Cette maison ne correspond pas à l’annonce où il est précisé 5 chambres. En fait il y a 2 cambres et une mezzanine avec 1 lit, ouverte sur la pièce principale avec une sdb sans porte visible depuis le Rdv. A l’extérieur un bâtiment avec 2 autres chambres, l’une avec une fenêtre minuscule sans rideau ni volet. L’autre : sans climatisation donc inutilisable. Problème de propreté à l’arrivée mais aussi problème de climatisation (4 Clim ont dû être changé pendant notre séjour et problème électrique ( départ de feux). La maison se trouve à 50 m de la route la plus fréquentée ( qui même à Rome). Je m’arrête là …

proprietà eccellente posizione silenziosissima malgrado distanza non eccessiva aurelia. confort

e una location posizionata nella campagna stupenda la casa e dependance perfette ogni ambiente provvisto di aria condizionata abbiamo preso sole integrale e poi fatto tuffi nella ottima piscina. qualche volta siamo andati in spiaggia con bici per le stradine interpoderali.

Bellissima vacanza!

Siamo stati a giugno, 2 famiglie con 5 bambini, bellissima vacanza. Bella e confortevole la proprietà, stupendo il paesaggio ed il mare limitrofo. La piscina privata in tufo nel giardino recintato è comodissima, i bambini l'hanno adorata, specie nel pomeriggio di rientro dal mare. La dependance è molto carina e adeguata per piccola famiglia (max 2 bimbi). Comoda anche la vicinanza al mare (pochi minuti in auto), ci siamo arrivati anche in bici! Proprietario molto disponibile. Complessivamente vacanza molto positiva.
