Beachfront with breathtaking views over the sea. Patrolled beach. Enjoy 2 bikes for free during your vacation. Quiet residence. Private open air pool (june-september). Free wifi available. Close to restaurants and cafes.
There is a bakery in the same residence for daily bread and croissants. Supermarkets and grocery stores are in Hossegor town center (800m from the residence).

The apartment is ready for 4 people: it has a bunk bed and a two-seat sofa-bed. There is a full bathroom with WC. Private parking in the building and storage room in the basement for surfboards and bikes.

The apartment is ideally located for surfing. La Gravière worldclass surf spot is at less than 400m. 10min walk to Hossegor town center and 2min walk to "Place des Landais" (Restaurants area).

Hossegor is perfect for surfing. From experienced surfers to beginners. Quiksilver Pro France surf contest is held every year in September.

In Hossegor there is also a large lake, useful for avoiding the waves on the beach when they get a bit large for the children. The great expanse of the Landes forest lies behind the town, popular within nature lovers and cyclists.

Mon copain et moi sommes venus passer 5 jours à Hossegor, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Tout d'abord l'emplacement est tout simplement idéal, avec une vue superbe sur l'océan. La procédure d'arrivée était parfaite et la communication avec Jon très facile! L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Jon est très prévoyant et très arrangeant. Je recommande ce logement !

Appartement fidèle aux photos. Très bien situé sachant que des vélos sont mis à disposition... Ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer jusqu'à seignosse, capbreton et aussi hossegor centre sans utiliser la voiture, et donc de ne pas rencontrer de difficulté de stationnement ! Jon est un propriétaire à l'écoute de ses clients et nous a fait un petit briefing sur les alentours afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Appartement très bien équipé mais surtout... une vue exceptionnelle.

- Points positifs : appartement très bien situé, face à l'océan, près des animations et commerces, et à 15 minutes à pied du centre d'Hossegor, ainsi que d'un supermarché ; résidence calme, propre et bien entretenue - Points négatifs : literie du salon de très mauvaise qualité : la partie coulissante du sommier ne tenait pas, le matelas etait de mauvaise qualité, au bilan après 2 très mauvaises nuits, nous avons fini par mettre le matelas au sol pour pouvoir essayer de dormir correctement, mais globalement nous avons passé de mauvaises nuits ; installation électrique : plusieurs prises avec faux contact donc ne fonctionnant pas correctement, ou arrachée donc pas utilisable ; accessoires de cuisine en quantité limitée, et en partie en état très médiocre ; portes de placard en mauvais état, de même que la porte coulissante séparant le salon-cuisine de la cabine-entrée-salle de bains

"El apartamento está magnificamente situado frente al mar. Las vistas son impresionantes. Muy cómodo: el centro está a 10 min andando y la zona de Bares (Rock Food) a 200m. A pesar de su tamaño, todo está muy bien organizado dentro del apartamento y resulta cómodo y acogedor."
