Apartment all new and very cozy located opposite the lifts with balcony to the ski slopes, 50 m. just to cross the street already have lifts and ski runs. They are also located in front of the lockers for ski pass sales offices and ski school. You have all the services, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Pas de la Casa and Grandvalira have free Wi-Fi in the village. Please note a mobile phone number when making the reservation.

Amazing location, amazing facility

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. It was ideally located to the loft and the ski school. Numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Clean property generally, Communications could have been better, main bed broken on arrival and we were unable to sleep on it. There was an alternative sofa bed but that wasn’t that clean and did not fancy sleeping on it.

Our stay at the Pas de la Casa

Really enjoyed the flat. Clean, functional place, chalet-like wood furniture, high ceiling, large sliding door windows, little terrace, very nice view on the slopes. Main downsides are paid parking everywhere, absence of wifi in the building and no roaming allowed in the principality.

Très bon séjour

Emplacement parfait, le proprietaire super reactif très gentil très serviable. L'appartement sympa pour une famille de 3 /4, juste quelques affaires de vaisselle pas très propre mais cela n'est pas la faute du propriétaire les gens de l'agence sympa et réactifs face au manque de draps. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!! Merci au propriétaire pour tout!!reactifs face au manque de draps.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne ! Emplacement idéal, soleil tout l après-midi sur le balcon, nombreux équipements le rendant tres fonctionnel. La literie de la chambre est hyper confortable (lit superposé avec lit double en bas). Le matelas du BZ dans le salon est plus fin mais nous ne l avons pas utilisé. C est assez spacieux pour 2/3 personnes. La salle de bains est tres agreable et la cuisine bien équipée, nous n avons manqué de rien. Emplacement au coeur de la station super pratique et le ski est à quelques pas car nous sommes en face du front de neige. Le propriétaire est tres reactif pour repondre aux questions. Merci pour l accueil et à bientôt !

Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé,. Très bien reçu par Joao à notre arrivée et merci à Franck pour sa visite et ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes, même encore mieux. Nous conseillons fortement cette location.

Excelente localização, mesmo em frente à entrada para as pistas, com comércio à porta. Torna-se um pouco apertado para 5 pessoas mas dado que se passa pouco tempo no apartamento é uma boa opção!

Hemos ido a skiar con mi familia, mis 2 hijas, mi esposa y yo. La propiedad excelentemente ubicada, todo funciono a la perfección y Francesc un anfitrión muy atento. Recomiendo 100% alquilar este departamento.

Perfecta ubicación, limpio y renovado al 100%

Hemos estado 5 días esquiando y nos ha parecido perfecto, según salías por ña puerta del edificio chocabas con las oficinas del forfait y las pistas. Estaba muy limpio y reformado baño y cocina nuevos con todos los accesorios. Única pega el wifi, no es propio y se cogía de una cafeteria de abajo con la señal débil. El resto perfecto

Grand bol d air au pas de la Case ! Mr David Francesc Hernández Martín très sympathique ! ils nous a rendu visite avec une bouteille et du chocolat . Appartement très bien situé mais la station est animée le soir, pour ma part des boules quies... car les vacanciers font la fête. Pour les pistes il y a du choix ! ainsi que pour les petits commerces. La Perla Negra resto bar, musique, billard, super bon ! et un patron très sympa. la Braza, restaurant + crêperie : en bas de l appartement, équipe extra, le patron Jérôme très gentil. location du matériels : SKISET, matériel de qualité (peut être un peu + cher) en dessous de l appart. Parking couvert à conseiller, pas très loin de l appart : environ 70e la semaine, on a apprécier quand la neige est tombée 1 jour avant de partir ! chaine obligatoire ! Faut pas se prendre la tête en vacances , surtout au ski !! Laure

Bien situé

Nous avons loué une semaine l appartement. Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants. Les points positifs : Idéal situé, face aux pistes, bars et restaurants, magasins en dessous de l appartement mais qui peut être un point négatif ( voir en dessous) Porte sécurisé en bas de la résidence, ascenseur. Appartement très bien équipé. (Lave vaisselle, four/micro-ondes, plaques de cuissons, aspirateurs, coupes de champagne 😜..). l appartement était propre et draps et serviettes également. L ami du propriétaire très agréable et de bons conseils. Le propriétaire adorable, nous a rendu visite lors de notre semaine. Les points négatifs: La chambre pas vraiment fermée, un encadré sans vitre ( nous avions mis le surmatelas pour fermer). Pas de volets, les enseignes des magasins et éclairages publics éclairent l appartement même avec les rideaux. Vu qu il est idéalement situé, il y a des inconvénients,très bruyant dehors après là fermeture des bars et jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Petits conseils : Ne pas boire l eau du robinet La nuit, Ne pas mettre ses skis dans les casiers sur le pallier. Bar en face de l'appartement, musique assez forte mais a 21h tout s arrête.

Parfait

Nous avons effectué un séjour d'une semaine avec 3 amis, ce petit appartement est joli et trés bien agencé. Il dispose de 2 canapés lit, 1 lit superposé (2 pers. en bas et 1 en haut).et de tout les équipements nécéssaires (couverts, assiettes, ustensiles, plaques de cuissons, four-micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Nous avons été trés bien acceuilli par un ami du propriétaire (parlant français) car celui n'a pu se libérer. Il est trés bien placé au pied des pistes (difficile de faire plus prés), les restaurants et boutiques sont également à proximité immédiate. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour et referons sûrement appel à ce propriétaire car nous comptons y retourner l'année prochaine.
