VacanceLuberonFr is a completely independent gîte (10 x 5m swimming pool, enclosed garden, parking, garage...). The tenant's family and guests are the only users of these facilities. The house is not overlooked.

Teleworking
The accommodation is adapted for teleworking: two wifi terminals arranged in a mesh, RJ45 socket, 4G/5G reception from the four operators, power strip, table and chair in a room away from the living room. The wifi is combined with a fiber optic subscription.

Multimedia
The flat-screen TV, with a diagonal of over 150 cm, receives DTT channels as well as videos via the Internet (fiber optics) thanks to a Google TV pebble. The latter offers foreign-language channels, including English and German. Access to video-on-demand (SVoD) services is available via Netflix, PrimeVideo and OQEE by Free.
ChromeCast displays YouTube videos on the TV that have been searched for by Google TV or on your smartphone.
A Blu-ray DVD player is connected to this TV to view DVDs that may have been brought in by holidaymakers.

Wunderschöne Kurzferien im Luberon

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub! Wegen einer Hochzeit haben wir uns noch ein paar im wunderschönen Luberon gegönnt und sind auf dieses Ferienhäusschen gestoßen. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und es war kein Problem, dass wir etwas später angekommen und früher abgereist sind. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr sauber, das galt auch für den Außenbereich. Alles war sehr gepflegt und in einem super Zustand. Uns wurde alles sehr freundlich gezeigt und erklärt, zudem gibt es noch eine Infomappen mit ausführlichen Informationen, auch zu Weingütern etc. Im Hof gibt es einen Bouleplatz und Kugeln, wir haben hier herrliche Abende genossen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Südluberon

Wir wurden von Monsieur Philippe sehr freundlich begrüßt und instruiert. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber, es ist alles zur Verfügung, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders der Pool hatte es uns angetan, sehr sauber mit weichem nicht nach Chlor riechendem Wasser. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est grande et très équipée, ce qui est un point important quand on s'y rend en famille (chaise haute, lit parapluie, accessoires pour le bain,...). Pour se divertir, table de ping ping, tv, pétanque, ou encore piscine... Le cadre est très agréable et Philippe très accueillant. Nous recommandons cette maison !

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist groß genug, um mit 3 Generationen darin entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Das komplette Grundstück ist auch für kleinere Kinder prima geeignet, da es ausreichend Platz bietet und nicht nur der Pool, sondern auch das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Der Vermieter macht eine ausführliche Schlüsselübergabe und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Haus (alles neuwertig, sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattet) mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Gastgeber. Als Ausgangspunkt für Rennrad-Touren im Luberon war es ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent !

Notre hôte était très sympathique et nous a bien accueilli en prenant le temps de tout nous montrer. La villa est très bien équipée et très propre. Très bien agencée la maison est vraiment agréable, nous avons profité de la cheminée ce qui nous a d'autant plus permis de passer une douce semaine. Nous avons également apprécié le calme et la situation qui nous a permis de partir sur les petits chemins alentours pour de belles balades en vélo, la région est idéale pour ce genre d'activité. Donc pour nous un sans faute, rien à redire c'était parfait et le lieu est bien mieux que sur les photos, l'espace du rez de chaussé est vraiment très agréable, la télé et l'équipement son est de qualité, plus des jeux de société, des brochures et cartes de randonnées, etc, rien ne manque. Donc merci pour cette excellente semaine passée chez vous. Christophe et Marie José

Séjour très agréable dans belle maison provençale

Séjour très agréable dans une belle maison provençale récente, lumineuse et très bien pensée. La maison est bien aménagée avec un séjour vaste agrémenté d'une cheminée, cuisine très bien équipée, 3 belles chambres, des grands placards, 2 salles de bain, terrasse ensoleillée, une vraie maison. Belle réactivité des propriétaires suite à ma réservation tardive. Un excellent rapport qualité / prix, gîte à recommander sans réserve. J'espère revenir en période estivale pour profiter de la piscine !

Un Week-End spécial détente.

Nous avons passé un week-end vraiment très très agréable que ma petite famille m'as offert. La maison offre de multiples services que vous ne pouvez imaginer. Les enfants ont étaient tout simplement émerveillés. Table de ping pong, jeux de société, piscine... Rien à penser, tout est penser pour vous. Passer un moment au bord de la cheminée et tout simplement Waouhhh!!! De plus il y a vraiment de quoi visiter aux alentours... Mais là également tout est prévue et les endroits que les propriétaires nous ont proposés était gratuites et magnifiques ( jardins, châteaux...)Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement les propriétaires de leur accueil et nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir et le plus rapidement possible. Bien à vous!!!!

De belles vacances !!!

Nous avons passé de belles vacances de la Toussaint dans cette très jolie bastide. Elle est très bien située pour visiter le sud du Lubéron et ses petits villages typiques. La location est très propre et très bien entretenue. Le confort est optimum, un salon agréable et à la pointe numérique, une belle cuisine bien équipée et des chambres spacieuses. Compte tenu de la météo, nos n'avons pas pu profiter comme il se doit de l'extérieur mais il semblait très prometteur. Nous avons apprécié le soin du propriétaire pour répondre à nos attentes. Une location à recommander sans aucun doute

Fantastic property in a great location

This is a fantastic property and very good value for money. The house has everything you need for your stay, and all the pictures are authentic. We have stayed in the same place 4 years in a row participating in the Luberon Marathon, and have already booked for next year. The owner Phillippe and his beautiful wife are very kind, and always helpful if there is anything you need. The loaction is great for discovering this part of Provence, with a lot of small villages to visit. The house is only 10 minute walk from the center of Tour d`Aigues, and here you will find several small, cosy restaurants. The bigger village, Pertuis, with a couple of supermarkets, is only a few kilometer drive. This is truly a wine district where you can visit som great wineyards in the area. Especially the Rosé is fantastic in this part of the country. There are also a co-operative and two places for wine-tasting in Tour d`Aigues. Overall, if visiting this area, I can hardly recommend you to stay at this house. I don´t think you will find a better Place. Rune Larsen Norway

Très agréable sejour

Sans aucun vis-à-vis , la villa est grande et spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Piscine sécurisée appréciable mais petit bémol concernant la température de l'eau. 2° de plus serait d'un grand confort (Prévoir peut-être une bâche ou un chauffage solaire ) . Un point d'eau serait également le bienvenu pour éviter que les enfants ne colportent pas trop de saleté . Le propriétaire est à proximité mais respecte notre intimité .

Gite très agréable et très bien situé

Gite impeccable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gite très fonctionnel et au calme. Les enfants étaient juste un peu déçus de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine ; peut être que l'installation d'une couverture permettrait de l'utiliser réellement toute l'année.

Wunderbares Haus und guter Ausgangspunkt

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesem schönen und gut ausgestatteten Haus im Luberon. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was zu einem entspannten Urlaub beiträgt. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence und auch für Tagesausflüge zum Meer wunderbar geeignet. Unser Sohn hat auch die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkunden können. Die große Garage ermöglichte uns sowohl Fahrrad als auch Dachgepäckbox während unseres Aufenthaltes sicher abzustellen. Rundherum ein empfehlenswertes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

rapport qualité prix discutable

Pour un gîte repris cinq étoiles (voir cadre à l'entrée de la maison), manque évident de produits de première nécessité par rapport à nos précédentes locations (produit lave vaisselle, sel, filtres à café etc . . .) La piscine était VERTE à notre arrivée et la possibilité de baignade n'a eté possible que le troisième jour ! ! ! Par contre, gîte très propre, bien entretenu et propriétaire aimable et avenant.

Vacance Luberon

L'alloggio è stato trovato conforme alle aspettative. Molto pulito, comodo e spazioso, ideale per famiglie con bambini. L'accoglienza del proproetario assolutamente ottima, e la disponibilità dimostrata molto gradita e cordiale. L'immobile dispone di tutto il necessario per brevi e lunghi soggiorni nell'arco dell'anno. Riscaldamento autonomo e regolabile a piacimento. Wi fi, tv, telefono presenti e di ottima qualità.

Bon souvenir du Luberon

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle et confortable maison provençale. Il n'y manque rien, le matériel est de grande qualité. Nous avons apprécié jardin, terrasse, piscine dans cet endroit calme. Le propriétaire est très accueillant.

Thanks to them it has been possible to understand the needs and expectations of guests in furnished holiday accommodation.

Why they chose this property

The house was built and furnished gradually for 15 years (from 1995 to 2010) as and when funds became available independently. Once complete, it was this house that was eventually set aside for rental as furnished holiday accommodation. However, when the accommodation is not occupied, it is used for the owner's family or friends passing through. This provides an opportunity to note minor defects that might not yet have been reported and to fix them before the next guests arrive.

What makes this property unique

The house is new (having been completed in 2010). The building work was carried out by the owners who live there for a few days to get a better idea of what improvements need to be made.
What’s more, the house has been approved by holiday rental agency Gîtes de France®, which had a technician come to the house itself to find out about the descriptive content of the facilities and environment.
All bedding is new and intended for “sensitive backs”.
What the owners like about this gîte is the large space in the kitchen and living room for setting up tables to accommodate up to thirty family members.
The environment is quiet, especially as the access route is a private cul-de-sac.
In 2012, the town abandoned all networks and over head lines, creating an unobstructed view over the Luberon and the valleys surrounding the gîte.
When the gîte is not in use, its owners continue to enjoy using it ; what’s more, it’s a few dozen meters from their home.
