HURRICANE UPDATE - The pool and nearby beach have reopened. There was no damage to my condo, except for one of my balcony ceiling fans, which will be replaced. The garages, storage units, breezeway, and landscaping on the ground floor were damaged and are being repaired. Many of the nearby bars and restaurants were closed for repairs but many of them have already reopened, and the rest plan to reopen by the beginning of 2025. All of the debris has been cleared away. The condo is a lovely place to stay, and Treasure Island is still one of best locations on the west coast of Florida. It will take a while to fully recover from Hurricane Helene and Milton, but I believe that it will be better than it ever was. We fully support the local businesses. We live full-time in Treasure Island and love it here!
Note - Condo Association still requires minimum 2 week rental.
