Charming house in the heart of the vineyards

Ideally located between Avignon and Arles, 10 minutes from Saint Remy de Provence, this character house recently restored with charm and authenticity opens onto the countryside. The property dates back to the 17th century and covers 120 hectares of plains and valleys with vineyards, fruit trees and cereals. An old sheepfold, a winery, a working farm and a castle with private access form the entire house.
An independent path provides access to the house. House equipped with reversible air conditioning respecting the environment.

Provencal Stone Farmhouse
Wonderful setting on a large vineyard and apricot farm. We chose this location as our home base for a 2 week vacation in Provence. We wanted to be halfway between Arles and Avignon, and drove all over Provence from here as well. Host Cécile is delightful. She offered us complete privacy and autonomy - the entrance and parking spot amongst the cypress trees are private - but we wanted to meet her and so glad that we did! Fascinating history and stories, and we learned how a vineyard works. C’était un séjour très agréable! Merci beaucoup!

Delightful home on a winery
This is the perfect location to explore Provence! Close to many Roman sites and stunning hill towns. Cecile's charming home is part of a very old and still active winery. It is quiet and peaceful, nestled among the vines and with views over a garden. Very cozy, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. A lovely place to return to at the end of a days adventures. A short drive into Tarascon to many wonderful bakery, vegetable/fruit/cheese shop and meat shop ... everything was amazing. Cecile is a terrific host and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

A lovely, comfortable, well appointed apartment with beautiful views of an historic estate. Cécile was most helpful every step of the way, including assisting us with navigating the French health care system. We hope to return.

Cecile has in this perfectly located house a part of Paradise. It is aqn honest proposal, authentic, and her disposal to make the stay great is top. I definetely recommend this for a peaceful stay in this part of Provence. Perfect to visit the area from Avignon to Camarge.

Wonderful Property
We had an amazing stay at this peaceful and beautiful VRBO rental. The place is perfect for unwinding, surrounded by nature. Cécile, the host, was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The location is fantastic for exploring the area. We loved visiting the Pont du Gard aqueduct—perfect spot for a picnic by the water. Also, don't miss dining at La Maison Penchée. The food is delicious, and their outdoor patio is lovely. Overall, this rental is a gem. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway and as a great base for local adventures. Thanks, Cécile!

Lovely and relaxing stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little property. Cecile was very welcoming and easy to communicate with in French or English, and very accommodating with regards to arranging arrival and departure details. The property had everything we needed for a few relaxing days in the countryside. The little town just down the road (under 5 minutes by car) had a grocery store and all the other shopping we needed to cook for ourselves during our visit. The property was clean and things were as described in the listing. Thanks, Cecile, for such a lovely few days in the French countryside! :)

Perfect location in beautiful Provence
Lovely characterful Provencal house in perfect location for visiting the local towns and villages, Arles, Saint Remy de Provence and Pont du Gard, all within easy driving distance. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 4 day break. Cecile was an excellent host, warm, welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations of places to visit. It was our first visit to Provence, just perfect and we hope to come back. Thank you Cecile :)

Un bien agréable séjour
La maison correspond bien aux photos. Elle est agréable et confortable. L’emplacement est parfait pour des visites en Provence et dans le Gard. Nous avons aussi découvert des hôtes très sympathiques qui nous ont réservés un accueil chaleureux. A l’heure des applications et des réponses automatiques il est bien agréable de faire des rencontres !

Gut ausgestattetes Landhaus
Durch die sehr gute Lage, konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine Möglichkeit im Außenbereich zu grillen oder den Abend zu verbringen. Es ist ein Landhaus direkt auf einem landwirtschaftlich geführten Hof. Zu unserer Reisezeit auch sehr oft recht laut.

La maison est très bien situé et la propriétaire est très sympa et arrangeante. Côté propreté il n'y a rien a dire et nous avons passé plutôt de bonnes vacances. Dommage que cette tranquilité soit entachée par le bruit de la route, de la voie ferroviere, du chien qui aboie le matin et des tracteurs (exploitation agricole). Côté équipement, il manque un lave vaisselle dommage!

serene getaway on working Provençal farm
Lovely peaceful setting near many wonderful towns in Provence and beyond. Quiet, serene atnosphere with welcoming owner & all the creature comforts made our stay very easy, with al fresco dining & a big private yard for children to play - amidst alll the charm and beauty of a working Proovençal farm.

Typische provenzalische Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines großen traditionellen Anwesens mit landwirtschaftlichem Betrieb. Zur Wohnung gehört ein wunderschöner Garten mit Terrasse und Olivenbäumen, Zypressen, usw. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat immer umgehend weitergeholfen und unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer freundlichen Art unvergesslich gemacht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschräkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Stein-Landhaus in zentraler Lage
Einfaches, aber sehr gut ausgestattetes Stein-Landhaus in abgelegener, für Erkundungen der vielen Ziele in der Umgebung (Les Baux, Tarascon mit toller Burg, Saint Remy mit van Gogh, Camargue mit Saintes Maries de la Mer, …..) aber absolut zentrale Lage. Obwohl keine Mücken, sind zur Sicherheit überall Fliegengitter. Kleiner Nachteil: Tagsüber Geräuschkulisse der Landstraße. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Empfehlenswert!
