Urlaub in Solanas
Wir hatten trotz schlechtem Wetter einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Alberto`s Ferienhaus in Solanas. Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien. Wir haben gut gekocht und gegrillt. Sehr schön war auch die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand. Viele Grüße an Alberto und Familie.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto dell'anno scorso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa bellissima è vicinissima dalla spiaggia. Consigliatissima!!!

Très bien !
Informations sur la maison exactes, très proche de la mer, tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Le seul bémol : peut-être une climatisation pour les chambres car il a fait très très chaud. Le propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, très accueillant et prévenant. Changement de linges de bains et literies chaque semaine, tout est parfait pour de belles vacances. Par contre, village très calme, donc pas trop pour les jeunes qui aimeraient faire la fête. Mais le sachant, ce n'était pas un problème. La mer pas bondée du tout même pour fin juillet-début août, eau transparente, très belle. Je recommande cette location

Sfuggita dal freddo del nord...
Uns breve puntata in um periodo che gli altri considerano fuori stagione. Invece è stato bellissimo caldo come in primavera tutto verde...la casa bella e confortevole..si poteva mangiare fuori...come d' estate. Grazie al proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Elena e Franco

Bellina, come in descrizione, gentilissimo il proprietario, molto.accogliente e spaziosa.
La casa era molto grande, fornita di tutto il necessario, le due case erano accoglienti e spaziose e il proprietario era sempre a disposizione per qualunque cosa. Consigliatissima

Ottimo soggiorno
La casa è esattamente come descritta, anzi dal vivo anche meglio. Pulita, accogliente e molto comoda anche grazie alle verande esterne e all'ampio cortile. Comodissimi i due bagni e la cucina ben attrezzata. La spiaggia è veramente a 150m dall'abitazione, peccato non averla potuta sfruttare a causa del forte vento che tirava in quel periodo. Unico neo, che comunque non riguarda la casa, è la località poichè è costituita da sole case: ci sono un piccolo market, una farmacia, un'edicola e una macelleria. Quindi per spese un po' più grandi è necessario spostarsi a villasimius che dista 15 minuti di auto. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario sempre molto gentile e disponibile

Siamo un gruppo di 8 persone, abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questo alloggio dove ci siamo trovati bene, ogni coppia aveva la sua camera, il terrazzo era spazioso e vivibile, in cucina però abbiamo riscontrato alcune mancanze per quanto riguarda gli attrezzi per cucinare (niente di particolarmente grave) caffettiera senza la guarnizione, scolaposate mancante, mezzaluna, il fermabottiglie del frigorifero rotto (aprendo il frigo cadono le bottiglie)(queste segnalazioni le abbiamo anche riferite al padrone di casa che si è dimostrato disponibile a verificare). Tutto sommato è stata una vacanza tranquilla e pacifica, la spiaggia è vicina alla casa si raggiunge a piedi, libera, attrezzata e di sabbia. Abitazione da consigliare a tutti. Salutiamo il proprietario Alberto per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in due famiglie essendo una villetta a due piani con due appartamenti indipendenti. entrambe le famiglie con bimbi, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, L''accoglienza è stata piacevole, il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare il frigo con prodotti coltivati dalla loro famiglia, molto buoni! Abbiamo trovato la casa in ordine e pulita a mio avviso si presenta meglio che nelle foto, il portico è molto grande e direi che è una zona che si sfrutta molto soprattutto la sera. La casa è vicino ad una spiaggia molto bella raggiungibile a piedi. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e la consigliamo a pieni voti!"
