Castles of Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny, Chenonceaux near (25 km away). Entirely equipped house - 2 bedrooms (one with large bed and one with 2 beds), sofa bed in the living room - Living/dining room very luminous, chimney and garden furniture. The house located at the exit of Blois in the direction of Tours and on the edge of Loire, is easily accessible - Private closed parking.

Séjour calme et agréable

Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec notre hôte. Arrivée et départ très simple avec un accès sécurisé à la clé. Maison très propre et literie confortable. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire dans la maison. .

Great house within walking distance of Blois

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well located, with easy access on foot to Blois, and straight onto quiet roads to all the major sites in the region. The house is clean, spacious and very well equipped (including air-conditioning). Having bikes was definitely a bonus as it allowed us to make the most of the beautiful cycle paths along the Loire. We'd happily return.

Very homely house.

Very comfortable and homely. Very well eqiupt and plenty of places to sit and relax. 10min walk from Blois centre and great river walks.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Everything in the house was available and ok. The location outside the house is unfortunately a bit noisy during the day due to traffic and train, but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Belle maison proche du centre-ville

La maison est très bien aménagée et équipée . L'accès au château ce fait très facilement à pied. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Haben es sehr genossen!

Die Einführung von Francis war detailliert so dass wir die zwei Wochen ohne weitere Nachfragen gekommen sind. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Garten kann man wunderbar sitzen und der Stellplatz/Garage sind sehr von Vorteil. Ab und an nervt ein Zug auf der Eisenbahnstrecke oberhalb des Grundstückes. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Seven days in the Loire. Well located.

The Owners, who met us personally when we arrived, explained everything before leaving. The property was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. It's easy to find; just off the main road from Amboise to Blois and well located for the two most popular chateaux of the Loire region: Chambord and Chenonceau. The Chateau of Blois itself is very large and probably one of the most important historically. We will certainly be back to this area, both had a great time.

Schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und viele Möglichkeiten von der TT-Platte bis zu den 3 Fahrrädern, die wir ausgiebig nutzten. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Die Lage im Loiretal ist ideal für kleinere und größere Ausflüge, auch mit der Bahn.

Die Unterkunft hielt, was sie versprach!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend geeignet, das Loiretal zu erkunden. Der Standpunkt Blois selbst ist ein Highlight! Alle "Schlossjäger" werden auf relativ kurzen Wegen zufrieden gestellt. Selbst die sehr zu empfehlenden Ziele Tours und Orleans sind durch stressfreie Tagestouren zu erkunden.

Belle location pour visiter la Sologne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée. Nous avons avons apprécié le calme et la proximité de la Loire, idéal pour des balades. La proximité par rapport aux lieux de visite est un plus. Nous aurions pu souffrir de la canicule, mais la climatisation dans la maison a été un plus là aussi. Le seul regret c'est de n'avoir pas pu rencontrer Monsieur Brunet... Nous recommandons cette location. Corinne et Alexandre

Idealer Ausgangsort für eine Schlössertour an der Loire

In diesem Feriendomizil fühlt man sich schon durch die freundliche Begrüßung (engl./franz.) und kompetente Einweisung willkommen und durch Sauberkeit, umfangreiche Ausstattung und Großzügigkeit (incl. Garten mit Parkgelegenheit) auch vom ersten Moment an wohl und entspannt. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangsort für viele Schlossbesichtigungen, die Altstadt von Blois ist ganz nah und wunderschön. Einziger Nachteil: die nahe Bahnlinie könnte bei leichtem Schlaf erheblich stören. Wir können das Domizil (mit dieser Einschränkung) auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Vacances avec 2 petits enfants

Tout est conforme à la description., lieu calme et tranquille. Nous avons été accueillis par Monsieur Brunet qui est très aimable. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la région, il vous indiquera les balades et visites à faire. Nous avons apprécié les 3 vélos à notre disposition. Si nous revenons dans la région de Blois nous savons où réserver.

Great Experience

We had a great time here, the facilities were excellent, plenty of space for storing bikes, friendly host, everything you could need, secure and great garden wrapping round the house. Francis speaks excellent English, better than our french!

Friendly host. Excellent location for visiting the Loire by bike. Easy access to shops and station. Good facilities though some loungers for the garden would be beneficial on sunny days

Komplettes Haus mit einem Grundstück, kleinem Garten und PKW-Stellplatz in Blois unweit des Stadtzentrums. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Loire-Tals.

Ein wirklich schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Loire- was wirklich fantastisch ist. Empfehlenswert in dem Zusammenhang: Mückenspray mitbringen- die Biester stechen gerne und oft. Schöner und gemütlicher Garten- alles prima! Leider funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht wirklich- da müsste mal eine neue her! :-) Das Einzige, was uns gar nicht gefiel- weil es auch nicht in der Hausbeschreibung stand: Hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnlinie, die - auch nachts viel befahren ist. Tagsüber stört das nicht so- aber nachts ist der Lärm immens- schlafen ohne Ohrschutz war für uns nicht drin.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Schlösser- und Kirchenbesichtigungen in der Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von dem Eigentümer des Hauses empfangen und bestens eingewiesen. Die Ausstattung war komplett und alles sehr sauber. Das Haus umgibt ein wunderschöner Garten, wobei der Verkehr auf der Durchgangsstraße in der Nähe wegen der tieferen Lage kaum zu hören ist. An der nahen naturbelassenen Loire kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen. Die wichtigsten deutschen TV-Programme und das Internet standen zur Verfügung. Wir danken Herrn Brunet für die Überlassung seines Hauses.

Ideales Basislager für Schlössererkundung

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Schöner Garten. Wir hatten sehr gut Platz mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei "Kindern" (15, 17) und haben von hier aus die Highlights der Loire-Schlösser besucht.
