Discover the beauty and amenities of one of the most well known beaches in the world, and indulge yourself with luxury and comfort in your own beautifully remodeled beachfront condo! This 20th floor two bedroom, bunkroom, and two-bathroom unit floor plan located at the Sunrise Beach Resort offers breathtaking views of Panama City’s white sand beaches as well as the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf of mexico. Sunrise Beach Resort is located within walking/short drive distance from panama city’s most popular attractions and restaurants including Pier Park, and makes for a perfect family vacation, holiday, and weekend beach getaway destination!

This 1249 sq. Foot condo was professionally furnished and decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. You will find the master bedroom located on the gulf with its very own entry to the oversized beachfront balcony features a bamboo king size bed with a 42” wall mounted hdtv coupled with a private master bathroom with an oversized tub! The second bedroom boasts a ratan wood queen size bed and another 42” wall mounted flat screen hdtv. The bunkroom can comfortably sleep two and also has a 26” tv. This unit will comfortably sleep up to 8 people! The coastal style living room features a comfortable queen size pull out sofa and a 55” smart tv, along with a blue ray disk player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and features brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! The coastal style dining area will comfortably seat six people. We are confident that you will absolutely love your stay at this condo and will want to comeback time and time again! Do note that there is an additional parking fee of $50 per parked vehicle that is paid to the resort. The fee is good for the entire stay! Vehicles taller than 80 inches in height cannot be parked at the resort.

• 2 large pools (1 heated year round), with a mushroom waterfall on the fifth floor of the resort offering spectacular gulf views
