Apartment (non-smoking) in a quiet individual chalet for a maximum of 4 people including 2 children (only 1 rental, possibility of a guest room in the same chalet). Access by stairs (about 20m drop). Remarkable dominant view on village and mountain: to the east the Aravis (photo), to the south Danay, plateau de Beauregard, to the west Tournette. 10 min walk, by pleasant paths, from the village center. Private outdoor parking, personal garage reserved for leisure equipment (skis, bikes, windsurfing etc.) near (20 meters) from the parking lot and the shuttle stop for village, cross-country and downhill skiing. The apartment (about 40m2) is a garden level with 3 rooms (1 children's room with 2 bunk beds, 1 parent bedroom with double bed and reading area (2 armchairs), 1 living room -with sofa and TV- and dining area dining kitchen), bathroom and separate WC. Outside, sheltered paved terrace (20m2), flat lawn (40m2) (photos) and 30 ° slope garden. The chalet is sunny all day including winter, the private terrace and the lawn allowing you to enjoy this sunshine in complete privacy. Hard barbecue. Nearby forest: direct access (without car) for hiking and snowshoeing to Chinaillon, Saint Jean de Sixt, Entremont.

Super semaine

Logement très spacieux et tout confort! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location. Le propriétaire est très gentil, disponible et n’hésite pas à donner des idées de ballades, merci!Les marchés sont parfois difficiles à monter mais le cadre en vaut vraiment la peine. Je conseille!

Perfekte Entspannung

Wir hatten tolle Tage. Konnten alles machen, von Skifahren, wandern bis hin zum Essen gehen. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft war vor Ort und super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten aus seiner Garage auch Schlitten ausleihen. Alles in allem eine schöne Zeit

Chalet en retrait du bourg. Fonctionnel et très correct. Frais en été. Terrasse agréable. La centaine de marches pour y accéder n'a pas été un frein. Le propriétaire est très avenant, sympathique et heureux de partager ses connaissances des lieux. Il y a tout à proximité dont une navette gratuite. Nous conseillons vivement !

Séjour au Grand Bornand

Superbe endroit pour faire des randonnées!!! Nous avons pu explorer des endroits inédits pour nous qui nous ont extrémement plus avec des vues magnifiques à 360° La location est située au rez de jardin d'un chalet de particulier. Belle vue depuis celui-ci sur le village du Grand Bornand et la chaîne des Aravis, jardin agréable et terrasse très appréciée . Petit Bmol cependant....Pour accéder au chalet depuis le parking, il faut monter 106 marches ! Avec les sacs de voyages bien chargés, c'était dur dur même si le propriétaire nous a aidé à en monter quelques uns dès notre arrivée. Très bon accueil de M.Boilly qui, au cours du séjour , nous a donné des informations sur des randos à faire dans le secteur et sur son expérience de la montagne. Cependant, bien qu'aimable et de nature avenante, il était difficile d'avoir une intimité absolue dans l'appartement du fait de ses venues parfois intempestives et dirais-je qui frisaient l'indiscrétion.

Séjour très agréable et très belle vue

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et avons beaucoup apprécié les lieux, tout confort et avec une vue magnifique. Parfait pour la famille, chacun son espace. Notre hôte a été aux petits soins dès notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour. A recommander !

Agréable semaine en face de la chaîne des Aravis

Bien située au calme pas loin du centre du Grand-Bornand à proximité des commerces.Il est conseillé quand même d'avoir une bonne condition physique pour accéder au logement. Un garage est à disposition pour mettre les vélos en sécurité. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute qui habite sur place. Á recommander.

Excellent séjour.

Nous avons reçu un acceuil très chaleureux de la part de Benoni qui a pu nous conseiller sur les activités et lieux à découvrir tout au long de notre séjour. La vue sur la chaine des Aravis est magnifique. La location est très bien située, calme et acceuillante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons c'est certain .

Une semaine de rève au Grand Bornand

Vue à couper le souffle !

Excellent logement, propre, lumineux spacieux et fort bien équipé. Le propriétaire est charmant, très intéressant, prompt à raconter sa région . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Attention : 106 marches pour accéder au logement, il faut y penser pour les bagages ou de jeunes enfants...

Appartement calme, bien équipé. Contact facile avec un propriétaire très sympathique. Les 106 marchés d’accès se font rapidement oublier par la vue magnifique sur la chaîne des Aravis qu’on a depuis toutes les pièces.

Emplacement idéal à 5 min à pied du centre. Vue panoramique sur la chaine des Aravis. Propriétaire très accueillant. Je recommande fortement !! Attention chalet en hauteur ( des marches sont à gravir pour avoir accès au chalet).

Séjour en famille au Grand-Bornand

Séjour très agréable en famille dans le chalet de Benoni. La communication avant l'arrivée et l'accueil ont été parfaits. Le logement est en retrait donc au calme et les marches d'escalier se montent bien pour les gens qui le souhaitent. Le logement est bien équipé et en partie rénové; la literie pourrait être plus confortable. La vue est très belle par beau temps et le centre du village est à quelques minutes à pied. Location à recommander.

excellent séjour au grand-bornand

Location parfaite, située à 10 min à pied du village...Le chalet est bien agencé,confortable et rien ne manque.Nous avons eu également bien chaud.L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique, il sait prendre son temps et donne plein de bons conseils . Les marches d'accès , on les oublie après quelques jours!!! Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement .

Location charmante mais forte contrainte des escaliers

La vue sur les Aravis est sublime. L espace est bien organisé et l'endroit est calme. Le jardin est trop petit et la plaque de cuisson est insuffisante pour 4 personnes. En revanche le four est performant. Accueil sympathique.

A cosy apartment with a pretty little garden, spectacular views of the mountains.

We loved our holiday at the chalet apartment. It is set on a hillside, so there are about 100 steps from the car parking area to the chalet, but the positives of this are the tranquility of the setting, the spectacular views of the valley and the mountains - and it helps to keep you fit!! There is a large picture window in the main bedroom, so you can wake to a stunning vista, but also electric shutters to keep it cool. The chalet has a lovely terrace with table and chairs, and a small but pretty grassed garden. It is approximately a ten minute walk to the village, which has everything you need without having to drive - a couple of small supermarkets, boulangeries, eateries, shoos and banks. It is a pretty and lively village, which had music and a mountain festival when we were there, plus a weekly market on a Wednesday. There is also a fabulous outdoor swimming pool,, trampolines, high ropes , tennis etc etc. We are keen walkers and cyclists, and both are available direct from the door without having to drive anywhere. Beautiful places such as Annecy and Geneva are under an hour away, and Chamonix is also an easy drive, with cable cars up the Aguille du Midi ( amazing experience), and Brevent. The mist incredible views of Mont Blanc too. We went to the chalet as a couple with a dog, but have also holidayed in Grand Bornand as a family when the children were young, and it is a perfect location for both. The owner of the property (Benoni) who lives in the upper apartment of the chalet, was delightful, really friendly without being interfering, and super-helpful with maps and general information about the area. We would highly recommend both the chalet and the village for a tremendous holiday.

Superbe semaine

Un chalet tout équipé avec une vue magnifique ! Sa localisation permet d'aller à pied au centre du grand bornand et permet aussi de profiter d'un calme extraordinaire. Un hôte très gentil qui vous donne tous les bons conseils. Pour un couple avec enfants (1 ou 2) c'est l'idéal, nous recommandons !!

Très bel appartement

Séjour d'une semaine. L'appartement est très agréable notamment avec la baie vitrée dans la chambre des parents. Il se situe au calme sur la route en montant au Chinaillon avec un arrêt ski bus à proximité. Comme cela est indiqué, il faut monter 105 marches pour accéder au chalet...mais on s'y fait. Le centre village est accessible à pieds (10 minutes) M. Boilly est très accueillant et de très bons conseils ( balades et lectures)

Une superbe vue et un très beau chalet

Nous avons pass’e un séjour de rêve dans ce chalet qui est très bien exposé’ et au calme. La décoration est magnifique. Il faut grimper 106 marches mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup car on a une vie magnifique et on est au calme. L’arret Du bus est juste en bas très pratique. Merci au propriétaire pour son superbe accueil .
