Mitigé

Le logement est plutôt joli confortable et bien équipé, nous avons apprécié la climatisation et la proximité de la plage notamment. Un gros bémol sur la propreté douteuse du logement (nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant) et sur la "terrasse" qui est ouverte sur le parking avec du mobilier sale, sans brise-vue ni plante ( qui apparaissent sur la photo) et est squattée par un employé du restaurant asiatique qui se trouve juste à côté. Dommage, pour le prix nous nous attendions à mieux...De plus nous avons dû faire le ménage de fin de séjour pour ne pas avoir à payer 90€ supplémentaires. La propriétaire est réactive par SMS, l'arrivée et le départ se font sans contact de façon autonome.

Propreté plus que limite …

Plus nous nous installions et plus nous nous apercevions que le logement était sale… Je suis très étonnée que personne n’ai signalé cela dans les commentaires… le logement ne mérite pas une note aussi élevé ! Il y a de la poussière partout, dans le dressing, sous la table et sous les lits (la dame ne s’est pas donné la peine d’aspirer sous les chaises du séjour…), les portes de douche pleine de calcaire, pas très agréable de voir que ce n’est même pas nettoyés, les ouvertures de fenêtres sont dégoûtantes… Bref j’en passe … Voyant tout ça nous avons décidé de refaire le ménage, la lingette de la lunette de toilette n’était pas propre :-O Et tout ça en payant le ménage !!! C’est honteux, payer autant et ne même pas recevoir un logement propre. De plus, il n’y a ni sel, ni poivre, pas de torchon. C’est vraiment dommage car le logement est fonctionnel, un peu sombre quand même mais je trouve que l’hygiène est un point très important et juste pour cela je ne reviendrais pas ! Egalement, dans l’annonce il est écrit que le loft est refait à neuf, vous devriez corriger cela car voyant le logement ce n’est pas ça refait à neuf ! Dommage que je ne puisse pas appuyer mon avis par des photos !

Très bonne localisation

Localisation parfaite, très proche du centre ville et à quelques mètres de la plage. Très bons restaurants aux alentours. La location est plutôt spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Très bonne communication avec la maman de la propriétaire.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et de tres bons restaurants. Seul bemol, la terrasse donne sur un parking de la residence. Cependant la residence est tres calme et il y a tres peu de passage... l'appartement est tres bien équipé et très spacieux pour un couple et trois adolescents. Deux salles de bains et deux toilettes, c'est le top! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nice appartement very close to the Beach

We had a very good stay in this nice appartement, not with Beach view but only 30 steps away from it ! The appartment is very full equipt and Le Lavendou is a nice town to stay also with a great boulevard.

Proche des plages et très agréable à vivre

Superbe emplacement, proche des plages, des restaurants, du port, proche de tout. La maman de la propriétaire nous a réserver un excellent accueil. Le loft est très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Vivement les prochaines vacances 😃

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gemacht und hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Elternschlafzimmer und Bad und oben auf der Maisonette ein Doppel und Einzelbett. Oben ist es allerdings sehr flach und erwachsene können dort nicht richtig gerade stehen. Oben und unten Klimaanlage, nette kleine Küche offen zum Wohnzimmer. Die Vermieter sind super nett und entspannt. Man ist in ein paar Minuten im Dorf und am Hafen. Absolut zu empfehlen👍

Urlaub direkt am Meer

Herrliche Lage direkt am Meer!!Tolle Ausstattung des Hauses, den Angaben entsprechend! Sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Betreuung vor Ort war reibungslos und sehr freundlich! Der Ort bietet alles, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und jeden Donnerstag ein großer Markt direkt nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Très bien

Appartement étonnant, très fonctionnel et confortable, à 100 mètres de la plage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement moderne à l'esprit loft, situé idéalement au coeur du Lavandou. Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce.

Un appartement atypique offrant tout le confort souhaité, agréable, bien situé. La décoration est magnifique. Nous avons passé 15 jours vraiment super... à refaire chaque année!!!
