Grand espace au calme

Logement propre et bien équipé . Concernant la localisation à mi chemin de la plage de Nora et du centre . Prévoir que les déplacements se feront en voiture ou vélo . Communication efficace et rapide .

Bella casa accogliente.

Siamo stati dal 18/08/22 al 28/08/22, bella casa come da foto, molto accogliente, la Signora Daniela sempre disponibile,abitazione pulitissima con tutto l'occorrente, posizione favorevole per tutte le spiaggie della zona. Da consigliare ottima!!

Holiday for five friends

We had a pleasant stay. Claudia, standing in for Daniela, took excellent care of us and was always available. Check-in was also excellent, despite the flight's delay. In itself, a solid property where you can spend your holiday in peace and quiet and also offers enough space for a larger travel group. However, we strongly recommend a rental car for the duration of your stay to visit beaches and for bigger groceries.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte in einem gewachsen Wohngebiet. Es gibt eine Terrasse und ein kleinen Garten mit Bäumen. Bisschen wenig freie Flächen. Das Haus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut eingerichtet und sauber. Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Ein wenig verbesserungswürdig sind die Matratzen, wir schlafen auf recht festen Matratzen, aber diese waren echt zu hart und nicht bequem. Dort besteht Hanflungsbedarf. Ein wenig nervig sind auch die Hunde der Nachbarn. Wir haben uns um eine süße Katze gekümmert, die vom ersten Tag auf unserer Terrasse wohnte. Da wir selbst eine haben, war das für uns eher schön. Wir waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Grande e ben attrezzata!

Siamo stati molto bene, in casa non manca nulla, c’è perfino la doccia calda in giardino! Con il caldo che abbiano avuto è stato molto importante avere l’aria condizionata nelle camere da letto. Le spiagge più belle di trovano verso Chia ma anche per quelle di Pula è necessario avere un’auto a disposizione. In casa c’è tanto spazio per tutti, adulti e bambini è una grande cucina ben attrezzata, abbiamo anche usato il forno !!

Clean and spacious

Very responsive hosts and plenty of space to unwind in at the end of the day. The house was also very clean and well equipped. The beds are quite firm so if you are used to a western style mattress you may find them a little hard.

Prima Unterkunft zu vernünftigem Preis

Wir waren über 3 Wochen im Haus. Daniela hat uns sofort freundlich empfangen mit einer Schale frischem Obst und kühlen Getränken - Danke dafür!! Auch zwischendurch hat die Kontaktaufnahme zu Daniela immer gut und schnell geklappt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Allerdings fehlten Weingläser ( und das in Italien ), die wir dann aber schnell für kleines Geld gekauft haben, es war wenig Besteck vorhanden ( insbesondere gerade mal 5 Frühstücksmesser ) und die Matratzen in den Betten könnten mal erneuert werden ( die waren sauber aber mittlerweile teilweise sehr durchgelegen ). Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Wohngegend, die nicht nur als Ferienhäuser vermietet werden - auch das machte den Aufenthalt angenehm - sondern auch von Einheimischen ständig bewohnt werden. Von Nachteil waren aber die Vielzahl der in den bewohnten Häusern vorhandenen Hunde, deren dauerndes Gebell und auch Geheule etwas nervend war ( gerade in den Morgenstunden ). Wir konnten immer auf der Außenterrasse im kleinen und sehr gepflegten Garten frühstücken. Die 2 vorhandenen Küchen sind technisch gut ausgestattet und großzügig mit allem ausgestattet ( außer Besteck ). Die in der Hausbeschreibung genannte "Strandnähe" ist als solche schon sehr optimistisch beschrieben. Bis zum Strand sind es rund 2 KM. Die schöneren Strände liegen in Chia - wir sind diese 19 KM dorthin fast täglich gefahren und der Aufwand lohnt sich wirklich. In das Stadtzentrum von Pula sind es ca 1,5 KM. Es gibt dort eine Vielzahl von tollen Restaurants und Pizzerien - wir haben wirklich immer und überall sehr gut und immer preislich angemessen gegessen. Geschäfte ( Obst/Gemüse, Enoteca, Tabacci und Supermärkte sind ausreichend und gut vorhanden. Ganz besonders sind die vielen guten Bäcker ( supertolle Brötchenvariationen ) und Pastisserien zu erwähnen. Das lohnt sich wirklich. Wir haben das Haus zeitweise mit 6 erwachsenen Personen genutzt. Auch durch die 2 vollständigen Badezimmer ( von denen sich 1 im EG befindet - alle Schlafraume sind im 1. OG ) war dies kein Problem. Als Fazit bleibt festzuhalten, dass das Haus von uns sehr gerne empfohlen wird. Wer hier seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte wird es nicht bereuen. Herzliche Grüße

Large house with a beautiful garden

The house is located right between the beach and the city center of Pula. It's about 5 minutes walk to the main street and about 10 minutes walk to via nora (the one with the umbrellas). The tidy house itself is large, air-conditioned and the newly build kitchen is bright and nice. The garden is beautiful and well equipped with bbq, a blind, a large sun umbrella and an outdoor shower. On the downside there is hardly anything to be found, maybe some wine glasses would be nice :) Overall it was a great stay, the house was cool and our hosts were really kind.

Casa vacanza dotata di qualsiasi comfort

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa bellissima casa per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia con i proprietari che con la casa che oltre ad averla trovata pulitissima, possiede ogni tipo di confort: forno a microonde, aria condizionata, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro...insomma non manca niente. L’unico neo sono stati gli scarichi dei bagni che purtroppo non funzionano molto bene e una raccolta differenziata ferrea che ha messo in crisi anche noi Milanesi abituata a farla da anni. La suggerisco sia a famiglie che a piccoli gruppi di amici visto che con le sue 3 camere (arredate con letti comodi, armadi puliti e completi di appendini) e 2 bagni e ampi locali permette di avere la propria privacy pur condividendo alcuni spazi. La casa non è molto vicina nè al mare nè al centro del paese da raggiungere o in bicicletta oppure in macchina però è in una zona molto tranquilla ottima per chi cerca il relax della vacanza lontano dalla confusione.

Una casa vacanza completa di qualsiasi comfort

Stayed at the Danielas villa for the third time. Lovely, well-kept, spacious home. In the presence of all for a comfortable stay and even more)))) The house is ideal for companies as for families. The convenient location as well as from the city center, shops and to the most beautiful beaches For convenience, it is essential to cars. Großzügige Perfekte Ferienunterkunft

Wir insgesamt 7 Personen, 2 Familien und hatten wirklich sehr viel Platz. Das Haus war perfekt und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hatte an nichts gefehlt. In direkter Umgebung der erste Strand. Einkaufen fürs Frühstück oder für einen schnellen Capuccino alles in der Nähe. Sehr liebe und bemühte Vermieterin. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles Liebe

Ottima casa

La casa è curata e confortevole. Noi eravamo in 6 ma si è aggiunto un bambino all'ultimo momento quindi abbiamo soggiornato in 7 senza problemi perché gli spazi sono comunque ampi. Per il centro paese bisogna calcolare circa un quarto d'ora a piedi o due minuti di auto. Stessa cosa per per la spiaggia più vicina. La zona è molto tranquilla e si dorme bene senza rumori. Infine la proprietaria Daniela è molto gentile e disponibile. Una casa da consigliare assolutamente. Roberto

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è attrezzata, molto pulita e curata. La proprietaria è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. La location è ottimale. in breve tempo si possono raggiungere, con l'auto, spiagge bellissime. La zona è anche ricca di siti archeologici che meritano di essere visitati.

Siamo stati in questa casa per 16 giorni fra la fine di giugno e l'inizio di luglio. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed è ben attrezzata, molto pulita e curata. E' un'ottima location, in poco tempo si possono raggiungere con l'auto le bellissime spiagge della zona. La proprietaria, Sig.a Daniela, è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene!!!!

References for villa in P...

References for villa in Pula We had staying at this Villa with our friends in June 2013. It was a very good house comfortable and enough for 5 persons. There are all you need for comfortable rest. 10 minutes on foot from Villa there are many small shops and restaurants. About 1 km (about 4 minutes drive by car) there are very nice sandy beach. This villa has a good location: near Pula, near good sandy beach and about 30 km from Cagliary. In Pula there is a very good supermarket with a very friendly staff and prices more lower than in Auchan. The owner is a very friendly and beautiful women! We had a very good vacation in this house. I very recommend this Villa for the rest tourists. Peter from Moscow.

"Excellent accomodation with all conforts and modern equipments. As we told to the owner, the only weakness is the limited amount of table wear and accessories probably beacause of the frequent use of disposable dishes. Except for this minor detail, I strongly recommend this house."
