable, un barbecue et des pins qui permettent toujours d’avoir de l’ombre. Le canoë et les vélos prêtés par la propriétaire sont appréciables. Pour l’année prochaine nous recommanderons cette location uniquement à des gens qui n’ont pas les mêmes dates de vacances que nous !!!

Nous avons passé une bien...

Nous avons passé une bien belle semaine à Orosei. La propriétaire était absente (pour son boulot..) mais Raymondo s'est occupé de nous accueillir, c'est vraiment qq un d'extraordinaire, débordant de gentillesse et ultra serviable. La corbeille de biscuits et les bouteilles d'eau fraiches à l arrive sont appréciables. La maison est relativement fraiche à l ombre des pins, brise marine, au calme, l appartement au premier étage avec un balcon vue magnifique sur la crique, on y a mangé et passé de bonnes soirées tranquilles à écouter la mer; la plage est sympa, sable fin plutot gris (ça brule les pieds le midi !). A l entrée dans l eau il y a qq cailloux, mais ensuite de nouveau du sable fin et qui descend vraiment en pente douce, idéal pour les jeux avec les enfants; début juillet il y avait vraiment peu de monde une seule rangée de personnes au bord de l eau sauf le weekend deux. au bout de la plage il y a des rochers on peut marcher le long de la cote pour aller voir les plages voisines. L endroit est calme, l ambiance tranquille, on se sent en sécurité (les gens du coin laissent leurs affaires de plage parasol,sièges, le soir en partant et le lendemain elles sont toujours là! essayez de faire cela chez nous...). Il y a un petit resto-snack juste à coté si on ne veut pas faire à manger , et à qq kms des restos (on vous conseillera), et un supermarché, L appart est très grand, 2 grandes chambres, le tout est aménagé avec gout, wifi gratuit (demander le code), la cuisine assez bien équipée (même en produits de base, sel poivre huile d olive etc). La terrasse au dessus de la plage est superbe, dessous il y a le garage avec pret possible du materiel de plage qui s y trouve, notamment un kayak on y montait à 4 avec nos deux garçons, on a fait de belles balades en mer le long de la cote (pas de gilets). planche à voile, velos, sièges,parasol, planches de jeux, ... Les alentours sont sympa à visiter en voiture, de belles plages, falaises, golfe d orosei, petits villages typiques, bons restos pas chers, etc. Bref vraiment rien à redire si ce n'est des détails comme la porte du frigo qui ne s ouvre pas dans le bon sens ou l absence de lampes de chevet dans les chambres pas pratique pour lire avec la grande lumière en haut. Si on revient dans ce coin de Sardaigne, nous reviendront là surement.

"Das Haus war wunderbar, ...

"Das Haus war wunderbar, wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern (2 + 5) 2 Wochen dort verbracht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, direkt am Sandstrand. Da die Saison bereits vorbei war es auch sehr ruhig und häufig waren wir alleine am Strand. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"wir haben hier einen her...

"wir haben hier einen herrlichen urlaub mit unseren 3 töchtern verbracht (8 jahre, 6 jahre u 4 jahre ), zum haus: in ruhiger lage, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet,herrlich schattige terrasse mit blick aufs meer, in der küche habe ich auch so gut wie nichts vermißt, alles sehr sauber und für uns 5 sehr geräumig, zur umgebung: das rauschen des meeres bestimmt die umgebungsbeschallung, sehr sehr selten autos und hie und da ein paar nachtschwärmer, insgesamt sehr ruhig, das frische frühstücksbrot kann man sich im 5 min entfernten supermarkt besorgen, in dem es (fast) alles gibt, einfach ideal, zum absolut sauberen kleinen sandstrand sind es nur ein paar schritte, überfüllt war er bei uns im juli nie, das wasser mehr als kristallklar und warm und die ersten 150m seichtes wasser,ideal für unsere wasserrratten, die überaus freundliche vermieterin hat auch mehrere boote zum ausleihen,der garten ist mit pinien bepflanzt daher immer angenehm schattig und sehr geschmackvoll angelegt, bis orosei (ein gemütliches städtchen)sind es ca 10-15 min mit dem auto), nach olbia (hafen ) braucht man eine gute stunde, in der nahen umgebung sind u.a. wunderschöne ruhige strände (biderrosa, su barone,..) und eine herrl. tropfsteinhöhle (grotta ispinigoli bei dorgali),.. zur vermieterin: überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns sogar mit herrlichen dolci und obst versorgt insgesamt : TOP abiamo passato una vacanza fantastica !!! mille, mille grazie a giannella, carmelo e elena per i dolci, la frutta, il tavolo, la bella musica,..... "

"La casa è decisamente al...

"La casa è decisamente all''altezza delle aspettative e della descrizione. c''è tutto: vista mare (50 mt) terrezza meravigliosa sulla spiaggia , giardino con sdraio a disposizione, doccia in giardino. La casa è in posizione tranquilla ma anche vicino a ristoranti o supermercati. per andare in città serve la macchina. assolutamente superconsigliato e ci torneremo anche !!! Das Haus ist wunderbar! man kann hier alles finden : Comfort,Ruhe, Tolles meer (das Haus liegt direkt am Strand!).Alles wuerde neue gemacht :kuche und bath.Waschmachine und Spulmachine sind auch dabei.Zum Fuss kann man bar-restaurant und Markterreichen , mit dem Auto Orosei (9 km). Bald kommt auch internet und die Boden werden rennoviert. Absolut zum Empfehlen! Ich werde bestimmt noch viel mal hier meine Urlaub verbringen! "
