The apartment is situated in a typical corner of the Tuscan country, less than 15 km from Siena. It consists of two floors with private entrance, private garden and swimming pool.
The flat (around 75 square metres), recently rebuild in the Tuscan style, is furnished with very good taste and provided with modern conveniences (mosquito net at the windows, cable television).
On the ground floor there is the living room with the fire-place and the open-plan kitchen; upstairs there are the bath, with shower, the double room, the single room and a charming mezzanine (with window) with a three-quarter bed.

Loved this place!
This house and the hosts are great! The house was beautifully furnished and felt like home. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and the views while having dinner, snacks and wine after touring Tuscany. Very quiet, peaceful and scenic location.

Magical Spot!
The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Small village on a hill that you definitely need a car for getting around. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good pressure and the beautiful terrace had a magnificent view. We loved our stay here.

A Tuscany location off your dreams. Isolated on a hill with little farm houses and grazing animals looking out over the beautiful hills and winding roads. So lovely and relaxing. The house is spotless clean, comfortable and homey. The beds very comfortable and quiet, the shower is fantastic, The balcony is so nice to sit and look out at the scenery. You feel like you are in another time and place.

Wow! Stunning location and beautiful accommodation.
Such a quaint hilltop village and top quality apartment. Amazing! The water pressure variation & temperature take some getting used to but with patience experience no problem. Using the clothes washing machine you need to plug it in and turn on the water. Again - highly recommended. Thanks to the owner for sharing!

real tuscan experience, perfect vacation
My family (2 adults, 2 Teenagers) stayed here for 6 days and we had a brilliant time - the views were fabulous, the property was clean, quiet, authentic and we didn't want to leave! The listing and photos were very accurate. The property suited us in that we were in a rural location, but within close proximity of many beautiful villages and hill towns to explore. Emiliano and Irena are fantastic hosts & they provided excellent customer service. Home-made marmelade, Coffee, tea, fruits and fresh tomatoes were a nice Welcome. Thanks for everything. Would highly recommend to stay there!

Entspannung pur in wundervoller Umgebung

Traumhafte Toskana
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und landschaflich wunderschönen Umgebung. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, es ist alles Nötige zur Verfügung gestellt. Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei, Siena ist nah. Eine optimale Basis für einen Toskana-Urlaub.

Haus mit Aussicht
1 wunderbare Woche in der Toskana im Oktober liegt hinter uns. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Die Dusche im Bad sehr eng, aber handhabbar. Wir waren zu zweit, das passte perfekt, mit 5 Personen wird es sicherlich ganz schön eng. Vom Grundstück hat man eine herrliche Aussicht bis nach Siena. Für Ausflüge in die Crete Senesi hat man hier den perfekten Standort. Die Betreuung war super, wir hatten einen platten Reifen und haben einen Kompressor gestellt bekommen und es wurde für uns herumtelefoniert um eine Autowerkstatt für die Reparatur zu finden (es war Samstag!) Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal für diese Hilfsbereitschaft! Wir haben uns in dem Haus rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Toskana-Haus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick
In diesem traditionellen Toskana-Haus abseits von jedem Tourismus-Trubel haben wir uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Hügel über die Landschaft der Crete Senesi ist toll und den Pool (etwas stark gechlort) als Abkühlung beim heißen Sommerwetter haben besonders die Kinder sehr genossen. Checkin/-out lief rein telefonisch/über Chat, war aber problemlos. Trotz ruhiger Lage guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die südliche Toskana, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect place to be
We have enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful place very much. The house is cosy and well equiped with everything you need. The view over the Tuscan hills is stunning and there is a great mountainbike trail starting next to the village. Irena and Emiliano are very kind and helpful hosts.

Mucigliani, toute la beauté de la Toscane est là
15 jours de pur bonheur. Une maison chaleureuse, un jardin très convivial, le tout perché sur une colline avec une vue époustoufflante sur les Crete Senesi et Sienne au loin... Que demander de plus ? Amazing! The views from Emiliano’s place are breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset over the hills. It’s just a short enjoyable drive from Siena. The apartment was well equipped and cozy. It was a truly magical place and a highlight of our trip!

Charming place close to Siena
We enjoyed our stay and found this townhouse extremely charming ! Beautiful views of the hills and very comfortable . Close enough to Siena but a car is a must ! The only suggestions I have is to have a mini splits in the bedrooms especially in the loft since it was warm even in October . The owner was kind and accommodating and give us many suggestions for places to see and where to eat ! Thanks again for opening your house to us and for hosting us!
