Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

(Fast) Alles super

Bogdan ist ein netter Vermieter, er hat uns bei der Abreise zum Hafen gefahren. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben Klimaanlage. Der Hinterhof mit den Liegen ist sehr lieblos. Die Terrasse zum Essen ist prima, leider einige Stühle kaputt.

Super Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage. Morgens wird man von Hühner geweckt. Der Vermieter (Bogdan) ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Dieses Haus kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Villetta da 8 posti letto molto funzionale e a 1 km da El Pujols. Doccia fuori e lettini relax.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella villa dal 2/8 al 11/8/2018. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza (ci è venuto a prendere al porto di Formentera il primo giorno facendo addirittura due viaggi). Abitazione funzionale con 4 camere da letto condizionate (e sono serviti i condizionatori) e due bagni. Comoda la doccia esterna per quando arrivi dalla spiaggia. Lettino relax posizionati in giardino e tavolo per cene sotto il porticato. Ci hanno anche cambiato la biancheria due volte durante il soggiorno. Da consigliare. Manca solo la piscina e poi .. sarebbe veramente il top! Arrivederci Bogdan! Giuliana 1966

Buena experiencia. Recomendable

La casa está muy bien localizada, si buscas estar tranquilo, apartada del núcleo urbano pero cerca de él; es espaciosa para 8 personas, tanto las habitaciones como el comedor. El jardín es grande e incluso hay un estanque, barbacoa y ducha exterior (nosotros no lo utilizamos). También hay algunos animales como gallinas, patos y pavos reales que puedes encontrar por el patio. El propietario fue atento en todo momento, e incluso nos vino a buscar al puerto para acompañarnos a la casa. Vive cerca de la propiedad, al otro lado del patio, con lo que si hay alguna incidencia está allí mismo. Como puntos a mejorar, diría que echamos de menos un lavavajillas y una bomba de calor en el comedor (hay bomba de calor en cada una de las habitaciones y si estaban un rato encendidas ya calentaban el comedor pero quedaba un pelín justo. Esto en épocas de calor no es ningún inconveniente, claro). En general estuvimos satisfechos con la casa. Recomendable.

Perfetta vacanza

Casa assolutamente perfetta, esattamente come dalle foto presenti. Ideale per un gruppo, ampi spazi interni, cucina attrezzata e aria condizionata in tutte le camere. Fantastico lo spazio esterno con solarium, barbecue e veranda dove si può comodamente mangiare godendosi la vista del mare in lontananza. Posizione ottima, a soli 2 minuti in motorino dal centro ma comunque in una zona tranquilla per godersi la pace e la natura. Proprietario gentilissimo, si è offerto di passarci a prendere e riaccompagnarci al porto e ha sempre risposto alle nostre domande. Da rifare e consigliare!

Grosse Haus mit Klimaanlage

Das Haus ist sehr gross, sauber, vier Schlafzimmer alle mit Klimaanlage. Küche gut ausgestattet mit grossem Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach und Waschmaschine. Fenster mit sehr guten Fliegengittern. Garten riesig und für Kinder ein Traum. Aussendusche und gemauerter Grill. WLAN ok, Bäder "Inselrypisch" mit Wasser aus dem Brunnen, also leicht salzhaltig wie fast überall auf der Insel. Terrasse mit langen Tisch für Abendessen und Blick auf Es Vedra und Meer. Die Betten sind 1,60 m breit und morgends wecken einen die Hühner. Dem Einen stört das, dem Anderen nicht. Das Haus kann man aber durchaus empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse, bien agencée et très agréable. La climatisation et les moustiquaires sont un réel plus pour passer de bonnes nuits. Selon nous, les petits points d'amélioration seraient: - un peu plus de matériel de cuisine - quelques produits de première nécessité déjà présents à l'arrivée, tels que de l'huile, du sel, du poivre, du sucre,... - il serait utile d'informer les locataires qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude; même si on s'y habitue très vite. L'accueil de Bogdan est discret, mais très agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison à toute personne cherchant un endroit calme pour passer ses vacances.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit super Außenbereich

Wir erlebten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus, die Bilder geben genau die Realität wieder, vier schöne große Schlafzimmer mit Klima, zwei Bäder, einen großen Wohn- Essbereich und eine nette Küche. Der Außenbereich ist sehr groß, mit ausreichend vielen Liegen, einer Außendusche und einer schönen großen Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill, Strom, Wasser etc. Die Vermieter waren mega nett und sehr hilfsbereit!! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!! Viele Grüße und danke Simone

"The house was clean and nicely decorated, in a quiet location in the countryside, but within walking distance to 2 small towns with a supermarket even closer. The owner lives nearly and was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a lovely time and would go again."
