Our seaside apartment offers holidaymakers an exceptional site in a natural and protected environment. It is located in a luxury residence at the edge of a beautiful beach. The private parking is inside the site and secure.
The apartment is composed of three rooms. The living room kitchen gives direct access to the garden. Both bedrooms are upstairs with sea views. The two benches composing the living room can be transformed into sleeping.
In July and August, the beach is animated by a children's club. Sailing activities are permanent for beginners or initiates. Nestled at the bottom of one of the most beautiful bays of Brittany is a privileged place for the practice of seaside activities. The diversity of sandy beaches meets all desires: animated and supervised family beaches, calm and relaxing beaches, charming creeks accessible by the path of customs. Offshore, the Glénan archipelago is known for its incredible beaches, its emerald green waters, its splendid underwater world. Cruise stars offer discoveries by the day or half-day. The ascent of the Odet to Quimper allows you to rub shoulders with castles in the heart of an unsuspected nature.
In the region many folk festivals are scheduled without forgetting the festivals.

un gite à retenir
le gite est propre , super équipé et les propriétaires à l'écoute. Tradition oblige une bouteille de cidre et des traou mad. Nous recommandons ce gite avec vue sur mer

Really nice apartment, fully equipped and so close to the beach and sea. Ideal short break . Very safe for swimming, nice restaurant Le Canot next to the property, strongly recommend ,nice food and very friendly staff.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Photos und der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer bzw. Strand entfernt. Man kann von beiden Schlafzimmern und von der Terrasse aus, auf das Meer sehen und die Wellen hören. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten, ausreichend Geschirr und mit grundlegenden Dingen wie Kaffee, Gewürzen etc. ausgestattet. Wir wurden vom Vermieter-Ehepaar herzlich willkommen geheißen und erhielten zur Begrüßung Cr´e`pes und Cidre, über was wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Auch gab es in unserer Ferienwohnung Informationsmaterial mit vielen Vorschlägen, was man in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung unternehmen kann. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen, diese waren teilweise etwas "durchgelegen". Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbracht. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, wenn nicht die lange Anfahrt wäre.

Wir sind begeistert von der Lage des Häuschen. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Die Bäder sind zwar sehr klein, aber man kommt zurecht. Einzige offene Frage ist die Rückzahlung der Kaution. Laut Vermieter erhält FeWo-direkt die Kaution. Wann erhalte ich diese wieder zurück? Warum arbeitet FeWo-direkt 4 Wochen mit der Kaution. Eine direkte Abwicklung über den Vermieter wäre mit lieber.

Traumhaft kleines Häuschen
Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche in Fouesnant.Und wir haben uns in dem kleinem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. die Lage direkt am Strand ist aussergewöhnlich man hört die Wellen rauschen. auch die Ferienanlage mit Pool wurde von uns genutz. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick zum Meer. Wir haben die Kaution vorab überwiesen. Es gab keine Endabnahme, da de4 Besitzer der Wohnung nicht vor Ort war. Wann und ob wir die YKaution zurück bekommen steht 8n den Sternen. Sehr ungünstig geregelt. Auch die Endreinigung von 70 Euro ist etwas überteuert., bei der Belegung von 2 Personen. Es blieb uns keine Wahl die Endreinigung selbst zu machen

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, tout est fait pour le rendre agréable. Nous remercions M. Mme LE GOFF pour leur accueil et pour leurs présents à notre arrivée. La mer en face de la maison est très apaisante et c'est merveilleux de la voir à chaque instant. La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine située à quelques mètres de la maison est très agréable. Nous venions en Bretagne pour la première fois et cette région nous a vraiment plu, en prime le temps était de la partie. Une très joli maison, tout confort, très bien situé avec les pieds dans l'eau
On a loué cette maison pendant le mois de juin 2017. Tout confort, très bien situé, sud et sud/ouest avec 2 terrasses. Une piscine propre communal, mais aussi 'avec les pieds dans l’eau'. Justement traverser la rue et on peut s’installer à la plage (sable) ! Parfait. La maison a tout confort, des bons lits, salle-de-bain, douche etc., petite cuisine ouvert. Il nous manque rien. Les proprietaires sont venus pour nous installer.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Strand
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) waren von dem Ferienhaus sehr angetan. Das Haus ist zwar relativ klein, bietet aber auf 2 Etagen alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Gewürze, Zucker, etwas Kaffee etc. waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter begrüßten uns herzlich mit Crepes und Cidre und waren sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst liegt innerhalb einer Apartmentanlage, so dass der dortige Pool sowie auch die sonstige Infrastruktur (z.B. Parkplatz für PKW) mitbenutzt werden kann. Der Weg zum Strand ist erfreulich kurz. Lediglich zwei kleine Kritikpunkte verbleiben aus unserer Sicht: das Haus verfügt zwar über 2 Bäder (was grundsätzlich sehr gut ist), die allerdings sehr klein und fensterlos sind. Und: es gibt relativ wenig Staufläche (Schränke) für Kleidung. Dennoch aus unserer Sicht alles in allem ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil, das wir weiterempfehlen können.

Un éclairage pour chaque soir. Location idéalement située, soignee et très bien équipée dans un tres bel environnement. Résidence calme. Les enfants et les parents adorent ! Propriétaires sympathiques accueillants et disponibles. A l'année prochaine j'espère.

Le paradies sur terre
Wir können das Appartment ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Der Vermieter hat uns schon an der Bushaltestelle erwartet und uns den Weg zum überaus liebevoll und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichteten Häuschen gezeigt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der erste Blick aus dem Fenster ist grandios und wird den ganzen Urlaub über ein Grund zur Freude sein. Wenn man ohne Auto da ist, kann man z.B. bei Lerclerc eines leihen (5€ am Tag), so dass man auch noch ein wenig im Umland unterwegs sein kann. Weit muss man nicht fahren, weil es bereits in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viel zu entdecken gibt und ja auch der "Hausstrand" und der tolle Pool in der Anlagen genossen werden will. Für uns steht schon heute fest: wir wollen wiederkommen.

Un séjour parfait!
Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. La maison est chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. La plage est à quelques pas et l'endroit idéal pour faire des belles visites. Merci encore à Mme et Mr Le Goff d'avoir partager ce petit coin de paradis avec nous :-)

Top - Dormir au son des vagues
Idéalement situé, plage et piscine à moins de 20 mètres, résidence calme et verdoyante. De belles balades à pied, de magnifiques couleurs, de nombreuses visites à proximité. Tout le confort pour 4 personnes pour cette location. Un regret : n'y avoir passé qu'une semaine !

Location idéalement placée au bord de la mer
Cette adorable maison est située dans un parc paysagé très bien entretenu avec piscine. Juste une rue à traverser et vous êtes à la plage du Cap Coz.; La location est propre, bien entretenue et joliment décorée. De plus les propriétaires sont des personnes discrètes et agréables. Ils ont tout prévu pour que notre séjour soit réussi. En effet, à l'arrivée nous attendait des crêpes, du cidre et une brochette de bonbons pour notre petite-fille; Par ailleurs, sans avoir besoin de se déplacer à l'office du tourisme, ils ont pris soin de déposer dans la location les fascicules concernant toutes les découvertes à faire dans cette belle région de Fouesnant et alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location que nous avons appréciée et espérons y retourner au plus vite. Encore un grand merci à M; et Mme Legoff. M. et Mme Rey

Great apartment at great location
With our family with small children we have greatly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It provided all the comfort for a sunny summer holiday. Enough space around the apartment for the children to play, and of course an attractive beach just 25 meters away. On top of that, the kids highly appreciated the swimming pool. And as the communication with the owners has been very pleasant, we would be happy to return another time for a future holiday.
