Appartement agréable avec une belle terrasse. Immeuble propre et bien situé dans rue calme

Pas de chance au niveau de la météo pour notre premier carnaval à Rosas. Il a fait froid et un vent glacial !! La propriétaire nous a mis des petits radiateurs d'appoint mais le froid passait sous la porte d'entrée et les fenêtres en simple vitrage laissent également passer le froid.

Accueil sympathique, ravie de cette semaine de vacance avec mon neveu. Appartement calme, propre et bien situé à 600m de la plage ,des restaurants et à 2km des supermarchés (supérette à 500m).

AURAIT PU ÊTRE AGRÉABLE SI :

Avons été bien accueillis par la fille du propriétaire qui maitrise bien le français. État de l'appartement : moyennement propre Vaisselle dans les placards utilisée mais non lavée 😝, ceci pour tout : verres, assiettes, couverts et les poêles inutilisables! Intérieur du micro-onde sous le plateau est crasseux ! Le réfrigérateur ne faisait que congeler, le régulateur thermostatique étant cassé. Comment peut-ont attendre des locataires qui ont réservé et ne pas vérifier tout ceci !!!!! C'est anormal ..... Isolation phonique d'un appart à l'autre très moyenne, Entendions les voisins ronfler ou parler. L'appart est bien pour un couple et un enfant grand maximum. Attention pas de Wifi ! Manque une poubelle SDB, une dans la cuisine. Un porte-manteau dans l'entrée serait le bienvenu. Un tabouret ou un chevet dans la chambre pour poser son livre ou lunettes ... Manque de rangement dans la cuisine, un accroche-torchon. Pour chaque problème la propriétaire est intervenue mais tout ceci est pénible et aurait pu être évité, ça gâche le séjour.

Pourrait être parfait si..........

Bel appartement propre et entretenu . Accueil sympathique au restaurant du propriétaire , installation guidée par sa fille. Conseils d'utilisation suffisants . Chambre 2 lits à 1 place , malheureusement exigüe ,avec un couchage très bien, l'autre inconfortable. La cuisine est sans reproche , table et chaises parfaites , plaque induction très bien, hotte aspirante éclairée. Reproche dans le salon : un seul meuble de rangement très étroit pour tout l'appartement, c'est maigre ! et qui sert de table TV . Un frigo/congélo moderne qui fonctionne très bien, une télé LCD écran plat également. Salle de bain satisfaisante, lave linge fonctionnel.Très grande terrasse plein soleil du matin au soir, le salon de jardin est petit , le bailleur a mis une 2e table à notre disposition, pas de parasol, pas de transat ni relax ni bain de soleil... c'est dommage.Quartier très agréable, tranquille, à 2 pas de la plage et du cœur de ville, stationnement sans problème, rue très bien éclairée la nuit. Avec un rajeunissement minimal, cet appartement serait top , et justifierait son prix malgré tout attractif. Restaurants proches et nombreux , de qualité et très bon marché. Magasins de proximité , supermarchés en nombre et très proches , tout pour un séjour agréable.
