My apartment is located 50 m from the sea with a clear view not overlooked.
Next to the Carnon sailing school.
View of the sea, the entrance to the port and the municipal park with games for children.
It has a terrace with table, chair and parasol...
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator I can help you carry your luggage if you wish...The stairs are "comfortable."
Cool in summer facing south-east, possibility of ventilating it naturally.
A fan in the bedroom and a fan in the living room.
Garage at the foot of the building, very useful in summer to have a parking space, shade for the car, and the streets have become paying...
A closed independent bedroom.
A cabin area with two bunk beds.
A living room-kitchen TV lounge with TNT.
All mobiles in 4G-5G.
You can rent bikes to travel on secure routes...
Located as close as possible to Montpellier, the commercial area, you can go by bus (or on foot about 25 minutes...) to the tramway which goes to Montpellier (center station...) or the Montpellier Sud de France station directly by bus...
Far enough from the port not to have noise pollution but not too far either to walk there and enjoy the activities and shops.

You will find toys for children (bucket, shovel, rake, rackets, ball, etc.), a parasol, benches, chairs, etc.
