Conhecer o Alentejo e repousar

Os nossos 4 dias de férias passaram a voar. A simpatia, amabilidade e disponibilidade da D. Paula, são excelentes. Muito obrigado por tudo. Limpeza sem reparos. A estrada de terra deu um toque de aventura às nossas férias. Casa espaçosa e manteve-se fresca durante toda a estadia, mesmo sem recurso ao AC. Paisagem típica Alentejana a perder de vista, principalmente na zona da piscina. Não me cansei de tirar fotos e admira-la. Como ponto menos positivo: A churrasqueira que está muito degradada. Os colchões não são totalmente a meu gosto, pois são mais para o macios.

Estadia de sonho, adorámos o monte! Mesmo no meio do nada tal como gostamos, com umas vistas extraordinárias, a piscina é muito boa, e a casa também. A dona Paula uma querida, sempre muito prestável e amável .

Eine kleine Zeitreise

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Serpa sehr genossen. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche ist modern eingerichtet. Hier könnte man jedoch ein wenig aufstocken. Gläser waren nur wenige da. Da das Wetter während unserem Aufenthalt jeden Tag bombastisch war, haben wir viel grilliert. Im kleinen Raum mit dem Grill haben wir jeden Abend in der Gesellschaft der ortsansässigen kleinen Katzen verbracht. Diese sind Fremden gegenüber scheu, aber das ist gut so. Das Inventar ist wie auf den Bilder ersichtlich schon älter, aber passt zum Haus. Paula, die gute Seele des Hauses von nebenan, kümmert sich sehr gut um alles und wir danken ihr dafür. Wer die totale Ruhe im Alentejo möchte, wird sie hier finden. Gerne wieder.

Excelente herdade

Adorámos, a localização é perfeita, mesmo no meio do nada que era o que procurávamos- dias de sossego perfeito. A casa estava muito limpa e tem todas as condições necessárias para as férias. A zona da piscina é muito agradável e tem uma vista lindíssima. A Paula (que toma conta da casa) é de uma simpatia extrema, adorámos conhecê-la! Aconselhamos vivamente e para o ano queremos voltar.

É preciso muito pouco para ser feliz!

Foi uma estadia inesquecível, 5 dias em familia ( longe da confusão citadina)rodeada apenas por andorinhas, ovelhas e campos dourados do baixo Alentejo. Agradecemos a amabilidade da D. Paula e do marido ( caseiros da herdade) que diariamente com aquele sorriso nos convidava a ver , por volta das 2100H, a mudança do rebanho e estava sempre disponível para ajudar no que fosse preciso, ficarão para sempre no rnosso coração. Um dia repetiremos a experiência, e voltaremos a apreciar o magnífico por do sol daquela piscina, que tão bem cuidava. Bem hajam D.Paula e marido, e obrigado por todo o carinho dispensado.

A tranquil paradise

This property is literally off the beaten track! Set far away (3km) from the main road, the property sits atop a hill with stunning panoramic views. The only sound that you hear is the tinkling of the bells around the necks of the sheep who wander around the property. A tranquil paradise. The house itself is spacious and airy, with plenty of room to spread out. There is also an outdoor dining room adjacent to the house and a covered area by the pool. There is a BBQ for you to use, as well as a laundry room. The swimming pool has gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, and as mentioned, a covered area so that you can shelter from the sun or soak up the rays. It is a big enough pool to do lengths in, with a shallow and deep end, and steps for access. You can ask for extra sunbeds - we left some lilos behind, so they may still be there. Otherwise, the Lidl in Serpa sells plenty of lilos and water hammocks. The property is located about a 20 minute drive from Serpa - you will definitely need a car to get to town. Paula lives very close by and is on hand when you need help with anything - she is lovely and really helpful. There are walks straight from the villa along the local roads - stunning sunsets and plenty of photo opportunities. We loved this property and already have plans to return.

Férias tranquilas no campo

Propriedade com bastante potencial para umas férias excelentes, casa típica alentejana, muito limpa e com uma vista maravilhosa e desafogada. Uma piscina fantastica que garantiu a alegria de todos. Férias de sonho num monte maravilhoso!

Já enviei o meu comentário sobre o monte do topo para a homeaway mas vou repetir: foi tudo opimo apesar de estar com o braço partido e engessado mas isso não impediu de apreciar as férias e os miúdos adoraram e aproveitaram ao máximo a piscina que fez as delicias de miúdos e graúdos. Também para isso contribuiu a simpatia e disponibilidade da D. Paula. A casa típica alentejana, limpa e confortável deu-nos vontade de lá voltar um dia!

Mooi vakantiehuis in een prachtige rustige omgeving

Zeer mooie ligging, voor wie van rust houdt. Adembenemende vergezichten bij dag, miljoenen sterren bij nacht (geen lichtpollutie). Nadeel: dichtstbijzijnde stad(je), met winkels (stelt u zich a.u.b. geen winkelcentra als bij ons voor, wel een Lidl), op een klein halfuur rijden, en andere bezienswaardigheden nog een heel stuk verder. Een auto is dus een absolute must, en dan nog best een met voldoende vermogen, gezien de ligging van het huis aan een heuvelachtige bochtige zandweg, tweeënhalve kilometer van de verharde weg (misschien ook een minpuntje, maar je neemt het erbij). Het huis zelf is voorzien van het moderne comfort dat nodig is (afwasmachine, wasmachine ...), al zou een airco in de derde slaapkamer geen overbodige luxe geweest zijn, gezien de temperaturen er in de zomer erg hoog oplopen (toen wij er waren bij aankomst 47 graden, wat ook daar veel was, maar 35 tot 40 graden overdag is er in de zomer heel normaal, steeds in de schaduw welteverstaan). Mooi zwembad, wel op een kleine stap van de woning (dus misschien niet helemaal ideaal voor erg jonge kinderen op wie voortdurend toezicht nodig is). Er is aan het zwembad wel ruim voldoende schaduw, en prachtige uitzichten. De conciërge, Paula, woont in de boerderij ernaast, en komt dagelijks langs voor schoonmaak van het zwembad, en aan haar kan je vragen wat je wilt weten. Leuk voor tips. Nog een plus (voor mij althans): geen loslopende honden aan het huis of in de buurt. Al met al toch een zeer correcte verhouding prijs/kwaliteit.

Local ideal para umas férias em família

O Monte do Topo é um lugar ideal para passar férias em família em pleno sossego e com uma vista alentejana magnifica. Uma casa tradicionalmente alentejana maravilhosa, enorme, confortável, limpa e bem cuidada, com uma piscina fantástica. Tanto a proprietária D. Mª da Luz como a caseira D. Paula foram impecáveis, super disponíveis e prestáveis e reinam pela sua simpatia e hospitalidade. Até o cãozinho da quinta, oTopo, foi adorado por todos nós, principalmente pelo meu filho. Espero voltar!!!

Local bom para descansar. A pisicina é muito boa.

Muito calmo, muito agradável para umas férias em família com crianças ou com amigos. A piscina tem óptimas dimensões, está limpa e tem uma vista deslumbrante.

O Monte do Topo é sem dúvida um local perfeito para quem quer passar uns dias de sossego, no meio duma imponente paisagem alentejana. Casa espaçosa e confortável, bem cuidada e muito limpa. Caseira muito simpática e prestável!

Tranquilo

Para passar uns dias bem tranquilos no meio da paisagem alentejana. Casa com muito espaço, bem agradável e limpa. Proprietária e caseira muito simpáticas e prestáveis. Tive pena de não ter utilizado a piscina mas o tempo não o permitiu.

Location en Alentejo Serpa

Nous avons passés 2 semaines au calme , dans cette charmante demeure trés propre et acceuillante, la piscine nous a bien rafraichis vu les températures caniculaire, enfin tout était parfait pour de bonnes vacances reposantes , le seul point négatif pour nous étant le chemin de terre pour accédé a la maison 3.5km a 20km/h. Nous tenons a remercier spécialement Paula qui entretient le domaine, pour ca gentillesse et pour tout ce qu'elle a pu faire pour nous; OBRIGADA Paula .

"Un endroit calme et tran...

"Un endroit calme et tranquille, où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La piscine est derrière un autre batiment mais dispose d''un espace couvert avec tables où se protéger du soleil et surveiller les enfants. Nous y organisions d''ailleur apéros et pique-nique quand nous ne partions pas en excursions. Pour nous, la seule difficulté était le chemin de terre (2,1km) pour atteindre la maison. Sinon, Serpa est magnifique et dispose de toutes les commodités. L''été semble-t-il le super marché est ouvert le dimanche. Pour les Geek, une clé 3G (7,2Mb) de TMN prépayée nous a permis de profiter de l''internet, bref la vraie vie :) (Renseignez vous bien sur les prépayés avant de partir car nous avions pris un kit prépayé à l''intermarché de Serpa qui nous semblait suffisant, mais nous avons du racheté une carte. Le fait que nous ne comprenions rien à la langue est probablement à l''origine de cette diffculté) Tranquilité, Piscine, apéros, pique-nique, internet, un endroit génial. Bonjour et merci à dona Paula qui nous a bien rendu service."
