Great value Apartment in a fantastic resort

We had a fantastic week staying in Antonios apartment.The apartment is a good size and very comfortable.Provided you are a good skier/boarder then you can pretty much ski in/out and there are a couple of good restaurants and a bar not far away too.

It was OK not exactly ski in / ski out ....as you have to be a really good skier to negotiate the back door access. Otherwise fine.

Nice apartment, easy to get out to the slope but not able to ski home so a short walk up but overall well worth the price.

Great stay

We had a great time in Antonio's apartment! We were lucky that it snowed when we arrived and had 50cm of fresh snow. The apartment had enough space for the 5 of us. We could ski onto the piste from the back of the building and it was only a small walk back up at the end of the day. The apartment had everything we needed and in the morning we got bread from the little Base Camp shop. We would love to come back!

The apartment is spacious as described. The apartment was very difficult to find on arrival. Its actually in apartment block Schuss. Unfortunately it was very difficult to get a taxi back from town on an evening if you didn't fancy the 30 min climb. Also the ski bus back from the slopes involves a change of bus at the bus station and took us over 1 hour to get back. Not fun with skis and boots. Due to the heavy snow it was difficult to get the car to and from the apartment even with chains on. Obviously not the fault of the apartment but please be aware.

Ottimo soggiorno a Cervinia

Tutto perfetto, casa pulita, tutto quello che serve, nulla di negativo. Piccolissimo neo è ad un km dal centro, ma passa il pullman. Per lo sci non ci sono problemi metti gli sci e vai sulla pista e così per il ritorno.

Prima locatie

Gezellig appartement vlakbij de piste. Prima en compleet (misschien wel bedlinnen aan gaan bieden). Naast de piste klein mini market met 's ochtends vers brood. Ook een barretje voor na het skiën

Behelpen

Over het algemeen was het verblijf OK, maar wel erg gedateerd en was het het wel behelpen. Slaapkamers, badkamers en opbergruimtes (kasten e.d.) waren voldoende (groot) tot goed. De keuken/woonkamer was van mindere kwaliteit. De elektrische voorzieningen waren slecht; volgens de beheerder mochten er nl. maar 2 van de 4 kookposities gebruikt worden (of 1 fohn tegelijk) zodat de stoppen er niet uitvlogen. In praktijk gebeurde dit overigens al bij het inschakelen van 1 willekeurige kookpositie. Dus op dag 1 moest de kookplaat al vervangen worden door een overigens zeer vriendelijke en meewerkende beheerder. Daarnaast lekte de keukenkraan, de flessenhouder in koelkastdeur defect, was de wifi zeer onstabiel en traag en de ski-opslagruimte veel te klein voor de skiuitrusting van 5 personen (waarschijnlijk ook al voor meer dan 2 tot 3 personen). Parkeerplekken waren zeer schaars voor het aantal bewoners/bezoekers van het appartementencomplex. Om van het complex naar de piste te komen kon alleen off-piste door zeer smalle paadjes, tussen de bomen door (alleen geschikt voor ervaren skiërs/snowboarders of al lopend). Terug naar het complex was al helemaal niet te doen voor niet ervaren skiërs/snowboarders. Het skigebied zelf maakt heel veel goed, maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van het verblijf is niet in verhouding. Het appartement kan (m.u.v. de kookplaat :)) wel een upgrade gebruiken. Al met al hebben we wel een fiijn verblijf gehad.

Top Lage für einen unvergesslichen Skiurlaub

Die Lage nahe der Skipiste ist top. Die Anbindung an das Zermatter Skigebiet hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Panorama ist atemberaubend. Ebenso können wir den freundlichen Skiservice und das Restaurant "Even" im Nachbarhaus sehr empfehlen. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Bien mais vieillissant

Logement spacieux mais vieillissant. Les parties communes sont très vieilles. La literie est juste correcte, les équipements sont ok mais il est urgent d’en changer certains, les poêles sont bonnes à jeter et plaque de cuisson marche difficilement. L’appartement n’était pas vraiment propre, beaucoup de moisissures dans les douches et des toiles d’araignées aux murs. La distance du centre ville nécessite de prendre le bus ou la voiture, ne comptez pas y aller à pieds. Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour, la station est incroyable.

Lekker appartement voor familie.

Fijn dat het appartement 2 badkamers heeft. Prima bedden. Jammer dat er geen balkon is. Dichtbij een piste en skiverhuur. Centrale deel makkelijk bereikbaar. Klein stukje lopen en deels skiën. Hele aardige eigenaar. Beheerder ook prima.

Good for the price

The property was clean, but we were surprised no basics were provided. No toilet paper, no soap, shampoo, salt, sugar, coffee etc. Take anything you may need with you. Linens and towels are extra, and the rates are steep (may have been cheaper to buy new). There are some other little inconsistencies. The property is large enough to sleep 6 as advertised, but there are just 3 wine glasses. There are only table knives, we had trouble chopping a salad, etc. We did not get clear check in and check out instructions. The building was locked at 7pm. Turns out one has to contact a property manager (Loretta) at the phone provided, or ring a bell for her at the reception desk if you manage to get in.

Appart très bien (surface , confort )

Bel appart pour une famille mais manque balcon ou grande fenêtre pour apporter de la lumière et profiter des montagnes . Le pb principal est l'accès au domaine skiable général qui impose de marcher 10 min. Il n'y a pas de jonction entre le domaine global et cieloalto pour démarrer. Le retour se fait sans problème .
