A fully equipped kitchen was installed in March 2013. Sleeps 4 pers., Or 1 sofa bed for 2 pers. in the living room. A room with 2 single beds, and the ability to bring together in one bed for 2 pers.
The 2 rooms have direct access to the double terrace and garden with sea views.

Chez moi à Cargèse

En résumé, l'immense qualité de cet appartement en rez de jardin avec terrasse couverte, est que j'ai profité autant de l'extérieur que de l'intérieur. L'équipement est prolifique, j'ai pu me préparer mes petits plats comme à la maison. Avec la plancha à l'extérieur et la cuisine très bien équipée, j'étais aux anges. Malgré la petite surface de 36 mètres carrés, tout y est où une famille de quatre personnes peut vivre sans se marcher dessus. Merci encore pour m'avoir rendu ce séjour trés agréable. A trés vite ! Bonjour, trop bruyant par rapport à mes attentes

Bonjour, Logement très bien équipée ustensiles de cuisine jeux de société, parasol, parapluie, aspirateur etc... Vue imprenable sur la plage de Cargèse. Côté négatif, Escalier en carrelage très glissant pour accéder à la location non précisé dans le descriptif. Terrasse très sympa malheureusement il y a un droit de passage donc toutes les demi-heures il y a un voisin qui passe devant et en plus les locataires situé au-dessus on a une vue imprenable sur les bains de soleil très peu d'intimité 😭 Sur le contrat de location il est indiqué que la plage est à 400 m on peut rajouter le double🥵 Nous sommes venus 10 jours en octobre malheureusement ça doit être la période des travaux aussi bien dans le bâtiment où nous étions est les villas aux alentours réveil sympathique à 7h45 du lundi au vendredi Cordialement Stéphane

Appartement très agréable que nous recommandons

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement que nous avons loué chez Sylvie à Cargese. L'appartement est bien localisé pour les randonnées dans les environs. Il est bien équipé et bénéficie d'une belle vue sur la plage. Quelques bémols: 1) l'éclairage beaucoup trop faible et l'interupteur trop éloigné dans la cage d'escalier menant à l'entrée de l'appartement ainsi que l'éclairage dans la salle-de-bain 2) penser idéalement à étoffer la haie qui nous sépare du voisin de gauche 3) penser à un fer à repasser. et tout sera parfait En vous remerciant Michel et Dominique

Petit appartement fonctionel et bien situé, a proximité de la plage (5min à pied) et à 2 km du village de Cargèse. Terrasse très agréable avec superbe vue sur la baie.

Magnifique

Très agréable rez de jardin avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. Emplacement idéal pour profiter des spendides coucher de soleil.La piscine de la résidence est aussi très agréable.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, très propre, très confortable. Terrasse très appréciable. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Plage du Pero très belle. Compter 10 bonnes min à pieds ( ou alors je n’ai pas trouvé le raccourci...). Accueil parfait !

Sejour au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour fin Juin 2020 La maison est idéalement située, avec une vue splendide sur la mer et sur le couché du soleil: à 10 minutes des belles plages, la maison offre un confort (tout bien équipée, au calme et climatisée) . Elle est parfaitement adaptée à un séjour avec jeunes enfants. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter .

Bel appartement fonctionnel et bien placé

Appartement très agréable : Moderne, confortable, bonne literie, bien insonorisé, climatisé et avec une vue splendide sur le golfe du Pero. Magnifiques couchers de soleil ! A 2mn du centre village, de la plage du Péro et de ses commerces très bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons!

Superbe vue

Très bon séjour, bie. Situé, plage à 10 m à pied, belle piscine, tout le confort avec belle terrasse, transats et magnifique vue. Un peu de bruit le matin avec les voisins du dessus sinon résidence calme et bien entretenue, belles ballades et cargese à 5minutes en voiture.

Bien situé et magnifique vue

Logement très fonctionnel, bien équipé superbe vue donnant sur la mer. Coucher de soleil +++. Idéalement situé pour visiter Piana et Porto. Manque juste une petite toile d'ombre pour avoir de l'ombre sur la terrasse le soir La plage est à 1km à pied. La piscine commune manque un peu de charme mais très grande et pas grand monde en tout cas, la 2ème semaine de juillet.

grâce à Mme Ladjili nous avons passé un excellent séjour un 2 pièce propre très bien situé une vue imprenable une personne disponible et très agréable si nous revenons dans le coin un jour je repasserai sans aucun doute par cette personne . Merci encore Mme Taverne.

jolie appartement

une jolie appartement, meublée moderne mais sobre. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un grand frigo. Pour 2 personne l'endroit est bien, mais c'est trop petit pour plus que 2. La vue est superbe, le petit jardin agréable. La mer est accessible a pied dans 10 minute en passant par l'hotel. Si non, le parking public est plus loin. Le petit village est adorable. Nous avons passe de bonne vacances!

Bon séjour à Cargèse chez Sylvie

Séjour agréable dans un appartement tout confort correspondant au descriptif de l'annonce dans un joli village. Terrasse appréciable et vue magnifique. Appartement bien situé pour visiter plusieurs sites( Calanques de Piana, Porto, les piscines naturelles d'Evisa, randonnées.....). Plage à 15 min à pieds.

Superbe endroit. Cargese est idéalement placé pour visiter Porto et Piana

La location est parfaitement équipée, donne sur une vue magnifique, et dans une résidence jolie, bien entretenue et avec une piscine très ensoleillée donc l eau y est chaude. De jolies plages a proximité, notamment celle de chiuni. Porto et Piana sont plutôt proches. Possibilité de visiter la reserve de scandola et les calanques au départ du port de cargese ( compagnie filanciu pour nous : a conseiller mais reserver absolument). De jolies marches faciles avec des enfants a proximité( pont de zaglia, lac de creno, cascade d aitone, tour genoise de cargese..). Bref ce coin est splendide !!!

Not recommended for families!

Von der Terrasse und dem kleinen Garten hat man wirklich einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer (besonders der Sonnenuntergang!) & die Anlage hat einen schönen Swimming-Pool mit ansprechender Größe/Tiefe. Die Wohnanlage liegt am Ortseingang, NICHT fußläufig zum schönen Strand und versprüht den Charme vergangener Tage. Die Küchen- und Badezimmer-Ausstattung ist neu, der Wohnungszugang erfolgt aber über den Keller, der feucht, klamm und modrig ist, was man leider in allen sehr beengten Zimmern riecht und deshalb tagsüber die laute Belüftungsanlage anstellen muss. Es gibt nur bodentiefe Terassentüren, so dass man Nachts nicht lüften kann. Das Schlafsofa ist mit 1.40 Meter selbst für 2 Kinder sehr klein. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich, aber die Dame vor Ort war wenig hilfsbereit und hat uns nur eine extrem kurz angebundene Einweisung auf Französisch gegeben. Alte Bettlaken & Handtücher mussten wir separat anfragen und relativ teuer bezahlen. Am meisten gestört haben die unfreundlichen, älteren Nachbarn, die uns auf Schritt und Tritt kritisch beäugt und unser „Fehlverhalten“ (Auto falsch geparkt, Kinder am Pool zu laut, etc.) direkt telefonisch unserer Ansprechpartnerin gemeldet haben. Die vereinbarte Kaution haben wir am Ende vollständig zurück erhalten. = From the terrace and the small garden you really have an excellent view of the sea (especially the sunset!) and the complex has a nice swimming pool with an appealing size / depth. The condominium is located at the entrance, NOT within walking distance to the beautiful beach of Cargèse and exudes the charm of bygone days. The kitchen and bathroom equipment is new, but the access to the apartment is via the damp basement, which you can smell in all rooms and therefore have to turn on the loud ventilation system during the day. The sofa bed is very cramped with 1.40 meters even for 2 children. The communication with the landlord was very friendly but the lady who welcomed us at the apartment wasn't helpful and gave us an extremely brief instruction in French only. We had to request bed sheets & towels separately which were quite expensive with for used material. The elderly neighbors were eyeing us all the time and reported any kind of "misconduct" (car parked wrong, kids at the pool were too loud, etc.) directly to the local contact who complaint in a rude manner at the end, i.e. before handing back the full deposit according to the agreement.

wunderschön und ruhig gelegen

++ Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Praktisch sind Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Schönes Wohn- und Badezimmer. Küche ist gut bestückt. -- Schlafzimmer etwas eng, kein Platz für Nachtischchen. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ein Salontisch. Der Fernseher ist viel zu hoch angebracht und winzig. Schade: Der Pool konnte nicht benützt werden. Wir hatten uns aufs Schwimmen am Morgen gefreut.

Un petit coin de paradis

Très agréable 2 pièces en rez de jardin avec vue mer exceptionnelle. Cuisine super équipée, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne au top, très bonne literie. Un petit plus avec les toilettes indépendantes. Grande terrasse très agréable, nous avons pris nos petits déjeunés et nos repas en admirant la mer .Parking toujours disponible. Cargèse est un beau village, il y a la mer, de nombreuses plages à proximité et la montagne juste derrière. Une adresse incontournable à Cargèse. Lou et Philippe.

Logement au top !!!!!

Magnifique appartement entièrement refait à neuf avec beaucoup de gout...Très fonctionnel on s y sent bien..terrasse couverte avec grande table pour manger à 6....jardin arboré avec superbe vue sur la plage du Péro et la tour génoise au bout du cap...merveilleux couchers de soleil...allez y tout est parfait!!!!

Nice appartment in Cargese

The appartment was very nice, modern and clean with at nice terrase with seaview. The pool was nice and not very crowded. There were no sunchairs at the pool. There were some strange rules at the pool. It was not allowed to hang your towels at the fence surrounding the pool. The pooladministrator took our towels and throw them on the floor. Not very friendly... The lady who gives you the keys to the appartment can not understand/speak english.
