Die Lage ist hervorragend: Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und ist sauber mit glasklarem Wasser. Das Dorf und die gesamte Umgebung sind ruhig, sodass die Terrasse zum gemütlichen Entspannen bei Meeresrauschen einlädt. Unvergesslich sind die wunderbaren Sonnenuntergänge und die atemberaubende Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist auch für Surfer ideal, weil die Wellen-Bedingungen direkt von der Terrasse zu beobachten sind und der gesamte Strand für verschiedene Könnerstufen ideale Surfbedingungen bietet. Die Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert und der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und antwortet stets schnell und verlässlich auf etwaige Fragen.

Tolle Gegend, Super-Lage; Wohnung und Terrasse könnten besser gepflegt sein.
Netter, aber sehr unverbindlicher Vermieter. Kücheneinrichtung mäßig; keine komfortable Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu kochen. Bei der deutschen Kaffeemaschine fehlte die Kanne, die italienische war sehr klein und etwas "versifft". Terrasse und angrenzender "Garten" könnten Pflege gebrauchen. Großes Plus: Portixeddu ist noch wenig vom Tourismus berührt, es beginnt dort nach Süden ein herrlicher, gepflegter und wenig belebter Sandstrand.Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Buggerru (ca. 8 km entfernt)..In Portixeddu 2 Restaurants, gut und preiswert. Es gibt viele tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, leider sind die Wege zum teil sehr schlecht markiert. Es war bei allen Einschränkungen unser bester Sardinien-Urlaub bisher!

UN PARADISO BELLISSIMO!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato a Portixeddu dal 20 la 27 agosto in coppia e con la nostra cagnolina Luna e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, gode poi di una posizione assolutamente privilegiata per la tranquillità e di una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Cosa altro aggiungere….. siamo stati bene!!! i proprietari presenti sul posto si sono sempre resi disponibili per ogni necessita’ , ma non c’è né stato assolutamente bisogno. Magnifica
Portixeddu è un paesino fantastico, la casa dove abbiamo soggiornato, stupenda, su una piccola collina appena entri in paese. La casa è molto accogliente e ben attrezzata, manca solo la lavatrice, per il resto è perfetta!!! Ha una vista sulla baia che ti lascia senza fiato! Vale la pena soggiornarci. Il proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile. Un'esperienza da ripetere!!!

un paradiso
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nelle due settimane centrali di Agosto (io, mio marito e i miei due figli). L'appartamento era pulito e curato. Mi ha fatto molto piacere trovare la biancheria (lenzuola e salviette). Ottima la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia dove, spostandosi di poco, si poteva trovare un po' tranquillità anche nel periodo più affollato dell'anno. Paesaggio stupendo, ideale per chi ama la parte più selvaggia di questa bellissima isola. Gentilissimi i proprietari, che, prima della partenza, ci hanno inviato una lista con tutti i consigli su ristoranti/attrazioni della zona; molto disponibile anche Carlotta (loro referente sul posto). Vivamente consigliato .

Schönes Appartement in bester Lage
Das Appartement können wir empfehlen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sauber, und vor allem sehr gute Lage mit Meerblick. Für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Bei mehr Personen wird es schon eng. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos.

Tolle Ferien mit super Ausblick in Strandnäh
The Second Time we are coming to this wonderful Holiday home on Sardegna. The flat with one bedroom with Double bed plus sleeper Double Couch in the spacious lounge is situated in a small village approx. 1 1/2 hrs car drive from Cagliari airport. It is situated in the highest Street going up the Mountain with a view from the private terrace overlooking the long bay with wide and extra long sandy beach in a nature Reserve. A short walk of 2 min down the hill takes one to the loooong beach, with the option to find a spot for your towel with plenty of room or Book a stretcher in front of the beach Restaurant. For dinner the local choice is between cooking at home in the small but sufficiently equipped kitchen or going out to a variety of surprisingly good restaurants for so small a village. When a Break from Beach is required there are excursions available to Roman Ruins, Natural caves or tunnels in old mines. This South Western corner of Sardegna seems less widely touristically developped than other Sardegnean areas and so even in August is not overcrowded. The best convenience of the flat are its lockable window shutters with adjustable slats so that sleeping at Night is possible with open Windows to let cool wir circulate the flat. Aircon is available but we have Never had Occasion to use it.

Un'oasi di pace!
L'appartamento è pienamente conforme alla descrizione e alle precedenti recensioni. Fino a quando non siamo arrivati, peró, non pensavamo potesse essere tutto vero: un sogno! L'accoglienza, il paesaggio, la vegetazione, il mare, i colori e i sapori ... La netta percezione di essere fuori dal mondo, ma con la possibilità di trovare a pochi chilometri ciò che serve per sopravvivere. Estremamente gentili e disponibili i proprietari e la signora che si occupa della casa: tutti interessati ai loro ospiti e sempre pronti ad ascoltare e rispondere alle loro necessità. Torneremo appena possibile!

Da ripetere
L'appartamento è raccolto ma funzionale e grazioso, ideale per due persone. La combinazione di posizione soprelevata e vista mozzafiato sul golfo lo rendono un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno rilassante e appagante. Il paese è piccolo e tranquillo, non ha molti servizi ma si può ovviare al problema con pochi minuti di automobile. E' la vacanza ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e paesaggi stupendi e poco frequentati.

La casa è un'amore: vista spettacolare sia dal piccolo patio che all'interno: nel soggiorno c'è una finestra con la vista sul mare che è spettacolare. Location perfetta a 2 passi dal mare e dalle spiagge piu' belle di quella zona. Ottimi ristoranti dove si possono raggiungere anche a piedi. La casa ha tutti i confort insomma ci siamo innamorati.

This summer we (2persons) spend 1 week in Portixxedu. No need to explain that nature is wonderful in the region of Costa Verde. This is well known and all info can be found on internet. What we did not know on forehand was that the apartment also was very nice. This is always the “unknown” when a holiday is booked; how will the apartment look? The apartment is newly renovated; this means that everything is new! The combined room/kitchen is well equipped; bedroom has a new bed. Bathroom is small but shower is good (warm and strong). The terrace is a bit small and not 100%private but it is only 100meters to the beach (so why bother for a terrace?). The apartment is equipped with airco, though it is rather cool by itself. As it is located at end of the street the surrounding is very calm. Unfortunate we did not meet Elvira, but she was very helpful in sending info on sightseeing /shops / general. So, final rating for us; 5 stars out of 5.
