Escale à saint-Fiacre

Excellent gîte, avec un jardin exceptionnel et une vue magnifique sur Roscanvel et la bais de Brest. Catherine est tres accueillante et sympathiqie. Un moment de repos garanti. Les plages voisines 2 ou 6 km sont superbes.

Que du bonheur !

Une maison au calme, spacieuse, pleine de lumière et d'espaces. Avec une vue particulièrement agréable ! Un très bon accueil très chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire ! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de vacances !

Schön aber...

Der Blick ist toll, man schaut bis Brest, der Garten ist sehr gut angelegt gut eingezäunt und größer als man denkt. Die Matratzen waren gut (hart), die Ausstattung der Küche soweit ausreichend. Die Gegend ist angenehm und recht ruhig (zumindest in der Vorsaison). Leider stimmen die Bilder nicht ganz überein. Die unkomplizierten Kunststoffmöbel (schnell abwischbar nach Regen) sind leider optisch netten, aber unbequemen Regiestühlen gewichen, die neuen Liegen zwar chic aber unbequem. Beim gemauerten Eck gibt es eine nett anzusehende Sitzgruppe, die Polster sind klumpig und haben einen muffigen Geruch. In der Bretagne regnet es gern, da kann man nicht dauerhaft Polster draußen lassen. Im Haus selber sind die Esstischmöbel sehr unbequem. Die Polsterung bei allen Stühlen abgesessen, langes Sitzen macht keinen Spaß, Tischbeine seitlich generell im Weg, nur am Kopfende stören sie nicht. Der Tisch war verschmutzt und klebrig (Glasabdrücke). Der DVD war kaputt. Das Sideboard für Geschirr riecht muffig. Es war sehr staubig auf den Nachttischen und in den offenen Schränken des Hauptschlafzimmers. Die Dusche in der Wanne hat keinerlei Abtrennung, schwierig zu Duschen ohne große Pfützen zu machen. Die Masken im Bad wirken gruselig, die Beleuchtung im Bad ist sehr schlecht, ebenso in der EG-Toilette, die dazu in einer düsteren Farbe gestrichen ist (auch die Schlafzimmer ohne Doppelbett wirken nicht sehr fröhlich). Alles in allem einfach schade, das Haus selber könnte super sein.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus samt Lage

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser Ferienidylle auf der Halbinsel Crozon. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Brest war einmalig. Das Haus war sauber, nett eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr sehr schön ! Der Hund konnte sich auch frei entfalten. Das Haus liegt toll für sämtliche Urlaubsaktivitäten. Unser Lieblingsort war dabei der Hafen con Camaret sur Mer mit seiner Promenade. An Natur und atemberaubenden Ausblicken fehlt es dort nicht. Man kann viel Wandern.

Un sans faute et un ravissement

Quelle extraordinaire location que celle-ci. Équipement plus que complet, avec terrasse et meubles de jardin, ce dernier laissant découvrir un panorama unique sur la rade de Brest. Un vrai paradis. Habitation plus que correcte ou tout est à portée de mains, inutile de vous tracasser tout est là. Même le wifi est d’excellente qualité, ce qui est plutôt rare. Les propriétaires méritent une notation particulière pour le soin apporté à leur bien. 9,5/10 (la perfection n’est pas de ce monde). A recommander et à refaire.

Très belle maison, bien équipée,

Beau jardin clôturé, idéal pour familles avec chiens. Seul bémol, aucun commerce a proximité directe, il faut donc prendre la voiture pour chercher la baguette fraîche du petit déjeuner. Contact très agréable avec Catherine, la propriétaire, nous recommandons cette location.

Location exceptionnelle

Emplacement idéal, très calme, vue sur la rade de Brest. La propriétaire est très accueillante et très disponible. Beaucoup de produits du quotidien sont à disposition dans la maison et la cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont superbes et très bien entretenus avec un espace salon de jardin et un espace avec canapé et fauteuils, le tout, vue mer. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit vielen Blumen im großen Garten, ruhige super Lage

Toller Garten!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ein toller Urlaub inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Garten und die ruhige Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Alle Highlights sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. ☺️

Catherine K , notre hôtesse est d'une extrême gentillesse , elle nous a donné de très bonnes informations ( balades, restos...). La maison est idéalement placée et quelle vue ! Elle est très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable . Le jardin est un vrai petit Paradis. Bravo et Merci pour cet inoubliable séjour.

Ein traumhafter Ort, um einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund zu verbringen

Ein tolles Haus, das in jeglicher Hinsicht der Beschreibung entspricht. Stilvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, top ausgestattet mit einer schönen funktionalen Küche, schönen Zimmern und einem tollen Bad. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der abgeschlossene Garten mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Blick in die Bucht nach Brest, der für Hunde ein ausbruchsicheres Paradies darstellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ruhig und Crozon, sowie Camaret sind schnell zu erreichen, wo auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Strände und Wanderwege auf einen Besuch warten. Kurz, ein paradiesischer Urlaubsort in der Bretagne!!!

Ideaal gelegen: rustig met adembenemend uitzicht. Keuken was super uitgerust, prachtig terrras in een straat met haast geen verkeer. Winkels op 10min rijden met de auto Super-gastvrije eigenaars Adresje om te koesteren

Really nice and cozy House

We had a really nice stay with our two dogs. The garden is completely fenced and was ideal for them. The few from the garden is fantastic, overlooking Brest and the Bay Area. The house was really nice, clean and well equipped. Catherine was a fantastic host! Just be aware that there is real beach within walking distance, but a short drive away are lot‘s of them.

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin/Verwalterin. Schöne Lage, tolle Terrasse und Garten, mit herrlichem Blick auf's Meer und Brest, dies sogar auch aus dem Küchenfenster. Küche super ausgestattet, vom großen Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, über Riesentopf zum Krabbenkochen und Crêpe-Pfanne, bis zum Werkzeug für Meeresfrüchte, ist alles da. Sehr praktisch auch Waschmaschine + Trockner. Vom Haus ist man per Auto sehr schnell an schönen Stränden, im schönen Städtchen Camaret-sur-Mer, oder morgens beim Bäcker in Le Fret. Auf Crozon kann man im Sommer locker eine abwechslungsreiche Woche verbringen.
