Pleasant stay in La Ciaccia
We had a good time at La Ciaccia. If you wanna explore the north coast of sardinia La Ciaccia is a great spot to start because you are at the middle of the coast line. The house is very cosy. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a BBQ in the evening.

La maison est très agréable spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse et le barbecue appréciable Une machine à laver et de la vaisselle en quantité suffisante. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt (8h30) car aucun locataire avant nous. Je conseille cette residence

Tout était parfait
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. M et Mme Schintu sont des super hôtes très prévenants et sont restés en contact avec nous pendant tous le séjour. Luca sur place est tout aussi prévenant et fait tout son possible pour vous faire passer un bon séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Un séjour très agréable
Une maison idéalement située et très bien équipée. A deux pas de la plage de la Ciaccia. Une vue splendide sur la mer depuis le solarium. Très calme. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en changeant de plage tous les jours et en visitant les communes avoisinantes. Le contact sur place Luca est très bienveillant et a de très bons conseils sur les restaurants du coin : mention spéciale pour l'Agriturismo de Bedda Ista à 2 kms. Un grand merci à Massimu et Luca.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in Top Lage
Wir waren eine Woche in La Chiacca und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und zudem einen tollen Blick von beiden Terrassen aufs Meer. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand, Restaurant und Supermarkt. Der Kontakt vorab mit Massimo und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Luca war sehr nett und beide sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine Runde Sache

Schönes Haus
Es ist ein sehr tolles, sauberes Haus in einer ruhigen Siedlung in der Nähe vom Sandstrand. Sehr herzlichen Empfang mit Schinken, Käse und Prosecco! Sehr angenehm ist die schattige Terrasse. Das Kellerzimmer war zwar kühler, aber ein wenig muffig.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus.
Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt um dort in der in der wunderschönen Umgebung zu Ruhe zu kommen. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In dem Haus hat uns nichts gefehlt - Der Vermieter hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Herr Luca mit seine sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Art machte unser Aufenthalt hervorragend. Dankeschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Perfekte Ferien!
Das Appartement in La Ciaccia ist perfekt, wenn man (wie wir) unternehmungslustig ist und viel erkundet und zwischendurch einfach nur abschalten möchte. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Ps. Massimo und Lucca vor Ort machen den Aufenthalt mit ihren Tipps perfekt! )

Maisonette originale, pleine de charme et bien située
Logement avec un excellent rapport qualité/Prix, bien situé pour visiter toute la region de Sassari, de La Pelosa à Santa Teresa, de Palau à Olbia… Située dans la « Californie » de la Sardaigne, le logement peut être également idéal pour les passionnés de kite surf et de surf, avec d’excellents spots comme « La Marinedda » à. Isola Rossa, Badesi ou la Ciaccia (pour le Kite)… Luca est une personne tres agreable et accueillante et Massimo également ! Séjour Top!

Schöne Herbstferien
Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Familienferien in La Ciaccia. Das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Massimo war angenehm , E-Mails wurden rasch und zuverlässig beantwortet. Wir schätzten die Unterstützung vor Ort durch Luca, welchen wir als sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert erlebten. Leider gibt es im Haus kein Internet, was nicht der Beschreibung auf der Homepage entspricht. Im 200 m entfernten Restaurant kann jedoch das wlan genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ottima scelta!
La casa è molto particolare e si trova all interno di un quartiere di casette costruite nello stesso stile (v. foto). È molto pratica e vivibile e dotata di tutto il necessario. La terrazza con barbecue e il solarium sul tetto sono dei gioielli. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. A 5 minuti di macchina si trova Valledoria con i vari negozi, in ogni caso è presente un piccolo supermercato anche a pochi passi da casa. È in posizione centrale e strategica per visitare tutta la parte nord ovest della Sardegna. Luca è stato veramente di aiuto per risolvere ogni dubbio e consigliarci durante la vacanza. In sostanza se dovessimo tornare in questi fantastici posti sicuramente torneremo lì.

Schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse
Das Haus ist großzügig und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Gute Infrastruktur Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand und Pizzeria mit wenigen Schritten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto waren die tollen Strände von Badesi und Umgebung sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und zwei Ständer zum wäschetrocknen vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war sehr sehr nett. Der Verwalter stand telefonisch zur Verfügung und ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort gewesen. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und sogar Reservierungen für‘s Restaurant auf Italienisch gemanagt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison parfaite pour une famille au cœur d’une région de la Sardaigne particulièrement attractive
Bel accueil par Luca avec des petites attentions - vin local, pâtisseries et petites fleurs e rocaille. Maison fraîche malgré les fortes températures, très calme, bien située...prévoir au moins une semaine pour découvrir les merveilles !!! Séjour très réussi avec nos 3 enfants chez Massimo

Maison agréable, très bien située dans une résidence calme à proximité des commerces et de la plage,vaste et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire nous a très bien renseignés aussi bien pour préparer notre venue que pendant notre séjour. Seul petit bémol le jardin ne permet pas vraiment aux enfants de jouer, car la majeure partie est bétonnée ou faite de pierres rocailleuses et de cactus; reste néanmoins la grande terrasse...

sejour très agréable
Idéal pour une famille avec enfants. La villa est bien équipée et très agréable, au calme et bien situé. On a pu visiter des endroits magnifiques avec les conseils des propriétaires et des vacanciers qu'ils avaient rédigés sur un cahier. Les seuls points négatifs: les parking des plages payants et le manque d'accueil de certains commerçants. Mais nous y retournons très certainement.

Angenehmes Ferienhaus für einen schönen Urlaub
Das kleine, praktische, gepflegte und in allen Bereichen (auch Küche!!) sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist Teil einer architektonisch durchaus ansprechenden Ferienhaussiedlung. Es liegt eigentlich äußerst ruhig, weit abseits der Durchgangsstraße. Als kleines Manko stellten wir fest, dass das Haus ein Reihenhaus ist. Dies geht aus dem Text- und Bildmaterial, das im Übrigen in allen Bereichen zutrifft, nicht klar hervor. Geräusche und Gespräche in der Nachbarschaft konnten manchmal recht gut verstanden werden. Das störte aber nicht wirklich. Nachts war Totenstille (Nachsaisaon!) und damit ein erholsamer Schlaf gegeben. Das Haus verfügt über einen kleinen Garten, der zusammen mit dem Nachbarhaus genutzt wird und eine großzügige, schön gestaltete Terrasse. Diese ist auf der Nordseite gelegen und - zumindest im Oktober - ohne Sonneneinstrahlung. Ein gut bestückter Supermarkt und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Um die bekannten und schönen Strände zu erreichen ist allerdings ein PKW erforderlich. Ein Linienbus fährt von der Ferienhaussiedlung aus zur nächsten Stadt, Valledoria. Der Kontakt zum seriösen und korrekten Vermieter war angenehm und problemlos. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden wurden alle Mail-Anfragen zur Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Vor Ort half ein telefonisch erreichbarer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausmeister bei allen Problemen.

Location idéale!
De belles vacances à la Ciaccia avec cette maison idéale pour se reposer et profiter des plages alentours. Cette maison pleine de charme et très fonctionnelle était parfaite pour notre famille. Voiture vivement conseillée bien que l'essentiel soit à proximité.

De très belles vacances dans un pays magnifique
La maison est très jolie, très fonctionnelle et en bonne état. L'endroit est calme, les oiseaux sont une belle musique pour le réveil matinal. La Ciaccia, comme les villages et les magnifiques aux alentours permettent des vacances en toute quiétude. De très bons restaurants avec vue sur la mer donnent à vos soirées un air bien romantique. De plus, le propriétaire prend vraiment soin de ses locataires, n'est pas avare de renseignements sur la maison, sur les endroits à visiter avant et pendant votre séjour. Il aime cette ile et vous le transmet avant même votre arrivée. La personne qui vous accueille à votre arrivée est aussi une personne adorable, toujours à votre disposition si besoin et pleins de bons conseils. Un grand merci Massimo et Luca pour ces belles vacances.
