Fabulous!

We've had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. We loved the house, the garden qnd the swimming pool. It was very hot during our stay (up to 40 one day!) but there was always a cool place in the shade in the garden or the pool or under the terrace with the roof fans. We explored Valencia and nearby attractions in the mornings (most things seemed to be around 20-30 mins drive) and spent the afternoons at the house. Nearby Mercadona was excellent and gave us all we needed foodwise. Proprietor was local and very responsive and friendly on the couple of occasions we needed help. Recommend!

Vacances agréables

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa. Les photos ressemblent clairement à la réalité. La piscine est très grande pour passer du bon temps en famille notamment avec des enfants. Le petit bémol, la villa nécessiterait d'une rénovation notamment pour les 2 salles de bains ainsi que le mobilier extérieur qui n'est pas très confortable. La situation est top car elle est a 20min de toutes les activités valenciennes et alentours. Le propriétaire est sympatique et très disponible, il réponds rapidement à nos toutes questions ou problèmes. Nous recommandons cette villa pour passer d'agréables moments en famille.

A villa of delights

The property is spacious, beautifully presented and well equipped. For our family of three generations, from a six-year-old to two over 70s, it was an absolute delight with a swimming pool that kept us cool in high temperatures. New arrivals need to know that they will need a car.

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Garten

Die grosse und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa liegt 15 Min von Valencia in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Ein Auto ist aber zwingend nötig. Der Gerten und der Pool sind traumhaft.

BELLE VILLA

Belle villa pratique en plein pied bien agencée et décorée avec goût, dommage, il manque une climatisation au moins dans les chambres pour profiter d'un peu de calme et de fraîcheur, pour passer de bonnes nuits Je ne sais pas si nous sommes mal tombés mais le voisinage est très bruyant (chiens qui crient jour et nuit, travaux de quartier), on entend l'autoroute le matin très tôt il faudrait penser à entretenir les palmiers autour de la piscine pour que l'eau puisse chauffer. Sinon le terrain est très propre et complètement clos idéal avec enfants et les animaux.

Casa cómoda y agradable

La casa es amplia y está en una zona muy tranquila a 20' - 25' de Valencia. Es muy cómoda al estar en una sola planta y muy luminosa. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la terraza y de la piscina. Y hemos descansado. Solo he echado de menos algún bowl y alguna copas. Por lo demás, bien.

relaxte Ferien im Casa Verde

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Casa Verde. Das Haus war sauber und der Garten gut gepflegt. Ein Auto ist allerdings zwingend notwendig, denn in Gehdistanz befindet sich kein Restaurant, was sehr schade ist. Der Strand ist mit 12km Entfernung nicht ganz korrekt, man sollte mind. 20km einplanen. Die Umgebung des Casa ist ein Wohngebiet mit EFH und nett für einen Spaziergang, allerdings bietet der Ort nicht viel mehr.. Daher ab nach Valencia!! Das lohnt sich wirklich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Disappointed

We were unable to use the pool as pump not working though owner did come over to check levels twice. No bar or restaurant within walking distance. A small shopping centre was quite near though most units closed so definitely need a car. Not all beds sheets were clean on arrival meaning daughter and partner had no sheets 1st night. Dogs barking day and night as well as construction next door so not a quiet location. In my opinion the villa needs updating. 2nd night woke up with 22 mosquito bites so you will need plugs for bedrooms as well as candles for the garden.

Relax en la casa verde

Hemos pasado una semana muy tranquila y relajada este chalet. La casa viene muy bien equipada, esta cerca de los supermecados (aunque necesitas el coche para poder llegar) y hay mucha tranquilidad en esta zona. Tanto la piscina como el interior de la casa es como aparece en las fotos, e incluso la piscina es mas grande de lo que uno piensa. Recomiendo la casa verde a todo el que quiera tranquilidad y estar en un chalet precioso.

Heerlijk huis met zwembad

Het huis was super, heerlijk zwembad en hele mooie veranda om in de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Jammer dat er zo veel lawaai, voornamelijk honden , was en dat er niets op korte loopafstand van het huis is. De genoemde 500 meter komt dan ook niet overeen, terwijl wij hier uitdrukkelijk op gezocht hebben. Ondanks alles een heerlijke vakantie hier gehad

Alles war wunderbar

Wir waren vom 21.6 - 02.07.2015 in dieser schönen Villa alles war prima sauber und ordentlich . Wenn wie ein Problem hatten wurde uns von dem Vermieter sofort geholfen z.B fehlende Handtücher oder der Poolreinigung . Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

bonita casa !!!!!

superbe maison, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette maison très claire , bien décorée, bien équipée à deux pas de la ville et des commerces , nous espérons revenir
