Carnon Plage: House with garden

Large villa with large terrace and garden next to the beach.
Completely renovated recently.
Very confortable. There is two independant bath room and one commune .Each bedroom have a french window on a different terrace .So everybody has is own independance and intimacy.
Ideally located near Montpellier and lot of pretty village and town. (Palavas, La Grande Motte, Sète, Nimes)
Many music festivals all the summer, fireworks festival in august at 'La Grande Motte'. Many restaurant next the sea between Carnon and La Grande Motte with music in the evening.

Stay in Carnon

Disappointed in the overall house although there were positives. There were no en-suite bathrooms even though it was almost impossible to tell from listing. Bizarre showers inside bedrooms with shade separations. One full bathroom off living room in laundry room. All of that was difficult. The house is well stocked with supplies. Outside area really quite messy and furniture is not at all nice or comfortable. Outdoor lighting fell twice during stay and were not repaired. House has great black out blinds. Owner was readily available for questions and a very nice lady House is convenient to shops, restaurants and several ports. Nice beach close by. Kitchen is well stocked with decent dishes etc and nice appliances. All in all a good place if you can get beyond the bathroom situation.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison au Carnon Plage. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres ont des lits confortables, et chacun avec une douche. La maison est très propre avec un joli jardin dans un quartier très calme à quelques mètres de la plage. À recommander ! Une très bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est très sympa et flexible.

Super séjour à Carnon, maison idéale !

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine au mois de juillet. Maison à 100 mètres de la plage de Carnon, avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur et joliment décorée. La propriétaire est disponible et arrangeante. A refaire !

Très belle villa, très bien agencée et confortable. Le petit jardin est bien protégé par une porte fermée pour laisser jouer les enfants librement. Parking des voitures juste devant la porte, plage à quelques mètre et supérette pas loin. On a particulièrement apprécié l'accès handicapé , sans aucun problème aussi bien pour entrer que pour se déplacer à l'intérieur. Difficile de faire mieux!

Belle maison

Quelques jours passés entre amis pour le nouvel an dans cette belle maison. Accueil très sympathique de la charmante fille de la propriétaire. Rencontre très agréable avec la propriétaire à notre départ. Contact en amont facile. La location concerne le rez-de-chaussée de la maison. Rien ne manque, cuisine bien équipée, tout est propre, les 3 chambres doubles de couple, avec salle d’eau intégrées sont un vrai plus, la chambre ses enfants avec salle d’eau complète à côté complète le tout. L’été, les extérieurs agrémentent et agrandissent les espaces. Location à recommander. Merci aux propriétaires.

Vacances pieds dans l'eau

Très belle maison Tout confort Climatisation d'appoint si nécessaire Idéalement situé, à 5 min à pied d'une plage parfaite pour les enfants en bas âge ( peu d'eau du plusieurs mètres) Jardin clos très pratique pour les enfants ! Accueil chaleureux et sympathique Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, mais on serait plus à l'aise avec une literie en 160 car nous sommes grands et pas l'habitude !

Maison accueillante et très bien située

La propriété est idéale pour accueillir un groupe familial ou d’amis. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bains. Elle est très bien équipée et la décoration est de très bon goût. Le jardin est agréable. La propriétaire est très accueillante. On a vraiment passé un très bon séjour et on a profité de la plage qui est toute proche à pied.
