Supernette Gastgeber, bei Fragen ist Catia über WhatsApp erreichbar. Tolle Wohnung mit reichlicher Ausstattung, mehrere schöne Strände. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und kommen gern wieder.

Sehr nette und gut organisierte Gastgeber. Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schöner Frreisitz im Garten mit tollem Blick in die schöne hügelige Landschaft der Marken. Wir waren als Familie mit Hund eine Woche da und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Ländlich, romantisch und vorteilhaft gelegene Ferienwohnung
Die Lage dieser eher großzügigen und absolut neuwertigen Ferienwohnung ist toll. Während andere mühselig versuchen einen Parkplatz für den Strand "Spaggia Mezavalle" zu bekommen läuft man vom Haus über die Straße und beginnt den Abstieg zum einmalig gelegende Naturstrand. Dieser Abstieg und Aufstieg hat es aber durchaus in sich, da es auf felsig staubigen Untergrund steil bergab geht. Unsere 8-Jährige Tochter ist den mit Eidechsen gesäumten Weg tapfer gelaufen. Der Abstieg lohnt sich, ist aber kein "Ich geh eben nochmal an den Strandweg". Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gut eingerichtet und der Wind des Monte Conero lässt es auch immer etwas kühl wehen. Dennoch gibt es keine fest installierte Klimaanlage...das muss man wissen. Badewanne und Dusche verteilt auf zwei Bäder und auch die kleine Wasxhmaschine sind sehr gut. In der Küche ist das meiste da was man braucht. Etwas mehr Geschirr (es gab ein Weinglas) könnte nicht schaden. Der check-in und der Kontakt mit unserer Vermieterin lief absolut freundlich und problemlos. Meist über WhatsApp, da sie kein Deutsch und nur wenig Englisch sprach. Das war aber absolut kein Probelm. Wir waren als Familie zu fünft da und haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Wissen sollte man noch, dass man zum Einkaufen wirklich immer den Bus (Haltestelle direkt an der Straße) oder das Auto brauch, da die nächsten Supermärkte gute 10-15 Minuten entfernt sind. Das kostenlose Busshuttle nach Portonovo ist ebenfalls sehr (Pizzeria, Strand, Bar)

Second visit - love this property
Beautiful apartment overlooking the Adriatic. Catia is a wonderful host. The apartment has everything you need. The beach is across the street, if you are ready for a steep hike. If not, a short ride to the Portonovo beach parking down at sea level works great. Trails into Parco Naturale del Conoro are nearby to hike even higher over the sea. Watch the paragliders take off and fly over the coast, and then land in a field just down the road. We did visits to Osimo, Urbana, Loreto, Ancona, Sirolo and more. For a great dinner out visit Osteria del Poggio, about 5 minutes away. This is one of our favorite spots and we will be back again!

Peaceful Stay
Arriving here from Florence, such a perfect contrast in pace. Communication with our hosts were great prior to and upon arrival. The views from the house, the scenic drive to and from Porto Recanti and walking along Mazzavale Beach are incredible. Catia recommended Osteria Del Poggio, a minutes away by car, delicious food. The house itself is very comfortable and in an ideal spot for this area. Highly recommend.

Tolle Lage für einen schönen Urlaub in den Marken
Bei schönstem Frühlingswetter genossen wir eine Woche in der perfekt gelegenen Wohnung in Catias Haus. Jeden Morgen frühstückten wir draußen mit Blick aufs Meer und den Monte Conero. Wenn der Weg zum Strand auch steil und anstrengend ist, lohnt er sich unbedingt! Wir konnten Mitte April schon schwimmen. Hinter dem Haus beginnt ein neuer, gut ausgebauter autofreier Fahrradweg, der durch die eindrucksvolle Hügellandschaft bis Ancona führt (von dort muss man sich mit dem Fahrrad allerdings selbst durch die Stadt ins Zentrum durchschlagen). Wir können diese Wohnung auch mit Hund wärmstens empfehlen! Kerstin und Andreas

Very nice location in Conero Park
We very much enjoyed the stay in the house of Catia. She was a perfect host. Communication was very easy. The house is just 40 meters from the path down to the Mezzavalle beach. We needed 25 min to go down. It is a very steep path. We preferred to go down to Portonovo ( 5 min by car). The view from the house is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Vacanza con bambini
Ho passato una bella settimana con la mia famiglia, io mia moglie e tre bambini dai 2 ai 7 anni. La casa è in una posizione ottima con tanto verde attorno, i bambini potevano giocare liberamente all’aperto senza pericoli, gli ambienti interni sono ottimali, ottimo l’ampio soggiorno x un eventuale giorno di pioggia, e i due bagni in cinque sono quasi indispensabili. Il mare lì vicino però non è adatto a bambini piccoli, è necessario prendere la macchina e fare una decina di chilometri per trovare una spiaggia idonea. La posizione comunque è ottima per qualche passeggiata nei bei boschi del monte Conero e per esplorare le belle cittadine dell’entroterra e le grotte di Frasassi. Catia e Francesco i proprietari, sempre disponibili in caso di necessità, molto gentili e pazienti con noi che magari non eravamo sempre così tranquilli e silenziosi…meritano un 10!

La situation du logement est formidable. La plage (qui est sublime) est accessible à pied, attention cependant: le sentier est très raide et ne convient pas à tous les profils. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance et ce, tout au long de notre séjour. Un très bon séjour pour notre famille et notre chien.

Tolle Lage
Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie in der oberen Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Tolle Lage an schönem Strand (15 min, sehr steil!). Catia ist sehr nett und kümmert sich per WhatsApp um jede Frage. Bei der Anfahrt darf man sich nicht an die angegebene Adresse halten (Via Poggio) sondern sollte sich von Catia den Standort senden lassen. Gerne wieder!!!

A nice house, clean, cool, well-equipped
The accommodations were good, new kitchen, a small balcony. We were on the first floor. Two bathrooms. In the kitchen we missed an electric water cooker and there were no basics like salt, pepper, oil etc. Also in the weekends the noise from the nearby road is substantial. The area is great, nice seaside resorts, lovely towns like Ancona, Loreto or Ovida. Inside the accomodation the information was sparse on for example hiking, the beaches or shopping. Host Catia is very fiendlt and relaxed

Herbstferien am Monte Conero
Als Familie mit 5 Personen und unseren Hunden nutzten wir 13 Tage die Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Diese war für uns absulut in Ordnung, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer wohnen vorort und waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für die Erkundung des Parco del Conero war ihr Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Täglich waren wir am und im Wasser, sind in den Morgenstunden oder am Abend vom Haus aus zu Fuß wandernd unterwegs gewesen. Die Aussichten auf das Meer und in das bergige Landesinnere waren, auch von der Ferienwohnung aus, überwältigend schön.

Schöne Idylle
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Catia. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung und man ist wirklich abseits vom Trubel und kann zur Ruhe kommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar sehr steil, aber der Strand ist auch wirklich sehr schön.

Innanzitutto ringrazio la Sig.ra Catia ed il marito sia per la cura della casa che per la tenuta degli spazi esterni. Ci si ritrova immersi nel verde in zona ventilata e dominante , nella tranquillità delle colline marchigiane. Ottima posizione per raggiungere spiaggie e percorsi nel parco del Conero per chi ama le passeggiate. Consigliatissimo per un relax totale : spina staccata. Grazie

Come a casa propria
Una settimana incantevole, i proprietari affabili ed estremamente discreti, abbiamo potuto gestire il nostro soggiorno come meglio credevamo. Posizione ideale a pochi passi (pochi ma faticosi, comunque ne vale la pena) dalla stupenda spiaggia di Mezzavalle; inoltre punto ideale di partenza per gite nei luoghi più belli delle Marche. proprietà con visuale a 360* incantevole. in una posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni . appartamento al primo piano arredato in modo semplice ma funzionale. gli spazi esterni sono curati e veramente sfruttabili e ben attrezzati ii proprietari sono vicini ma assolutamente discreti e molto gentili. la strada vicina ma non trafficata nel periodo. spiaggia sottostante da non perdere ma con sentiero da fare con scarpe adeguate!

Una casa incantevole con un'ospitalita' accogliente
L'attenzione agli ospiti è stata costante per tutta la settimana, accogliente e attenta senza essere neanche lontanamente invadente. La casa è molto bella e in una posizione perfetta per godere del Conero da Ancona a Numana
