Lovely house in perfect location

The house is bigger than it looks on the photos, beautiful big open plan lounge/diner, good size kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The location of the house is excellent, 10 min walk to main beach, 10 minutes to the port and 5 minutes to a small beach. Communication with the owners was excellent and the house has all the facilities needed, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in Toplage.

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und mehr... Sehr gemütlich liebevoll eingerichtet. Nette unkomplizierte Vermieter. Viele Informationen zur Umgebung und Zur Bretagne im Haus vorhanden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Parfait pour un séjour ressourçant

Une maison très agréable et parfaitement conforme à la description, un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, on se sent "comme à la maison". Nous avons pu découvrir ce trs beau coin dans cette si belle Bretagne. Bref un séjour idéal !

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir verbrachten in dem Haus unsere Ferien mit 5 erwachsenen Personen. Das Ferienhaus ist für 5 Personen ausreichend groß, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Geschirr, Teller etc... waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es gerade mal 300 Meter. Man kann die Brandung hören. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und vertrauenswürdig.

Super location

Tout est conforme à ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce. Cette location est tout près d'une plage superbe et surveillée pour la partie qui est le plus près de la loc. En elle même la maison et le jardin sont impeccables et très bien achalandé. La literie est confortable. Bref je vous recommande chaudement cette location.

Nice house on a large housing estate

The port area, where there are half a dozen restaurants/bars is very scenic. You will need to book, even out of the high season. Whichever restaurant we ate in there were always people turned away because they hadn't made a reservation. There is also a very large sandy beach but the house itself is on a large estate with few facilities. There is one boulangerie a good 15 minute walk away and two grocers with variable opening times, depending on the season. For anything else you will need to drive. The house is clean and very well equipped. You will be expected to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels etc and to thoroughly clean the property at the end of your stay.

Nettes Haus mit Garten in Strandnähe

Wir waren zu 4 Erwachsenen da und haben alles in Ordnung vorgefunden. Genug Geschirr war vorhanden. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionierten. Die Lage in Strandnähe im netten Örtchen Sainte Marine waren optimal. Wir haben aber auch viele schöne Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung unternommen. Es war ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen vorhanden, obwohl das Duschbad im Erdgeschoss ziemlich klein war. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Haus und dem Aufenthalt sehrv zufrieden.

Charming cottage and charnimg owners

We were delighted with our gite. The directions to find it were excellent and the owners were very helpful allowing us early access as we had arrived on the overnight ferry to Roscoff. The property is in a quiet residential area close enough to the sea to be able to hear it in the garden and from the window of the upstairs bedroom. The facilities, cleanliness and presentation are excellent. It was so much more that we had hoped for or expected. The house has plenty of space and is well furnished with everything you could wish for. It is comfortable and very well equiped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glass ware. The owners made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. There is a lovely garden that is quite private, trees for shade but also plenty of sunny areas from early morning to evening with lovely sunsets from the living room patio windows. We have been holidaying in this area for many years and it is particularly nice to be able to walk for a swim or collect the morning bread and paper without always having to get in a car. Once the end of August passes it becomes a quiet, very French area with few holiday makers around. The markets are still very active & St. Marine has its own small market on Wednesday mornings. The food in the area is excellent in either the restaurants, markets, chacuteries or supermarkets. St Marine has an excellent bread & cake shop and a good general shop that has a fresh meat counter. There are several places to eat & drink and in the holiday season a good takeaway pizza place. In high summer it is busy with lots of activities but out of season it is quiet & relaxing. We loved it and hope to return next year
