Casa fantastica, posizione fantastica
Accoglienza, posizione e permanenza da 10 e lode. Proprietari gentilissimi e super-efficienti anche nel risolvere un problema a una doccia (riparata mentre eravamo in spiaggia, nell'arco di pochissime ore dalla segnalazione). Una meraviglia. Tornerei a Villa Martina domani stesso e non posso che consigliarla.

Siamo stati 6 notti ed eravamo 2 famiglie per un totale di 8 persone. La Casa e' molto carina, semplice e molto pulita, pratica ed essenziale. Alcune cose che sono nell'elenco di cio' che era in dotazione nella casa non le abbiamo trovate (tipo tosta pane, frullatore, attrezzatura per il tennis, giochi per bambini), ma devo dire che sono tutte cose di cui non avevamo necessita' e quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Siamo stati bene, Jinette e' molto carina e disponibile ed il marito molto discreto. Consigliata

Puglia Mare e Sole
La villa si presenta bene con spazi interni accoglienti e comodi, l'esterno offre molte soluzioni di soggiorno, volendo ogni camera potrebbe avere il suo, ma per come è stata strutturata il grande terrazzo al primo piano regala un bello scorcio sul mare tanta aria e un bell'angolo cottura completo dove organizzare i pasti e le serate con gli amici. Se non si è soddisfatti del primo piano al secondo c'è una terrazza Loft con divanetti in legno che di giorno offre la possibilità ai più pigri di prendere il sole e di sera diventa un'accogliente ritrovo per i teneroni!! Per quanto riguarda i servizi noi non abbiamo trovato le bici, e spesso l'acqua calda non era sufficiente per sopportare la richiesta di 14 persone, comunque i bagni sono puliti e curati, la TV c'era ma sinceramente in vacanza non ne sentivamo la mancanza, peccato per il fronte mare che offre solo scogli, chi desidera sentire la sabbia sotto i piedi deve spostarsi di alcuni chilometri verso Torre San Giovanni, il parcheggio non è mai stato un problema unico neo la spazzatura che non era specificata e puntuale (alle 4,00 di mattina hanno scaricato il vetro). Nel complesso la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva, il titolare ha sempre attenzionato le nostre richieste con serietà, quindi ringraziamo Jinette per averci ospitati nella sua struttura e la consigliamo a gruppi che desiderano passare un periodo spensierato in allegria.

La sig.a Jinette è stat un host molto presente e disponibilissima. La villa risponde alle aspettative, comoda e funzionale, vicinissima al mare di scogli molto molto bello. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente in futuro.

Piacevole soggiorno
La casa è spaziosa e dispone di 6 camere grandi. Il punto di forza è il terrazzo dove è stata attrezzata la cucina che permette di pranzare all'aperto. L'arredamento è semplice ma completo. I proprietari della casa si sono dimostrati disponibili e hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente alle richieste di un gruppo numeroso come era il nostro (12 persone) . La casa dista pochi metri da una piccola spiaggia rocciosa e da un mini market. Un grazie ai proprietari che ci hanno permesso di passare una piacevole estate. Grazie e arrivederci.
