A lot to do

Good flat with nice view from balcony until the sea. We appreciated that it has a separate air conditioning in all three rooms, both bedrooms and living room. Owner reachable for questions. Barbecue with gas on balcony works well. Bathroom very small. Wonderful pool area! Shop downstairs with fresh bread, croissants and more was very helpful!

Excellentes vacances

Super séjour ! L'appartement est très bien situé (proches de la plage, de la jetée, de différents magasins et commodités) et parfaitement bien équipé. La vue est magnifique de jour comme de nuit, la grande terrasse sous des brises régulières permet de bien profiter du soleil devenu moins accablant et de longues soirées chaleureuses. Le quartier est calme. Les piscines sont grandes, profondes et chauffées, les petits et les grands se sont bien amusés. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

Tous étais correct par contre j'ai fais le ménage et laisser plus propre que ce que je l'ai trouvé et il a fallu quand même payer 50 € de ménage car c'est obligatoire je trouve ça malhonnête pour ma part

Manque les acces aux piscines deception

Appart sympa mais pas d acces aux piscines mais cela n a pas ête précisé par le propriétaire du logement dans les conversations sinon j aurais demandé une ristourne sur le prix ou j aurais cherché un autre logement Maintenant j attend une communication avec le propriétaire et peut-être qu il aura la correction de nous indemnisé sur le désagrément

Appartement spacieux et sans vis à vis

Bon séjour dans cet apparemment conforme au descriptif : spacieux,calme et vue sans vis-à-vis (ce qui est un vrai luxe dans cette très grosse station balnéaire). Il faut impérativement avoir une voiture pour profiter de la région, mais on sort très rapidement de la zone urbaine, et beaucoup de choses sont à découvrir à proximité : Cap Creus (randos), parc Aiguamolls (oiseaux) , monastère Sant Pere de Rodez, musée Dali... Location bien située. Accueil sympa et disponible.

Bonne découverte !

Bon accueil , bel appartement propre , spacieux et bien équipé avec vue sur le parc naturel , la marina (la mer étant plus loin mais visible ) et de l'autre côté les lignes montagneuses des Pyrénées . Seul petit inconvénient ? une salle de bain un peu sombre mais tout de même très agréable . Peu de bruit environnant . Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine ! A recommander!

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mur mega Ausblick

Sauber- super Ausgestattet. Mega Ausblick....etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Strans entfernt.

Sehr komfortabel

Es war ein sehr schöner, ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ostern 2022. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sehr großen und älteren Gebäudekomplex mit sehr vielen Wohnungen. Die Wohnung selbst ist jedoch wirklich top für den Urlaub. Terrasse, Aussicht, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Ausstattung, ausgezeichnet. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer selbst dort viel Urlaub machen. Alles was man braucht ist auch ausreichend vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr gut. Mercadona 3 min und Carrefour 5 min mit dem Auto. Stadtkern Roses 8 min mit dem Auto. Für eine sehr touristische Gegend, ungewöhnlich viele kostenlose Parkplätze nahe dem Stadtzentrum vorhanden. Gastronomie auch im April genug geöffnet. Sehr schöner und sauberer Strand. Figueres auch sehr nett und weniger touristisch. Wir haben uns zu dieser Jahreszeit hier und Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wetter hätte ein wenig besser sein können. Aber das Wetter kann man leider nicht buchen. 😆 Wir wünschen den Eigentümern weiterhin viel Spaß und schöne Aufenthalte in dem Apartment+Roses.

Appartement et localisation impeccable, 1er séjour en Espagne en famille parfait!

Appartement impeccable dans une résidence avec 2 grandes piscines qui ont énormément plu à nos enfants. Bien situé avec en plus un très grand balcon avec belle vue sur le mer. Vacances parfaites !

Bon sejour dans l'ensemble

Sejour agreable.lieu agreable.piscine tres bien.sympa pour les enfants.l'appartement est bien avec une belle vue.le menage a notre arrivée etait un peu a refaire (sabloneux par terre et sur les couvertures du canapé ).dommage de devoor prendre la voiture pour aller a la plage car un peu trop loin a pieds.mais pas deçu dans l'ensemble.

parfait

cet appartement est très bien situé. il est bien pensé et sécurisé pour les enfants. le seul petit bémol à noter est qu'il n'y a pas de tapis antidérapant pour la douche. très belle terrasse mobilier confortable. cuisine fonctionnelle. La piscine est très agréable et pas blindée de gens. le snack a côté est très sympa. les commerçants très agréables. je recommande cet agréable endroit familiale.

Super séjour

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour. Petit problème de propreté en arrivant sinon l'appartement est conforme à la description bien agencé, bien équipé, superbe terasse, belle vue, piscine juste en bas, la mer a 10 min à pieds. Il y a de bon restaurant et les gens sont agréables et sympa. Adresse que nous recommandons et ou nous reviendrons probablement.

Super séjour !

Très bel appartement, spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Résidence très agréable avec 3 superbes piscine. Idéal pour séjour en famille, je recommande cette location .
