Klein maar fijn? Nee, geweldig
Klein appartementje/huisje maar alles is aanwezig en heerlijk schoon. De horren en de airco voor 's nachts zijn erg fijn. En het uitzicht..........formidabel vanaf het heerlijke terras met goede stoelen. Een aanrader voor een relaxt weekje.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist sehr klein aber das war uns von vornherein klar. Es ist alles für einen Aufenthalt an Ausstattung da, ein paar mehr Espressotassen wäre schön. Es fehlte uns immer ein, damit wir alle zusammen einen trinken konnten. Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Das Parken an der Straße war okay. Zum einkaufen braucht man ein Auto oder man geht geht zu Fuß, was aber eine halbe Stunde Fußweg ist. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Aussicht
Roberta ist eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die uns jede Hilfe zukommen ließ. Die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief einwandfrei. Das Ferienhaus liegt hoch oben an einem Hang. Um von der Straße zum Haus zu gelangen, muss man eine Treppe hinabsteigen. Durch die Hanglage ist die Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer einfach grandios. Wir konnten gar nicht genug von diesem Panorama bekommen. Die Terrasse wurde dadurch unser hauptsächlicher Aufenthaltsort. Der Wohn- und Essbereich, in dem auch ein Sofa steht, das zum zweiten Bett umfunktioniert werden kann, hat alles, was man braucht. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist leider für nicht mehr ganz junge Leute recht hart. Im Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt haben wir dort einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht.

Wohnung mit fehlerhaften Angaben
Wir sind eine Woche lang im August 2023 in der Wohnung gewesen. Leider sind die Angaben zu der Wohnung nicht korrekt: Die Wohnung hat nur EIN Schlafzimmer. Zwei zusätzliche Schlafplätze befinden sich im Eingangsbereich/Küche. Definition 2 Schlafzimmer sind also fehlerhaft. Die Wohnung liegt sehr abgelegen, weit oben letzte Strasse über der Costa Rei. Sie verfügt über einen sehr schönen Ausblick (wirklich Traumhaft). Der Zeit zum Strand und Zentrum beträgt allerdings ca. 40min. Essen gehen ohne Auto eher schwierig. Dort braucht man definitiv ein Auto. Auch fehlerhafte Inseratangabe. Auto steht auf der Strasse und nicht auf dem Grundstück. Totale Hanglage. Der Müll wird verständlicherweise auf Sardinien nicht jeden Tag vom Mülldienst abgeholt. Es wird streng getrennt. Das haben wir natürlich immer korrekt erfüllt. Leider wurde Kartonage nicht jede Woche entsorgt. Somit haben wir diesen stehen gelassen. Die Vermieterin hat von uns gefordert, den verbliebenen Müll (die Müllcontainer) zum Schluss zur Mülldeponie zu fahren, damit sie für die Müllentsorgung den von uns bereits bei der Buchung bezahlten Reinigungsdienst nicht bezahlen muss. Dies haben wir abgelehnt. Daraufhin hin hat sie die zusätzliche Zahlung von 25 Euro angefordert. Als Begründung hat sie in Fewo auch noch gelogen und uns der Verunreinigung bezichtigt und eine Ameisenplage angegeben. Lächerlich. Die Trennung ist im Garten. Wir können leider die Wohnung nach dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbare Ferien mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung, war für 2 Erwachsene perfekt und die Lage mit dem Ausblick ist ein Traum. Der Kontakt zu Roberta war unkompliziert und hervorragend! Sie konnte uns sogar noch kurzfristig eine Verlängerung möglich machen. Wäsche Wechsel hat super geklappt, es ist in dem Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Roberta hat uns vorher schon mit allen Infos versorgt die man braucht, das war ganz prima, so waren wir bestens vorbereitet und haben das Haus sehr gut gefunden.Die Costa rei ist mit ihren Traumstränden immer eine Reise wert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Erholung pur!
Die Wohnung ist einfach aber mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht über die Costa Rei und ruhig. Es gibt wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge. Die Vermieterin hat sich sofort um Fragen gekümmert.

Kleinigkeiten fehlten Toaster und Wasserkocher wenig Ausstattung von Geschirr aber ausreichend und leider kein wirkliches tv aber man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag am Strand und gute Kommunikation also alles im allem völlig in Ordnung gerne wieder.👍😀und mit der Mülltrennung schon eine umgewöhnung als deutsche.

Tranquillità
La casa è posta in zona collinare e gode di tranquillità assoluta, no rumori di traffico ne tanto meno di esercizi pubblici o locali posti nelle vicinanze, insomma perfetta per chi ha bisogno di evadere dalla caoticita'. La casa è adatta a famiglie di 3 persone, è attrezzata di tutte le necessità ma occorrerebbe qualche fornitura in più come pentola/padella, così come piatti per cucinare nel microonde. Sicuramente il punto forte della casa è la grande terrazza con vista sul mare che permette di vivere a pieno all'aperto. Pur non essendo sul posto la proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile ed ha sempre risposto tempestivamente alle nostre necessità e problematiche che si sono presentate. Infine segnalo che lo splendido mare di Costa Rei è facilmente raggiungibile a pochi minuti di auto, Io e la mia famiglia sicuramente ci piacerebbe tornare.

VISTA DA FAVOLA!
La casa è molto accogliente, spazi ampi nella zona giorno e nel terrazzo che è certamente il pezzo forte con una vista che ti riconcilia col mondo tutte le mattine quando apri le finestre. È ben attrezzata: lavatrice, microonde, frigo, ferro da stiro (anche se in vacanza... non lo abbiamo proprio usato!), televisore. È distante dalla zona più frequentata di Costa Rei, e quindi molto silenziosa: la pace dei sensi! Dalla strada per raggiungere l'ingresso bisogna scendere 37 gradini, un buon modo per rimanere in forma. Per arrivare a spiagge ampie e col mare cristallino, è sufficiente qualche minuto di macchina. Il nostro ospite è stato gentilissimo! Veramente CONSIGLIATA una vacanza qui. 10 e lode!!

A luglio con la famiglia
Casetta molto carina arrampicata sul Monte Nai, zona tranquilla ideale per una vacanza in relax a 5 minuti di auto da spiagge bellissime. Patio esterno con vista mozzafiato. Non adatta a persone con problemi di mobilità (accesso tramite una trentina di scalini piuttosto ripidi). Proprietari gentilissimi e puntuali. Consigliatissima!

Vue magnifique, appartement très confortable, bon accueil
Parfait pour passer du temps sur la terrasse à regarder la mer. Voiture obligatoire car appartement sur la colline. Logement très confortable avec climatisation et tout le confort nécessaire. Région entre Costa Rei et Villasimius parfaite pour découvrir des plages magnifiques (Cala Pira, Punta Molentis, Cala Sa Figu, ...).

Schönes Apartment mit phantastischem Blick
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Die 2 großen Terrassen waren auch sehr schön, mit tollen Pflanzen umgeben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Eltern der Vermieterin empfangen, die Übergabe und Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Der Strand von der Costa Rei ist wohl der schönste den wir bisher gesehen haben. Kilometerlanger feinster Sandstrand, auch toll für Kinder.

Panorama super
La posizione è su Monte Nai, sopra Costa Rei (Villasimius non c'entra) raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Molto bella la vista sulla costa, da Capo Ferrato fin giù allo scoglio di Peppino e oltre. Ci sono una trentina di scalini per scendere dalla strada all'abitazione. L'appartamento è funzionale per due persone, ma anche i due posti aggiuntivi sul divano-letto in soggiorno possono essere utilizzati senza problemi. Bella terrazza con giardinetto all'esterno dotata di caminetto per grigliate: il tutto, tranquillo e rilassante. Dotazione attrezzature di cucina un po' approssimativa, compreso il piccolo frigorifero. Nel complesso, un ottimo alloggio con qualche margine di miglioramento nell'accessoriamento.

Vue magnifique sur la mer
La location était presque parfaite.... Vue magnifique et panoramique ,joli lever de soleil sur la mer. Endroit calme et reposant avec belle terrasse pour déjeuner et dîner. Intérieur accueillant et très propre avec climatisation Mais quelques objets ménagers et autres auraient été appréciés : bouilloire, four,planche à repasser car le fer est fourni et surtout un parasol indispensable pour la plage maïs difficilement transportable en avion. Roberta communique très bien en français par mail . Accueil et départ par ses parents. Costa Rei est une station balnéaire principalement pour les aficionados de la plage Intéressante découverte de la région côtière et des sites touristiques dans la campagne

Looking blue waters from above
This flat displays a very pleasant view on Costa Rei, from the mountain line to the sea horizon. It is ideally oriented with the sun early in the morning, and the shade in the afternoon, offering marvellous views on the changing colours of the Mediterranean sea. Abundant vegetation close to the flat allows birds singing in your garden all day long, and provide a refreshing air in the warmest periods of the day. If you want to rest after a busy period of hard work, this will provide you the nicest place you can dream. Paola and Michel

Assolutamente perfetta
La descrizione della proprietaria rispecchia a pieno la realtà. Appartamento in cima al monte con vista strepitosa, fantastico cucinare utilizzando il camino esterno e passare le serate senza sentire rumori di macchine o altro. Zona più adatta a chi vuol stare tranquillo o a chi come noi, pur avendo due bambine, non necessitava obbligatoriamente di animazione o altri intrattenimenti. Anche se situata in cima al monte è molto veloce raggiungere la spiaggia (in macchina), circa 5 min. Se poi come noi si cerca di raggiungere ogni giorno spiagge diverse.... diciamo che avere una zona tranquilla per la sera... non ha prezzo. La zona dove è situato l'appartamento non è mai stato caldo e sempre leggermente ventilato, quindi molto piacevole. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort (c'è anche la lavatrice che al momento della mia conferma non era menzionata). Molto cordiali i genitori della proprietaria dai quali si viene accolti, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza e che sanno dare ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e fare spesa, soprattutto per carne e pesce. Vacanza assolutamente OTTIMA! Diego
