Spacious single story home on the 6th tee box at Foothills Golf Club. Relax on the large covered patio complete with misting system, sun shade and 40” LCD TV – it’s perfect for al fresco dining. Enjoy a swim in the oversized heated salt water pebble tech pool with swim-up-table, diving board, slide and water feature. The large 13,000 sq. ft. lot provides privacy and is perfect for year-round outdoor living. Three sliding doors extend the living area outside. No interior steps, vaulted ceilings.
Large Master Suite has King Bed. Bedroom #2 has King Bed. Bedroom #3 has Queen Bed. Bedroom #4 Full-Over-Full Bunks, Pack ‘n Play.
Indoor family/TV room includes 55” LCD TV with built-in WiFi, Roku, Netflix, iHeartRadio, Premium Cable package. The entire home is tile floors with the exception of the guest bedrooms.
Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, backs up to the golf course and is very private. Feb 2015 New 6 person Hot Tub! Convenient shopping and dining are just around the corner (restaurants, bars, grocery, banks, drug store, ice cream, Starbucks all a short walk or drive away.)
Nearby South Mountain Preserve offers hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. We are 20-25 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport.
MLB Spring Training (Angles, Cubs, A's) are a short drive away (30 min or less.)
Other golf courses less than 12 miles from the house include: Club West, Ahwatukee Country Club, WhirlWind, Arizona Grand, Raven Golf Club.

Wonderful Stay!

My best friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the house and our week in Phoenix. The house is in a convenient location to any type of restaurant or store you may need as well as the major highways (we did a few day trips). We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside patio area and watching the golfers. I agree with previous recent reviews that some cosmetic updates could be done but everything is more than functional and some appliances are very new. When I needed to contact Beau during our stay (not any issues with the house), he responded very quickly. I highly recommend the property and my friend and I are already discussing returning in a few years for another stay. Thank you Beau!

Escaping the Cold

My husband and I stayed for 2 months. We love the Ahwatukee area and the home is on a nice golf course. When our grandchildren visited us, they enjoyed the pool particularly in February. It was still a bit cold in January but they tried. The home definitely is showing the signs of extensive use and wear. It was not as clean as we expected. I found food wrappers in couch cushions, dirty dishes and pots and pans in cupboards The propane tank on grill was empty and grill lighter needed batteries. I spent some time vacuuming and cleaning the first few days. We talked to Beau and he explained he had lost his regular cleaning ladies and had to use someone different. He was very responsive and sent someone over to wash the outside windows. Beau has a great handyman who was around a few times during our stay. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Other than the fact the house has back to back renters so I understand it is tough to get inside and do some needed updating/repairs and deep cleaning, we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing!

This was the second time we stayed here! The pool is fantastic being saltwater there’s no reactions to the chlorine. Kitchen is well stocked and ready to tackle whatever you want to prepare. Very quiet and private location, occasional golfers but no big deal. Look forward to returning again!

Outdoor Perfection

A beautiful and spacious home that is just as advertised. The outdoor area was an absolute dream for our granddaughters who couldn’t decide if they loved the slide or the diving board more. Comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood…. it is the perfect spot.

Family Fun

We had a great experience here. It was very clean and comfy. We had plenty of outdoor things to enjoy. The outdoor pool and sitting area was our favorite. The home was filled with all the things you need including games and essentials. We loved our stay will book again.

Excellent Family Vacation Property

Our entire family really enjoyed our 6 night stay in March 2023. We had plenty of space with separate rooms for parents, two children (ages 11 and 13) and grandma! We especially enjoyed the backyard pool and living area and were able to host other family members who live in Phoenix for a backyard bbq and pool/spa time. There are beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains from the backyard patio. We also enjoyed baseball Spring Training, hiking in the nearby South Mountain Park Preserve, playing tennis at Desert Foothills Park, and walking just up the street to Shinko Sushi House for dinner.

Spacious home and clean

Great property in quiet neighborhood. Pool is a good size and heated. We had lots of room for eight people. Home was clean and had a nice supply of extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Was also surprised to find some leftover food in the pantry and bottled water. Could have used some extra blankets, it was cool when we visited and house always seemed cold. We turned up the air conditioning but it didn't really help since it was cool outside.

Phoenix Getaway

Our multi- generational family had a wonderful time at this property. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked like it would be fun for the kids. There were toys there for children, which was nice. The house is conveniently located to freeway access, grocery store, and restaurants. Most beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Only suggestion would be an additional TV indoors. The house has one TV inside and 1 TV outside by the pool.

Great Location and Property

Great Property, quiet neighbourhood that is close to everything listed in the description. One of the queen size beds in the guest rooms is a little weird, seems like a queen mattress in a king frame? I dunno, this was an issue for the couple in our group that drew the short straw. Master Suite was great -takes a minute for hot water on that side of the house -who cares, not us. Hot Tub maintained, outside furniture could use a cleaning but still rates 5 stars. Needs maintenance

The property was nice however it needs a deep clean and maintenance. The hot tub needs purging, cleaning and filter change. We paid a worker at the neighbors to power wash the filters. Outdoor furniture it’s filthy, countertop is falling apart. It takes forever to get hot water to kitchen and master bath. The pool is not heated in winter, I missed that disclaimer. The nicest part was that condiments, spices etc were left and we were able to leave things. Also could use more TV’s only 2. One outside one in family area.

Absolutely Wonderful

Perfect location, great house, close to the grocery and so much hiking. The house had everything we needed for a week of cooking at home every day and then relaxing by the pool after a long hike. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful rental home with lots to do!

We rented this home with our 3 adult children, 2 spouses and a 9 month old. It was ideal for our purposes!! Master bedroom is huge and although the other bedrooms are not large; there is a lot of closet space and plenty of room for settling in comfortably. Outdoor and Pool area provides plenty of options for everyone to have have fun and/or relax! The home was very clean and had excellent amenities. We cooked all our meals and had adequate dishes and cooking tools. Thank you so much Beau, we hope to stay in your home again sometime!!

Family Fun

Met in AZ for multigenerational family vacation (and celebrating grandma's 70th birthday). The pool was wonderful and provided hours of fun for both adults and kids. Kitchen came well equipped so able to eat together for home cooked meals every evening. Location close enough to highway for easy trips, but quiet enough for privacy. Grocery less than a mile away. Owner responsive and professional. Wonderful experience for our family.
