Kleines Paradies auf Elba bei Premium-Gastgeber!

Es sind zwei Häuser in einer großen, gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage und wir waren im Ost-Teil von einem Doppelhaus mit netten Nachbarn. So nahe am Meer haben wir noch nie in einem Haus geschlafen. Obwohl keine Klima, war es im Hochsommer immer angenehm, da der Wind vom Meer durch das Haus geweht hat. Direkter privater Meerzugang und zu einem kleinen öffentlichen Strand mit Kiosk ist es auch nicht weit. Tolle Gastgeber und der private Pool vor der Haustüre wurde täglich gereinigt. Am Abend konnten wir von den Steinbänken an den Felsen direkt über dem Meer den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Sicherer Parkplatz in der Anlage vorhanden. Wir waren mit den MTB unterwegs und konnten direkt am Haus zu tollen Trails und Inselerkundungen starten. Ein gutes Lokal (Fisch/Pizza) ist in 1,7 km auch leicht zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Alles war perfekt für uns. Sebastiano hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer ansprechbar. Meer, Haus und Pool traumhaft. Als Paar ideal. Mit Kindern wären 2 separate Schlafzimmer besser, aber zu zweit waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

Das Grundstück ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Überall gibt es kleine Wege und Aussichtspunkte mit fantastischem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer, welches man von überall sanft rauschen hört. Herrlich sitzt es sich auf der großen Terrasse. Unter den Bäumen ist es auch an heißen Tagen angenehm und der wirklich große Pool sorgt ebenfalls für Abkühlung. Da auf dem Grundstück insgesamt nur wenige Gäste sind, hat man ihn auch oft für sich allein. Zum Prunini-Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Weg und er ist auch im August nie überfüllt gewesen. Es gibt aber auch einen kleinen Strand unterhalb des Geländes, wo es sich zu Schnorcheln lohnt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und die Küchenausstattung vollständig. Portoferraio ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht und dort fanden wir immer einen Parkplatz am Hafen. Aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge überall auf der Insel ist die Lage super. Wir wussten die ruhige, geschützte Lage in der Hochsaison bei unserer Rückkehr sehr zu schätzen. Sebastiano ist sehr freundlich, um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Check in und Check out verliefen reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Schön, dass es solche friedvollen Orte gibt!

Traumhafte Lage

Das Objekt ist wie in der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bemüht das man sich wohl fühlt. An Ausstattung war auch alles da. Ein Ventilator im oberen Schlafraum würde die schwüle Hitze im Hochsommer erträglicher gestalten. Sonst ist sehr ruhig und herrlich gelegen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit unseren Nachbarn, sehr laute Familie die keine Rücksicht auf ihre Umwelt genommen haben. Aber wir würden die Anlage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Es war alles wie beschrieben, es gab eine tadellose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir eine deutschsprachige Einweisung, sodass keine Fragen offen blieben. Lage und Ausstattung des Hausen haben uns sehr gefallen. Der morgendliche Blick aus der Küche auf das Meer wird uns besonders in Erinnerung bleiben!

Ein wunderbares Refugium

Das Grundstück liegt sehr schön ruhig direkt am Meer. Von dort erreicht man alle anderen schönen Plätze auf der Insel sehr gut mit dem Auto. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr engagiert, dass man sich wohl fühlt und alles ist sehr gepflegt und ursprünglich. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Herrlich erholsame Unterkunft

Das Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Das Grundstück ist herrlich gelegen in einer schönen wilden Bucht. Da das Haus viel tiefer als die Straße liegt und auch deutlich von ihr entfernt ist, war unser Aufenthalt sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Objekt ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, die Bilder geben den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Auf dem Grundstück sind viele Treppen. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Meer über große Steine ist möglich, das Wassee ist herrlich klar. Zum nahegelegenen, nicht Strand ist es nicht weit.

Wunderbares Haus direkt am Meer

Wir waren 8 Tage in Seccione und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Sebastiano und Monica haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und liegt traumhaft unmittelbar am Meer. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich noch weitere Unterkünfte für die Familie und andere Gäste - aber durch die Größe des Anwesens ist man ungestört. Ein kleiner Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann dort hinlaufen oder hinschwimmen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Fantastische ruhige Lage

Klein aber Fein! Das kleine Häuschen hat alles was man braucht (Waschmaschine/Backofen) gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöne Terrasse an herrlicher Lage. Sicht auf Meer, Privat Meerzugang. Grosser Pool (mit Meersalz) und sehr nette Gastgeberin.

a week in paradise

Als je tot rust wilt komen is deze plek ideaal. Het huisje is precies goed en heeft alle faciliteiten die daarbij nodig zijn. Het wordt met veel liefde onderhouden door de familie die dit land al een tijd in het bezit heeft en dat merk je van de aankleding van het huisje tot het onderhoud van het landgoed zelf waar dit huisje op staat. Vooral de ligging is wonderschoon en heeft voldoende schaduwrijke plekken, als plekken in de zon waardoor je heerlijk buiten kunt blijven. Een plek waar wij zeker nog een keer naar terug keren. De familie is ook nog eens super behulpzaam als je nog tips wilt hebben. Een aanrader

Location exceptionnelle !

Vous avez trouvé les photos et les commentaires précédents élogieux ? Dites-vous que ce n'est rien par rapport à ce que vous allez découvrir en arrivant ! Tout est merveilleusement pensé et l'accueil de Monica et ses petites attentions sont justes parfaites ! J'ai loué plusieurs fois sur abritel et d'autres sites et j'ai eu de jolies surprises. Mais cette fois, je pense que je vais avoir du mal à trouver mieux ! Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un séjour idyllique : la piscine à la porte de la maison, les douches extérieures, les 2 accès aux plages privées, la terrasse en sable face à la mer, les petits bancs en pierre, les arbres sortis d'un bon Harry Potter que les enfants adoraient : tout est merveilleux et tellement relaxant. On se sent tellement bien dans cette propriété qu'on a du mal à la quitter pour explorer l'île ! Mais on le fait tout de même et avec plaisir car, même en plein mois d'août, Elba possède tellement d'attraits ! C'est la première fois que j'ai la conviction que je louerai de nouveau un endroit où jai séjourné. Reste à savoir quand !...

Paradisiaque ...

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet endroit merveilleux qu'est Seccione ! La maison est arrangée avec goût, la vue de la cuisine sur la mer imprenable et la propriété tout simplement fantastique (le jardin, les accès à la mer et la piscine). La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Monica et Sebastiano viennent s'ajouter à tout cela pour rendre ce séjour sur l'île d'Elbe inoubliable. Fortement recommendé.

Wonderful Fantastic Stay

This is a marvelous spot in Elba! Our family enjoyed every minute this week. The ocean just outside the door and close to everything. The owner with family was so helpful and friendly. We didn´t want to leave and now this house has a special plays in our hearts!

Great place for a stay in Elba

The site is big and very nice. The swimming pool is huge and clean. The house is confortable, clean and nicely designed. The see view from the kitchen place is beautiful. During the day it is very quiet and relaxing. We have been very warmed welcome and got many information for our stay. A dishwasher/microwave in the kitchen would be good to have but everything else is available.
