Sehr zufrieden
Wir waren mir allem sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 7 Personen. Ausreichend Schlaf- und Badezimmer vorhanden. Wunderschöner, großer Balkon mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Christina ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit.

The view is worth everything!
The house was great for our stay. The view is unbeatable and the outdoor space is huge! Two of the 3 bedrooms had AC and the third had a ceiling fan so that was not a problem. The house is dated but was comfortable for our family of 4. The 2 showers did not drain despite following directions from the host. Beach mats, towels, umbrellas and toys were provided which was a great perk! The walk to town is less than 5 minutes and there is so much to do (and eat!) there. Cristina was available throughout our stay!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Ein gemütliches Zuhause für die ganze Familie, mit netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern und einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist klein aber wunderschön und der Weg dorthin ist nicht weit (ca. 10 min), aber ein steiler Anstieg muss für ein kurzes Stück in Kauf genommen werden. Für alle, die sich davon nicht abschrecken lassen, kann ich die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Perfekte Location
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen-die Lage war perfekt, am Randa der Stadt, aber dennoch sehr kurze Wege. Zum Strand und in die Stadt waren es nur wenige Minuten (max. 5 ), sodass unsere Teenager abends auch noch alleine losziehen konnten, ohne auf Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Kommunikation mit Cristina war bestens. Das Haus war mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet, was man benötigt, lediglich das Mobiliar in 2 Schlafzimmern ist etwas einfach, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir ständig draußen waren. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wonderfull see view, big flat
The flat is in a good location near to down town and even to the sea with an wonderful balcony which includes view to the sea and even to coast of Corsika. The Flat is good equipped with everything which is necessary, perfect and full points I would given if windows do have mosquito net, The communication and check in was perfect many thanks to Cristina for this even in case of some problems she was always reachable and do give us very good tips and solutions (Mokka machine) . We enjoy our holidays in that flat and it's sourounding. Thanks

Great place!
Is separate apartment spread over the upper floor of two-storey villa, with own entrance from side street, with balcony terrace having gorgeous view over sea, tower and town. Apmt is spacious with 2 bathrooms, has everything you need inc washing machine, dishwasher, aircon (but no wifi, which is normal for sardinia), and is ideally located for 5 min walk down to local Rena Bianca beach or to piazza in town. Stunning Rena Ponente and other beaches at Capo Testa are less than 10mins by car. Good communication with friendly host/owner Cristina. Lovely place to stay, recommended!

Tolles Haus in einem wundervollen Ort 🥰
Das Haus ist wunderbar groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zu capo testa, zum Ort und zum Strand ist klasse, ca 7 Minuten Fußweg zum Ort oder Strand, nach capo testa, über einen fantastischen Naturpfad ca 30 Minuten, der Ausblick von der wunderbaren Terrasse ist einzigartig. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war sehr gut und total nett. Alles in allen hatten wir einen super schönen Urlaub auf Sardinien in Santa Teresa und kommen gerne so schnell wie möglich wieder. 🥰🥰

Very nice flat in Santa Teresa
Cristina is the perfect host. The communication with her was very easy and she helped in whatever way she could. The flat itself is nice and offers all the necessities you could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the beach (only a 5 minute walk from the house). The only drawback is that the music from some of the hotels in the town can be quite loud and sometimes goes on until after midnight. So, if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs ;)

Wonderful holidays in Santa Teresa
It is a very nice flat with all the equipment you need. You have a wonderful view from the terrace to the sea. It takes 5 -10 minutes to walk to the beach or to the central Piazza. Santa Teresa is a lovely city with lots of fine restaurants and bars. The countryside around Santa Teresa is really beautiful and offers many possibilities for interesting trips. Cristina is a very nice host, who is always helpful when you need some good advice. We enjoyed our holidays a lot. Josef K. , Germany

Perfect location with a balcony and great view
The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom and a big balcony with a great view. It inly takes five minutes to walk to the beach, and ten to city square, shops and restaurants. A bakery and minimarket also in short walking distance (5-10 min).

Splendida casa cacanza
Casa vacanza con tutto quello che serve per passare una splendida vacanza, internamente e' molto spaziosa e comoda e l'esterno è fantastico vista la posizione panoramica e nello stesso tempo vicina al centro ed alla spiaggia di Santa Teresa di Gallura. Siamo stati benissimo anche per la terrazza molto spaziosa dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato praticamente ogni giorno, all'esterno c'è perfino il caminetto per cucinare ai ferri. - descrizione annuncio veritiera - l'immobile molto pulito anche se un po' datato - servizio ed organizzazione del proprietario impeccabile ed attento - sicuramente consigliato
