Oasis in the City

This home is a perfect base for enjoying Marseille, Cassis, Aix and les Calanques. The owners were very responsive and provided a very warm and inviting home. This is a great spot!

A perfect place to stay

My family and I have just spent a very happy two weeks in this beautiful house. It is located in a perfect and peaceful setting in Marseilles. The garden is very quiet and private with a lovely pool. It catches the sun for most of the day. The property is 1/3 of a gorgeous house built about 1840 and modernised 12 years ago. The rooms are big and airy but the whole property benefits from effective central air-conditioning. There is off road parking behind secure electric gates. The hosts were kind and friendly. They met us at the property but afterwards only dropped by quickly to maintain the pool. They responded very quickly to messages. We also bumped into the neighbours a couple of times and they were also very welcoming. The whole place just had a great atmosphere. Once you step out of the property you are in the middle of the neighbourhood of Mazargues. Within 2 minutes walk there are 4 bakeries for fresh bread and croissants, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets. You are 20 minutes drive from Cassis and an hour from Aix en Provence. We hired a boat on 2 days and visited the Calanques which were busy but great for swimming and snorkelling. In the opposite direction you are 30 minutes bike ride from central Marseilles. You can also drive or catch a bus. There is a weekly market in the near-by Prado district which had a good selection of food and drink Thank you Aymeric et Virginie

Maison charmante et acceuillante

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison le jardin est magnifique ainsi que la piscine … les propriétaires ont répondu toujours rapidement à nos demandes … bref un très bon souvenir et une envie de revenir très vite !!!

L'endroit parfait pour séjourner à Marseille !

La maison de Virginnie et Aymeric est parfaite, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle, chaleureuse, elle est idéale pour y séjourner en famille. L'extérieur est un joli cocon vert, la piscine idéalement placée. Le quartier de Mazargues est comme un petit village. Tout etait parfait !

Havre de paix

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Derrière un portail et le bruit de la ville nous avons découvert un havre de paix. Au calme dans la verdure une maison magnifique avec un très beau jardin. Plusieurs espaces pour contenter toute la famille (hamac pour les siesteurs, banquette à l'ombre pour les bouquineurs, piscine pour la bronzette et les ploufs...). L'endroit est idéal. Le soleil au rdv. Merci à Aymeric et Virginie pour leurs conseils concernant les visites. Toujours disponibles et très sympathiques. Merci.

Excellent séjour dans magnifique villa

Très belle villa avec piscine et chambres spacieuses et climatisées dans un quartier calme et bien placé de Marseille (a 20mn plages et calanques d'un côté et centre ville de l'autre). Propriétaires très disponibles et serviables... A recommander...
