On the seafront with no street to cross, supervised swimming in summer, ideal for families with children, people who simply want to relax in the sun on the beach or on the terrace, or salespeople for the Exhibition Center.
Completely renovated, comfortable, double glazing, large terrace of 12 m2, tasteful decoration, close to the city center, the canal and the port.

Une parenthèse enchantée !
L’appartement est spacieux, toujours frais car traversant, très bien équipé, avec une terrasse de rêve où l’on se sent comme sur le pont d’un bateau! A deux pas du centre ville, la boulangerie toute proche pour les croissants du matin, l’accès direct à la plage, tout était parfait! Un grand merci à Cathy la propriétaire charmante et à l’écoute !

Nice home at the beach
Great location and superb sea view, view of the Etang from the back side. Quiet part of the beach directly in front of the house, very convenient for families with kids. The house is well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, parasol, beach toys. Very warm welcome from the hostess and great communication before and during our stay.

Bonne situation dans Palavas.Vue mer très appréciée par toute la famille. Appartement très fonctionnel. C'est la deuxième année consécutive que nous venons . Cette année il y avait un plus: un score sur la terrasse très appréciable même en mai. Le stationnement était par contre plus difficile que l an dernier.

Super location au bord de la mer!
On a passé deux semaines dans l'appartement de Cathy, avec deux petits enfants. Tout était parfait et comme décrit. Cathy a été extrêmement sympa et nous a donné des très bons conseils. Il y a du tout pour se passer bien même avec des bébés. Super pour toutes les activités de la plages et de excursions aux paysages et villes du Languedoc! Merci Cathy!
