Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade ist unschlagbar. Wir haben den Blick aus dem Panorama Fenster aufs Meer jeden Tag stundenlang genossen.

Wir waren mit Freunden in der Wohnung direkt am Meer . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Küche ist leider etwas klein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, besonders das Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer hat mit dem Blick zum Meer sehr viel Freude bereitet. Die Wohnung ist für Familien mit Kinder ideal

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen
Mit viel Sinn für Details modernisierte Wohnung in einer alten Strandvilla, schöner begrünter Innenhof, direkte Lage an der Strandpromenade, bei Flut zehn Meter bis zum Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche,großes Wohn/Ess/zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleines Manko: Die sehr steile Treppe zum Untergeschoss sollte ein wie immer geartetes Geländer erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Because the kitchen is a little bit small to prepare meals for 8 persons you do have to use the bbq which needs urgent repair and the grillgrate needs to be replaced. The terrace furniture can use a make-over. The view is amazing and Mme Nicole does her very best to keep it clean. The owners, who lives upstairs, don' t have ' la bonne humeur' but the charme of this seaside appartment overrules this issue.

Nous avons déjà séjourné à Wissant de nombreuses fois et ce logement est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons eu à occuper. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer nous ravivait chaque jour. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est disponible. Le couchage est bon. Nous etions 5 personnes. Nous aurions encore pu en rajouter 1 ou 2. Petit bémol, la propreté à notre arrivée. Les sanitaires n'étaient pas bien nettoyés (beaucoup de poussière). La toilette qui se trouve dans la salle de bain n'est pas quelque chose de très hygiénique en tout cas en ce qui nous concerne. Malgré cela, la situation de l'appartement fait que nous le recommandons vivement.

Vue fantastique sur la mer
Très beau séjour dans une location bien équipée, bien conçue, pratique et agréable à vivre, avec un bel espace cour/jardin. Etre juste à côté de la digue, sans circulation, est très rassurant quand on est accompagné de petits enfants, et très attractif pour les ados qui entrent et sortent de l'eau ! La vue sur la mer (et sur les kite surfers et plancheurs) est totalement addictive.

Wundervoller Ausblick
Wir waren mit zwei Familien (3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) vom 24.06.-01.07. in dem Ferienhaus. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten war passend für uns. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer mit 3 Etagenbetten. Die Küche war etwas klein, bzw. hat ein kleiner freier Schrank gefehlt um Einkäufe zu verstauen. Ansonsten 3 Badezimmer (zwei Duschen und eine Wanne), eines mit Toilette und im Keller eine separate Toilette. Im Wohnzimmer eine große Glasfront, die für uns mit das Highlight der Wohnung war! Man hat einen direkten Blick auf das Meer! Herrlich auch, dass man aus dem Gartentor nur wenige Schritte über die Promenade gehen muss und man direkt am Strand ist! Insgesamt war die Wohnung gepflegt und sauber. Einzig auf den Ablageflächen zwischen den Etagenbetten waren Flusen, die haben wir weggesaugt. Betten und Bettdecken waren bequem. Und am Klodeckel, in der Höhe der Scharniere war noch Staub/Flusen. Ansonsten war alles top! Trotz Sprachbarrieren zwischen Nicole und uns beim Check-in und Check-out, hat alles gut geklappt. Wir haben uns mit einer Übersetzungs-App beholfen. Nicole war pünktlich vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Für uns war es ein entspannter und schöner Urlaub, an den wir mit Sicherheit sehr gerne zurückdenken werden!

Vue imprenable, décoration soignée mais soyez précis avec le propriétaire….
Superbe emplacement vue imprenable. Conforme aux photos. A noter : - Fin avril pas de soleil dans le jardin - Cheminée présente mais gaz à fournir par vos soins…. Selon les proposé même du propriétaire : « concernant le gaz, je n’ai peut être pas été assez explicite à propos de la cheminée gaz. Elle est mise à disposition et nous ne gérons pas l’approvisionnement en gaz car trop laborieux » - poubelle à transporter par vos soins aussi au camping se situant à 500m car pour cette maison pas de container à disposition. Rien de vraiment grave, mais à mon sens pas en phase avec les prestations de la maison et le prix de la location. - Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants (ex pas de saladier) et un aspirateur hs, dommage car on revient avec du sable à chaque sortie… la plage étant à 1’ en prenant do temps 🤩!

Traumhafte Lage
Der Check in verlief unkompliziert, trotz Verspätung von uns. Alicia ist seht nett und die Kommunikation hat dank Google Übersetzer gut geklappt. Beim Rundgang durchs Haus haben wir einiges erklärt bekommen. Nur als kleine Anmerkungen, die Funktion der Türen und die Müllentsorgung wäre noch sinnvoll zu ergänzen. Die Türen sind sehr eigensinnig abzuschließen und es dauert etwas bis man den Dreh heraus hat… bei insgesamt 4 Türen, kein leichtes und schnelles Unterfangen. Hier wäre es zeitsparend, von innen Riegel (zum Schieben) anzubringen. Denn mal kurz zum Strand heißt, Rundgang mit dem einem Schlüsselbund alle Türen abschließen. Hinterher, haben wir immer nur bestimmte Türen aufgeschlossen. Die Möglichkeit zur Müllentsorgung befindet sich am nächstgelegenen Campingplatz, dieser ist zu Fuß 4 Minuten entfernt. Die von einigen stark kritisierte steile Treppe im Haus ist tatsächlich sehr steil, lässt sich jedoch über die Terrasse mit Eingang zum Keller umgehen und ist oben im Flur mit einem Kindergitter zu sichern. 85€ Reinigungsgebühr ist vollkommen in Ordnung für die Größe der Wohnung, jedoch könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Es ist zwar alles zum Reinigen vorhanden, aber Urlaub heißt für mich nicht erst den Staubsauger zücken, um Staub und Dreck zu beseitigen. Das die Küche nicht nach jedem Gast komplett ausgeräumt und gereinigt wird, vollkommen nachvollziehbar. Doch die Ecken und unter den Betten sollte immer gesaugt werden. Das alles war gleich vergessen, bei einem Blick aufs Meer aus dem großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (zwei 1J) und ein Hund. Es gibt 1 Babybett und 1 Hochstuhl auf Anfrage. Das Haus mit der Lage und den Gegebenheiten, wie den eigenen Garten/Terasse war für uns perfekt. Hunde dürfen zwar nicht auf die gleich vor dem Haus gelegene Promenade, aber an den Strand. Der Ort an sich ist ruhig, wenig Geschäfte, einige Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Öffnungszeiten. 2x die Woche ist Markt (Mittwoch morgen, Freitag Abend),1 Fahrradverleih und sehr viele freundliche Menschen. Hier ist wirklich Entspannung angesagt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank Frédéric für den netten Email Kontakt im Vorfeld.

La mer en première loge
La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce. Une très belle vue sur mer sauf de la terrasse qui est en contrebas. Literie correcte, chambres au top. Juste un petit bémol, le manque de commodes pour nos vêtements dans la chambre de 2 lits d'une personne. La cuisine est bien équipée. C'est une maison confortable.

la mer sur grand écran !
confort et position exceptionnels. location parfaite pour 2 couples d'amis. quelques détails peuvent être gênants : une des deux salles de bains n'est pas équipée de wc et cela oblige à descendre à l'étage inférieur par un escalier difficile voire impraticable pour certaines personnes. Mais le bilan global est excellent !

Very good house with magic view on the sea
This house is perfectly located in front of the promenade and with wonderful and magic view on the sea. We enjoyed this holiday with friends and family and would come back again as it is very very nice located and the very large windows allow to enjoy whatever the weather is.

Een uniek vakantiehuis met top uitzicht.
Een zeer leuk vakantiehuis met een heerlijk uitzicht op zee en vernieuwde dijk. Gerieflijke, zij het smalle keuken. Ruim buitengedeelte met grote tafel en stoelen. Perfecte locatie in het mooie Wissant.
