Schönes Haus und schöne Lage

Das Haus hält alles bereit was man so braucht,über Pool und Strandhandtücher,Toilettenpapier und sogar Kaffee für den ersten Kaffegenuss. Gemütliche Betten. Die Lage sehr schön,man ist in 10min an der herrlichen Bucht Sant Pere und mit dem Auto in 5 min in Alcudia wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Es gibt Obstbäume im Garten,wir konnten leider „nur noch“ Zitronen ernten,weil wir Ende Oktober da waren,die waren köstlich. Der Kontakt mit Marie und ihrem Mann war super,total unkompliziert,sie waren immer erreichbar und sehr herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Fünf min zu Fuß ist eine süße kleine Bodega wo man sehr gut Essen kann! Ein weiteres Restaurant hätten wir gerne getestet das hatte leider schon Saison bedingt zu.

Ein perfektes Haus für die ganze Familie. Gerade der Zaun um den Pool hat uns auf das Haus aufmerksam gemacht. Großer Sicherheitsfaktor gerade mit Kleinkindern. Das Haus vermittelt tolles urlaubsfeeling. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und Marie war immer erreichbar und jede Frage beantwortet. Lg

Super Urlaub in moderner Villa mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen schönen Familien-Urlaub in Alcudia. Besonders den großen Pool haben wir genossen. Besonders Marie, unsere Gastgeberin, ist super nett. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Fint opphold i et flott hus med bra hage

Fin uke i et flott hus beliggende i et stille boligområde. Hagen var hyggelig beplantet og hadde et fint svømmebasseng. Vi satte spesielt pris på sikkerhetsgjerdet rundt bassenget pga 2 små barn som var med på turen. 600-800 meter til 2 små, flotte sandstrender. 3-4 restauranter og et enkelt supermarked i nærheten.Ca. 2,5 km til stort supermarked. Hyggelig eier som tok i mot oss og som var tilgjengelig dersom det var noe vi trengte hjelp til.

Lovely holiday with friends

Great host and lovely villa. Would love to return but make it more than a week as feel there is still so much to see. Great for little ones, worked so well with 4 children 4 and under.

Fantastisk ferie i Alcudia-huset

Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie i tre generationer. Haven var perfekt til leg og afslapning hele dage . Huset har alt hvad man kan ønske sig og masser af plads. Og beliggenheden var perfekt ift by, strand og restaurant tæt på. Eneste vi manglede var en børnesektion i poolen.

Stylish house with nice pool & garden area

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Especially the garden and pool area is very beautiful incl. an outdoor barbecue. Marie was very nice and helpful. To the beach it is a short walk of ca. 10 minutes. To Alcudia center ca. 10 mins by car. Thanks for all!

A very nice house and great host

We were four adults and five children that spent ten days in the house. Marie was great to communicate with before and during the stay. Very trustworthy host, so there’s nothing to worry about. She welcomed us with cake and water, which was nice, and told us a bit about what we could find nearby. Her husband also drove us to a larger supermarket nearby when we arrived. The house is very lovely and outside there are different zones for taking breaks from the sun, as well as a small (but big enough) pool. There are two very nice beaches in walking distance. Not so many tourists there, which feels great. There’s a small supermarket and some very nice restaurants, also in walking distance from the house. There are bicycles in the house that we used a couple times for visiting a bigger supermarket in Alcudia. We were aware that there was no air condition in the house. We must admit that would prefer to have cooler bedrooms at night and also a cooler living room during the middle of the day, so that the kids could get a nice break. But this was in the middle of July and things might feel different when there isn’t a heatwave. But all in all: highly recommended!

Fantastic location and amazing hosts

The house had absolutely everything we required. We enjoyed a fantastic BBQ, and then ate in and out on alternate nights. The location was fantastic and the beach was great for little ones. There was a small supermarket but to cook we required a bigger shop so cycled to Alcudia. This may require a taxi if you are not prepared to load up back packs and cycle. We did struggle with the heat (hottest on record) and no air conditioning but the fans did help. We are looking to stay again. The host could not have been more helpful. They are 5*

Perfect indoor-outdoor living space

Marie was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is lovely. Particularly great things about the property: - the living space is really open plan and opens out onto the garden so the kids could run in and out - the pool gate provided a real sense of confidence - so when the kids were running and playing, they could do so freely - there is a huge garage under the house with a table tennis table and surf boards you can take to the beach - a great bonus! - there are lots of towels - for bath, pool & beach I don't love air conditioning so it wasn't a problem for me that there isn't any. And there are fans in all the rooms to help keep you cool at night. The property is lovely and really well-designed. Thanks for a great stay!

Toller Familienurlaub in tollem Haus

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub im Haus von Marie! Marie hat sich schon vor unsere Anreise herzlich um uns gekümmert und war per whats App immer erreichbar! Die Finca ist schön groß und der Pool toll! Ein toller Strand mit glasklarem Wasser ist per Fuß zu erreichen! Ein kleiner Supermarkt war fussläufig zu erreichen! Für Großeinkäufe sollte man sich aber ins Auto setzen und nach Alcudia fahren! 3 Restaurants sind auch fussläufig zu erreichen! Es war ein toller Urlaub, danke für alles Marie und eine schöne weitere Zeit! Liebe Grüße Jenny und Familie

Familie vakantie in prachtig huis

Het huis voldeed in alle opzichten aan onze verwachtingen. Voor een vakantie met meedere gezinnen zoals in ons geval. Grootouders, ouders, kleinkinderen is dit een prachtige locatie. Voldoende ruimte en privacy. Het huis ligt in een rustige wijk. Restaurants en strandje op loopafstand. En wil je meer activiteit dan is Alcudia binnen 10 minuten per auto bereikbaar. Marie is een vriendelijke zorgzame gastvrouw. Wij raden dit huis zeker aan!

3 generationer samlet i et dejligt hus. Kort til sikker strand - restauranter samt ikke mindst indkøb. Med små børnebørn var den sikre pool et hit Anbefales

Familienurlaub

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin äusserst freundlich empfangen und über alles Notwendige informiert. Marie ist bei Bedarf auch jederzeit erreichbar. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein kleiner Badestrand - ideal mit kleinen Kindern - sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Einziger Mangel: Die Sauberkeit (vor allem der Küche) lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es ist ein modernes schönes Haus, aber die Gastgeber sollten darauf achten, dass sie den Standart halten können.

Nette Vermieterin und gute Lage

Die sehr nette Vermieterin war immer erreichbar, sehr nett und bemüht! Wurden sehr nett mit einem Fläschchen Wein empfangen! Das Haus, umliegende Strände und Restaurants wurden ausführlich beschrieben! Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass wir als Gäste , gerade mit Kindern wichtig und willkommen sind! Was dazu leider im Gegensatz stand war nach unserem empfinden die Sauberkeit des Hauses! Denke wir waren wohl zu Saisonbeginn die ersten Gäste!? Die „Villa“ hat ihren Charme mit einem modernen Touch! Auf den zweiten Blick sollte doch das ein oder andere erneuert werden! Alles in allem kleine Defizite mit denen man leben kann! Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert!

Perfect family holiday

Mylene and her family gave us a warm welcome in their beautiful spaceous villa. The house has everything the picures promises (and more) Location is perfect, walking distance near beach and also not far from Old Town Center and shopping locations. The house is perfect for extended families. We stayed with 7 adults and 2 children and were very happy with the backyard and fence around the pool.

3 Generation Family Holiday

We had a lovely family holiday here. It's a really relaxing place to be, and Marie made us feel very welcome, providing breakfast for the first morning and making sure we knew where everything was. The villa is spacious, clean, modern & well-equipped; it had everything we needed and more. Shops & restaurant in walking distance, and the beach really is only 8 minutes walk even with small children! We would definitely go back.

Tolles Haus, super Lage mit umfangreicher Austattung und wundervollen Vermietern

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und umfangreich ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Nähe (auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen) und der tolle Garten mit Pool bietet ebenso Möglichkeiten zu entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Vermieter. Hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.
